The room is warmly decorated and has everything you need to have a rest after a long eventful day. There is a DVD player, an alarm clock, a shower, a TV, a mini-bar and a bathrobe.
We first stayed at Four Seasons Maui at Wailea in 2013 and it was what you would expect from Four Seasons, a quality resort/hotel with excellent service. Some how the resort, despite the recent renovations, and the service has gone down hill and is definitely not what you would expect. We were attending a wedding at the hotel and I don’t think there was one single item on the list of the host nor the guests that would get either a 4 or a 5 star rating. I hope this does not become the norm for a brand that we have historically held in high regard.
