Sensei Four Seasons is fantastic! I can't wait to visit again. The room was beautifully decorated and roomy. The customer service excellent. Sensei Nobu Restaurant… Chef's tasting to die for. The gardens and Lagoon pools… Just Wow! I highly recommend this resort!

This resort is everything you would expect from A Four Seasons and beyond. Spacious rooms with beautiful views and every amenity has been thought of. The staff is warm and friendly and all food outlets were delicious — Nobu, One Forty, the Break and IRD. Gorgeous yoga studio with daily classes. I would highly recommend on your bucket list especially if you are a golfer. Although the resort has something for everyone. Luxury is your love language 💯. Thank you for a memorable stay!

Wonderful property to simply chill out and forget about life for a little while. Lanai is a tad difficult to get to and a small population so expect everything to be slower and more relaxed than other resorts.

This. Place. Is. Amazing. The spa, golf, the beach, nice hikes, great hot tubs, the hotel rooms, the staff … I mean, everything is top quality and well thought out. If you go to the restaurant “one forty” make sure you go see Arnel … his customer service and knowledge about the island is fantastic. Thanks for such a great trip.

My family and I spent the most amazing time celebrating my husbands 60th birthday last week. Beautiful hotel, the suites were very roomy with great ocean views, the staff was very friendly, the restaurant food was amazing and the service was the best. We can’t wait to return 💗

My husband and I just got back from 5 nights at this amazing resort. We loved our time in Lanai and we are so happy we came. The staff is so friendly and gracious. The grounds are beautiful and while the layout of this resort is much different than Hualalai we appreciated the use of space, beautiful pools and beach access. We ate dinner at Nobu every night except one. The food and wine selection is spectacular. Also visited Sansei for dinner and enjoyed seeing the beautiful grounds.

My husband and I celebrated our 60th birthday and wedding Anniversary (11years). It is a beautiful place and was a memorable experience 🍷 The pool and beach staff were exceptional. Everyone on this island were very friendly and hospitable. It is pricey but well worth it. One note, we had dinner at One Forty and ordered a tomahawk steak for the both of us and unfortunately it was very tough. I hope the chef and kitchen staff correct this because this is a high end restaurant and everything should be top quality. The Lanai Air service was outstanding and a luxury. We look forward to returning one day soon.

Absolutely an amazing place to be and the service was impeccable! The sceneries are magical, the beach service is truly thoughtful. The restaurants are really good, Forty One is outstanding! One of the best resorts I’ve ever Ben too.

We had a wonderful stay at Manele Bay. First time back since the renovation. Everything is “firs class”. Staff is really friendly. We were on the golf package and played 27 or so holes everyday as a twosome.
Hawaii is very safe, you need to be tested and they take your temperature everyday.

Absolutely no detail is overlooked. Great food, great amenities, great staff and a great place to relax and enjoy life. Can’t wait to go back. Also Manele Bay golf course is amazing.

I had the best time ever here! The staff was very attentive to the guest needs! Such beautiful landscaping through the whole resort! I did yoga on the beach, which I think was my favorite part. It helped me relax my mind and body and really get my vacation started right! Take a Jeep to the garden of the gods. If your brave drive all the way down to the beach! It was so beautiful, but a tough trek. Going into town you will really get a feel for how awesome the island is. You really get a feel for the simplicity of the place. Coming back to the resort theirs Nobu if you want a fancy dinner, if you want something a bit more casual then the sports bar. I didn’t get a chance to try the steakhouse but I did have desert which was excellent! Thank you everyone here for helping me melt away the stresses of the hectic city life!

Hotel is in a great location. There is always lots to do, with a full list of daily activities list. The staff are primarily locals, making the experience culturally nourishing and very welcoming. The subtle details make this hotel great. For example the adult only pool is a fantastic touch for those who want to escape the noise of children. The hotel rooms are very spacious, modern and well lit. The gym and spa facilities equally impressive. 10/10, would recommend.

By far the best Hotel and Resort I have ever been to. Their new rooms are spacious and functional. The scent in the rooms are amazing. You can purchase the scent spray from the gift shop. The beach is a little rough to get into, but once you get past the first few waves the reefs are amazing to snorkel around. There is lots of fish from dolphins and whales to turtles and colorful fish. The people in the resort and the town are so friendly. They really make you feel like you're part of the family.

Recently renovated Four Seasons Resort. Everything is very nice and in top condition, the grounds are lush and beautifully landscaped. There is plenty of choices for dining, obviously at resort prices but not outrageous. From the hotel it is a leisurely stroll down to the Hulopoe Beach, where there is beach service for the hotel guests.

First and foremost, this is an AMAZING and BEAUTIFUL property. The overhaul that was done under Larry Ellison's eye is completely worth it. We were told that this is the nicest Four Seasons in that world… I can see why. The landscaping and the unique plants and foliage add so much to the personality of this property. The staff is wonderful and goes above and beyond (as one can expect from a Four Seasons). Food — There is a Nobu at this property and a Malibu Farms — both are independently run. There are great options for all dietary needs at both spots. I'm a vegetarian, and this was an important detail for me. The attention to detail and the focus on privacy and creating an experience for each guest, is what makes this property stand out from the rest. The price point for this hotel is quite steep, but it's meant to attract a certain type of patron — honeymooners and those celebrating anniversaries. For the sake of filling up the hotel and watching it succeed, I hope they figure out that the price point doesn't quite fit for many honeymooners.

Above all, customer service here is incredible. Everyone at the resort is dedicated to making sure you have an amazing experience there. The hotel grounds are gorgeous, the views from the beach are equally as beautiful. Overall, worth the expense and thinking about the next time I'll go back!

One of the most beautiful hotels I have ever had a chance to stay in, the Four Season Resort Lanai is THE place for a perfect destination getaway. Once you arrive on the ferry boat from Maui, it's like you are in another world. Amazing service and wonderful rooms, I would 100% stay there again with my family. I also like there are so many restaurants — like Nobu — and the super fun bar are all on site and each has wonderful food and drinks.

I'm not sure if it depends because we are at the Hawaii but this review can only be very positive. Friendly service in a high level hotel. Like getting a 5 star service with the hawaiianan spirit. Unique place to be when on the island.

Very very nice. But they definitely make sure you pay for it. The biggest plus is that the island here is largely devoid of crowds/large groups of loud tourists. It’s serene.

Fantastic resort in every way. Accommodations, staff, food and facilities were above average as expected for a Four Seasons. Island is quiet, uncrowded, safe and old Hawaii laid back. Very relaxing enjoyable experience on all levels. Thank you Four Seasons for a wonderful vacation.

Super nice hotel on a quiet island! Excellent get away. They need better strategy on parking in Lahaina to visit however. If you stay more than 3 days, there is no real parking. Hotel should have their own lot on Maui.

We ate at the sports bar and grill. The venison burger was amazing. My wife had the Pappardelle with venison with house made local ricotta and it was fabulous. We also had a couple of the cocktails which were surprisingly tasty as well. The service is top not h and the resort is incredible. I'd highly recommend visiting if your on Lanai.

We vacation internationally a few times a year, and this is one of the best hotels we’ve been to! The grounds are gorgeous; the hotel itself was just beautifully remodeled; the rooms are super comfortable, with amazing views, and are hi-tech (fancy! ) ; the service is wonderful; and the beach is fantastic (a pod of dolphins feed in the bay regularly! )! There’s a free shuttle to the ferry, to town, and to the other Four Seasons property. There are four top-notch restaurants (Nobu, Malibu Farms, etc. ), and one has a delicious breakfast buffet. And it’s a very quiet, mellow island/property, with not a lot of people, so you get to relax in a way that is not possible on other islands. This place is worth it!

Restaurants are awesome. The setting is spectacular. Room 1104 is a scam, they call it Garden few but really what you're looking at is the back of a restaurant with a loud air conditioner thinly-veiled buy a banana tree. Had they put me in any other room I'd give them at least 3 stars. The kids club is really good. My other knock on this property if you rent a car from them aside from it being extremely expensive much like everything else of this property, not only will they charge you an arm and a leg to come and help you but they took their sweet time It took them 2 hours to get there but when the B Team that came to help us got themselves stuck in the sand they made a phone call and help arrived the form of three cars in 30 minutes… which tells us that when guests get screwed no matter how much they're paying, the property doesn't actually give a damn and I'll keep you sitting on the beach in the Sun for 2 hours.

Four seasons is a spectacularly beautiful resort. The service for the majority of the visit was as incredible as the views and grounds. The rooms are also incredibly nice. The only negative I can really bring up is that you really feel nickle and dimed after the massive price tag for the rooms. A 2 min shuttle ride is exceedingly expensive which makes little sense to me. Also experienced a couple small service set backs at the restaurants and instead of offering to fix they just expected you to take it as is. For a high level resort I just expect better. All that being said it's still exceedingly nice and something that was special to see/experience.

This. Is. Luxury. A marvelous experience. Gorgeous luscious green filled resort, amazing food, amazing staff, amazing beach and easy excursions into town and the island. The island by the way, that is 98% uninhabited. It's expensive yes, so be prepared for the prices and don't complain if you commit to it, but the service and experience is worth every penny.

This place on this island is in one word amazing. If you are a person who enjoys the outdoors but also wants to stay in the most beautiful resort look no further.

Went to the beach and then to the pool bar and restaurant. Despite not being guests, the staff was incredible and very sweet to our infant daughter. Much thanks to everyone there.

Aloha! One of the Best places we have ever stayed at. Loved our room and its so QUIET…! Theres something about this place that is so unique. If you want to be away from everything, I mean literally everything especially STRESS, go here. You are next to the beach with super friendly people and staff. I have never ever been to a place with so many friendly and quite possibly friendly staff, its incredible. I wonder sometimes maybe they are so friendly because not many people stay here. I mean wow. It feels so private and the resort feels like you are the only guest. My first experience was amazing. Save your pennies and nickels everyone, you have to at least stay here once in your life.

Dining in the Sports Bar was fantastic. Perfect view of the ocean… of course there were plenty of screens for watching sports and a pool table available. The food and service was all first class. The next morning I had a luscious cup of coffee. (I'm not exaggerating)

Considering I wasn't a guest there, the amenities available to non-guests were first class. You didn't need a key card to access many of the features. Also the restaurant One Forty, while expensive because it's on an expensive resort, was great. Great tasting food, excellent service.

My experience with hotel staff was outstanding. In particular the accounting department and Wedding sales Representative.

This resort is luxury embodied! The price tag isn't budget-friendly but the level of service and high-end accommodations are fitting for guests who are able to pay for this level of exclusive travel. Be forewarned, though, if you're planning to ferry over from Maui. The ferry is no-frills and with rougher seas can be a challenge for those of us without hearty sea legs. Don't be afraid to pre-empt your trip with dramamine.

Simply amazing place and experience! Service is top notch, food at hotel restaurants is excellent and the layout of the grounds and hotel is constructed in such a way that even though there may be lots of guests it still feels incredibly private. Always somewhere private to sit and enjoy the view or weather.

Gorgeous location, top notch service and amenities. We always have a 5 star experience, and the resort is usually at near zero capacity.

Beautiful property, and outstanding service throughout. Our room was enormous, clean, and comfortable with a wonderful large balcony overlooking the grounds. Enjoyed both the pool bar (good drinks and good lunch / happy hour snacks) and the indoor bar (try the rum samplers! ). One night we had a private dinner set up outside by one of the fountains and it was flawless (rose petals, tons of candles, excellent service). I can't say enough good things about the property, it's one of the nicest hotels I've stayed at. Be warned, however, that the rest of the island is pretty deserted, and mostly dry, desert landscape. The only thing to do is rent a jeep (use Adventure Lanai, NOT Dollar) and go offroading on very rough trails up the mountain, to the hidden beaches, etc. Or, just stay on property and chillax.

I was married here last week. It was amazing. The facility is great but that isn't what made it so great. The people are just fantastic. They make everybody feel special and are super friendly. We definitely plan on returning to this location. It was the best vacation I have had!

The beach at the Four Seasons Manele Bay is one of my favorite places in the world. Immediately upon arrival the staff sets up an umbrella and some chairs for you, and gives you some lemonade or ice cold spa water. The waves are really fun for body surfing, the reef is great for snorkeling, and you can rent a standup paddle board. But the highlight for me was when my wife and I swam with dozens of dolphins in the bay one morning… it was an experience I'll never forget!
