Only arrived today bur can honestly say staff go way beyond for you. This hotel has a big breakfast room. This hotel gives you direct access to the Emirates mall too so will check that out… only. Negative is the very small pool area…

My friend and I went for Afternoon Tea and have to say it was a really pleasant experience. This was our third Afternoon Tea at different hotels in the last couple of months in Dubai… and by far this was the better quality of fair. Sandwiches were as they should be on an afternoon tea, freshly made, plenty of variety and well presented. Presentation stand, dainty and easy for server to handle. Cakes were sensible, right size, pretty and easy to handle. Ie didn’t melt whilst you were eating your sandwiches… scones tasted lovely although a little on the small side. Real clotted cream and decent strawberry jam. English breakfast tea was very nice… didn’t get brand. Teapot, cup and saucer were simple and practical.
Our only criticism would be that our lovely server (Amal) was the only server… she ran around like a headless chicken… but she was extremely pleasant, more than helpful and delivered any requests we made. We met the duty Manager (Zee) who we made aware that we felt that was the only thing letting down the service… sadly. More staff would have made this 100%.
The hotel staff in general were very helpful and polite. Decor and seating were ok… maybe a little dated and not the most comfortable, but adequate for the job. Toilets were immaculate and smelt fresh.
It was my friends birthday and a lovely gesture of a birthday cake was a really heartfelt touch. Well done Kempinski you received 8/10 from us.

A great place to stay to either relax or to explore Dubai. Location is excellent with direct access to Mall of the Emirates. Rooms are amazing and you will immediately feel at home.

The hotel is conveniently connected to the Mall of Emirates, as the mall can be directly accessed from the main lobby. The rooms are nice and service is good. Although they did not allow me early check-in as the room got ready after 3pm. Many attractions such as Ski Dubai, vox cinema can be reached within 5 minutes.

I stayed there and it happened to be my birthday. They made sure it was memorable and special. If there are more than 5 stars I'll surely give them.

Awesome hotel. Great and comfortable place to stay for a holiday. They make you feel like home. The staff is very courteous. Every one from the cleaner to hotel manager tries to facilitate.

Excellent hotel, I tried one of the suits which was overlooking Burj AlArab, the breakfast is one of the best I have ever tried. The service is great and you will appreciate the easy entrance to the mall of the emirates.

The best hotel for family with kids, this is our 2nd time stay here for our vacation in Dubai. I love it here very convenience location and attraction which is connect to Mall of Emirates and Ski Dubai. Staff and service is excellents. More than happy to recommend❤️❤️. This time we upgrade to stay at a duplex Aspen Chalet, it was an awesome experiences!

It's a bit dated but the location is good and is close to the palm and attached to the Mall of the Emirates.

Luxury hotel with the usual facilities without sauna or spa. Supposedly it's in renovation but the site doesn't actually have one but staff are told to say it's being refurbed. The pool is supposed to have heated pools but the engineers turn the heating off and was cold most of the time I was at the hotel. I'd also point out the tiles around pool are slippery and a risk for children. The gym is tiny, 3 running machines, a few weights, a rowing machines and two bikes. The staff are lovely but I need to point out they are being exploited by their Egyptian managers and Arab bosses. A few staff during my stay had a moan about how under paid they are. One of them told me he's paid £340pm and works all the hours God sends. The hotel is linked to the emirate mall which has Ski Dubai and a cinema. To get anywhere you need a taxi which costs about £6-15 depending on traffic. Overall it's nice hotel. I enjoyed my stay however it's hard to turn a blind eye to the discrimination and below standard facilities.

Kempinski is one of the popular hotel chain in the world, and that makes this place special. The hotel is located in al barsha Dubai, it is easily accessible from mall of Emirates metro station. The place provides valet parking, it has a bar, restaurant, tennis court, pool, gym, spa … The service is greatly appreciated and they are the best in what they do. Rooms and spacious and clean and is worth money. There is direct access to mall of Emirates ice rink area also from the hotel.

Great luxurious place with an array of restaurants. Apres, Salmontini and St. Tropez to name a few. The hotel is attached to the Mall of Emirates. One of the biggest shopping mall in Dubai. The hotel is spacious well decorated and the staff is extremely cordial.

Really nice place! The rooms are very good and the staff is everywhere and friendly. Also the location is ok. You have to try the bar, Noir, it is very good and has some nice artistic elements. The spanish restaurant also was very good.

Luxury all the way… Great restaurants (especially the Spanish, great breakfast and good bar. We'll definitely be back with our entire family for a real luxury vacation. Rooms can be a bit noisy on the lower floors with the highway in front. Staff is very friendly and has a lot of attention to detail. Very convenient location.

Kempinski at Mall of the Emirates has been one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed at. I will absolutely be coming back during my next visit. I stayed for a total of 9 nights on business. The front desk and reception staff were amazing and so hospitable. My dining experience was incredible and the staff was always staying on top of every need before I even knew I needed it! Not to mention some of the best food I've ever had. The rooms were unbelievable. This hotel makes you feel like royalty. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience and I cannot wait to come back!

One of the best hotels I stayed in. Location is amazing, in Barsha. Hotel is directly connected to The Mall of Emirates, therefore, you will not need a car to go shopping or get something to eat. Close to mall of emirates metro station. It is quite and super clean. Upon availability, early check in is very smooth. Nice staff!

I cannot be more disappointed as the food from the buffet was very far from each other, salad has very poor selection and the queue never finish, even after waiting an hour from the start of Iftar.

Lovely hotel part of the Kempinski chain. Rooms with views of the Dubai Ski slope. Friendly staff and proper Wi-Fi. Bit pricey but recommended.

Great experience, loved the temperature of the pool. The mall and the foodcourt are across from the lobby. The only downside was the wait and lack of order and que in the taxi line.

Very nice hotel and you can walk directly to the mall of Emarites, I got a deluxe room and they upgraded my booking to grand deluxe for free! Sky Dubai is there in the mall plus what ever shop you think of, there is a metro there that takes you any where in Dubai.

A lot of the older reviews mention dated rooms, the property has since been through a refurb across all categories, rooms are now modern and sleek yet remain the large compared to their category, this is the only hotel in Dubai to have ski chalets which overlook the slope within Ski Dubai which is a nice touch, food and service was exemplary. I look forward to revisiting.

The hotel is beautiful, the travel very happy. 2014 travel in this house for 5 days. Just started our room is small, but the highway and a large Billboard on. We live in a time longer, so just demand a new one. Thank you very much. The staff here, we switched to a beautiful and spacious room, close to Elevator and close to all facilities with great pomp, and the bathroom also great. Location is convenient, very warm, the restaurant was good. This hotel you deserve!

The hotel is located in the mall of the emirates. Ski dubai is adjacent to the exit of the hotel. Food court is 3 min walk again all indoors. Lulu hypermarket is a 5 min walk, just exit the parking and cross the road. Carefour hypermarket is a 5 min walk indoors as its in the mall itself. The metro station is a 6 min walk all indoors using escalators most of the time. The hotel is well kept and seems very new. Even the basic rooms we were in seemed so luxurious. The staff is polite, prompt and very customer centric. Did not try in room dining or any of the buffets on offer.

As a travel agent: Kempinski is one of the most sensational hotels you can ever be lucky to see. This hotel has the best mall attached to it. It's huge! The service is impeccable from the helpful concierge that opens the taxi door and leads you in. Be prepared for comfort and luxury. The rooms over look the city (one side is not anything special) The other side overlooks the indoor ski lodge. I had 2 rooms at the hotel and saw both ends of the coin. My first room was a suite with a lving room and double door bathroom, 2 TVs, and a small kitchen. My next room was a Duplex and I found it strange to have a tub in the bedroom. The downstairs was a living room. Kitchen with a table to sit 6 a bathroom and an entire walk in closet with an iron. Best of all we had the room to watch the ski chalet! The infinity pool has a lifeguard that watches with an attentive eye:Brings towels, water, suntan lotion. I never dined in the restaurants since I stayed on concierge level. Everything was delicious including the candy bar. When you want to book this hotel. Be sure to contact me.

I am Abdullah Binmahfooz. I am 20 years old. I lived in Saudi Arabia. I went to Dubai with my friends for tourism. We stayed for one week, I travel 3 or 4 times in the year. The hotel it was a good. The location it was great. There are a big lobby and it has a friendly stuff and they are very accommodating so the stuff was top-notch. The room it was good and is clean less and is very spacious. There are a big parking and it was a good location it is on AlshaikhZaiyed road near of mall of emirates there are near of station metro. There are a big swimming pool and Italian restaurant it has a good breakfast and launch. The hotel is 5 stars. I recommend for every one would to go to Dubai stayed in kempinski hotel. The hotel is not near from the airport. You should take a taxi maybe 50 dirham. The hotel dose not have a beach. The hotel is near from the mall of emirates its 5 minute. It has a special service they can pick up from the hotel to the beach. The room it has a good furniture and a big bed. The bed is comfortable for example if you go to sleep in this bed you can sleep 10 hour without feeling also the bathroom is cleanness and there are a big pool. The room it has a big TV. The stuff it was courteous and friendly. They were very helpful. There are room service you can call them anytime they will help you. For example if you have a meeting you can go and tell them to clean the room they will come very fast.

The hotel is great, very professional staff and luxurious setup and amenities in the rooms. The brand is well reflected on how this hotel is setup and how professional and friendly the atmosphere is. Only one drawback, which is that the hotel doesn't offer self-parking service. It was a pain waiting for 10 minutes for the car to arrive at non-busy times. The other hotel in the same mall (i. E. Sheraton) gives you free self-parking service as a choice.

Great food and great rooms.

Everthing is excellent with this hotel, the way its attached to the mall is amazing. However, the staff, specially some of the arab staff unfortunately. They are so rude and unprofessional. One incedent happened with me. My wife lost a jewelry and the way they handled the case was horrible. Its so sad im not going to this hotel again.
