It took a really long time to check in. We wanted to stay there because of the breakfast and the pool. We have a 4 year old and a 10 month old. We used the pack n play crib they had and while my daughter was sleeping the leg broke and she woke up screaming and crying. We figured we would just talk to the people in the morning and we put her in the bed with us. While I was getting stuff ready in the morning, we let her crawl around. She found a pill under the leg rest for the chair they had in the room. I was and am furious. The guy, Christopher, that was there said that he would leave a note for Cynthia along with the pill. No one called us. I wanted my money back, but he said that in the meantime, he could do 20%. By the following Tuesday, no one had called. I called and talked to the manager, Cynthia. She did not think it was a big deal and she also said that the note and pill were not left for her. She said "I think it's an awesome deal that I can give you 50%. " That is horrible. It is NOT an awesome deal that my daughter could have gotten hurt, seriously hurt twice from the lack of care of the staff. She said she could not give a full refund. None of got to eat the breakfast, shower, or use the pool as we had planned because we left before anything else could have happened. It is very irresponsible of the staff to allow the crib to be like that. It should be inspected after every use and before giving it to another guest and there should never be any trash left in room, especially not pills! I want a full refund.
