My family stays at motel 6 chains often. I have not had to complain. When we checked in I didn't realize the night auditor would be the only kind person. We stayed two nights and it went from bad to worse. When I went to take a shower I discover it was filthy, not just dirty. I cleaned it so I could shower and when I went to let them know the manager wasn't available for 10 minutes and it was at that point I requested no room service. I went back 20 minutes and he still wasn't there so I was told to stop by later. I reminded her that I requested no room service since we didn't need it and would check out the next day. When I went to office later the assistant manager was able to listen and he gave me a small discount for the previous night, which was fine. When I went to my room I had saw the housekeeper exit my room and opened the door to discover she surly had been in there. I called the desk to let them know that that was unacceptable and he Rudely said sorry and there is nothing he could do about it. I then went to speak to manager and he told me they have to go into every room. As he explained that they have to check every room he said that I could be a shooter like the one in Vegas so they always check. I informed him that the clerk said no service was no problem and he continued on about the Las Vegas shooting. I am extremely disgusted with this hotel. Every other Motel 6 We have stayed in has been family friendly, inviting and polite.

Stayed in Motel 6 for a day and a half until my apartment was ready to move into. The room was clean, but blanket had a few cigarette burns, but overall the bed was comfy, so I didn't mind at all. Customer service was polite and friendly at first greet as well as very informative.

I was impressed with the guest interaction from check in I didn't get her name but a very nice woman fast prompt and on point. My housekeeper went above and beyond I spoke to in my section was very nice and waited for me to depart for dinner in the evening to do stay over service I did not expect that at all. Clean place to crash on my SUP board trip to Waldo lake. However found it funny no Kleenex in the bathroom not even the cheap stuff… minor gripe but over all satisfied.

Room was clean and comfortable. Nice large TV and shower was great. Bed was comfortable and A/C and heater efficient and easy to operate. Staff was helpful and courteous. Thank you for the seniors discount. Very nice! See you next time for another stay.

I stayed at motel 6 for 6 days. My first night was on the second floor. That room was okay. The bed made noise when I moved and the a/c seemed to not be working well. The remaining nights I moved to a wonderful room down stairs. The manager was a wonderful woman who made the move happen. Later she came and checked on me. I appreciate what she did for me and her friendliness.

Nice and welcoming front desk. Rooms were clean. Has a pool. No free Wi-Fi. Lots of parking and near downtown. Good rate. Towels felt like sandpaper.

Stayed there for two months. Housekeeping becomes annoying. The front desk people are wonderful. The amenities are slim. It's kind of noisy because it's right by the freeway. There's an owl on the roof. The police drive through the parking lot 2 — 4 times a day. Doesn't take long to understand why. Beds are stiff. Pillows are soft and comfy. Very close to plenty of restaurants of various quality and ethnicity. The picture of the building shows the owl, barely.

We notified the desk after we arrived and stated we did not need clean bedding. Well we not only did not get bedding we did not get the room cleaned at all. No trash taken out, no new towels, and of course the bed was never made. We did get a call from the Mgr and he said that we requested no housekeeping, Big mistake. He said that they knocked on the door and no answer, well we were not in the room we were out enjoying Eugene and the surrounding areas. Anyway we were disappointed in the service.

The location is right near the mall. The room was very quiet even being near Highway 5. The location is very near multiple restaurants. The room was clean and basic. There were multiple cigarette butts on the walkway outside my room. Luckily I did not need to turn on the air conditioner or I would have had cigarette smoke in my room.

I did not have a chance to review animinities prior to booking and was expecting to have a Microwave. The staff was happy to warm up my food in the office. Motel is clean, comfortable and basic with laundry. Warm friendly staff.

The room was neat and clean. Good quality for a good price. I highly recommend Motel 6 in North Springfield. Especially if you're on a budget.

No coffee maker. Scratchy bedding. Bar soap only. Some strange smell. Need I say more? At least it was fairly quiet for a quick stay on the road. And at least they had ice and a vending machine in the office.

Karri (spelling in question? ) who works registration at the front desk provided exceptional customer service, and had a beautiful smile and a great attitude first thing in thpe morning. The housekeeping staff, as well as the front desk staff also were pleasant to speak with, and did their best to accommodate every request I had. The rooms were clean, the beds were exceedingly comfortable, and the coffee (served in the morning until 10 a. M. ) ACTUALLY tasted great! Overall, I have had a pleasant experience at this Motel 6, and would recommend it for people looking for a value motel in the Eugene Springfield area. Also: there is a medium-sized swimming pool, although it was closed for the season at the time of my stay.

The best thing was it was very clean. I really appreciate that it was clean. Unfortunately, the rest left a lot to be desired. It had no amenities and the full-size bed instead of Queen for two people was a shock. There was also no sound-proofing so we heard the people above and to the side of us. The no Wi-Fi was frustrating and paying 5 extra to allow one device to connect was just disappointing. There were two things that needed attention the shelf above the sink and the toilet handle sticks so it runs continuously. The price was comparable to other places but they offered amenities that make your price way to high.

The room was clean and well taken care of. The only issue was other guests. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Our crew comes out once a month and they take care of all of us just fine. Unfortunately, other people are loud and rude. It’s not nice to stay up until 2 in the morning getting drunk and being loud. The other issue is tweakers and prowlers. Bring anything expensive into your room at night. It’s not the fault of Motel 6 or the staff, it’s just society in general.

Unless I absolutely have to for financial reasons, I will no longer use your facilities. Here in Lane County, the two motels I have stayed in on various occasions, have always been unsatisfactory for me. The staff are foolish, not professional, and dishonest. More than once my request have not been provided, and I have had to take whatever room was clean at my time of check in. I use your motels because of the prices, but I will pay more and move on to other vendors and receive what I want. My experiences have left me with an impression, that your employees believe that people who use your motels are poor, and so less deserving of respect, professionalism and first rate service.

A lot of people living there that smoked too close to our room. First room had a leaky sink and flooded the bathroom. They wanted us to pay more to just move next door. Had to load up the car and move to a different room in a mother building. Next room had a dog running loose in the parking lot. All night their cat howled and kept us awake. The extra door slide type lock was gone and the remains hung by screws falling out. The linens were clean and the bed comfortable.

Service was great. The room was better than expected. Everything was clean. The bathroom looked newly remodeled. The bed was comfy and the linens well washed. The heating was warm. I would recommend it to anyone and they had the best price out of all the places. No extra amenities like breakfast but there are so many restaurants around, I wouldn't count it as a negative! Very glad it was so comfortable!

The room we were booked into and in which we stayed the first night was not as expected. I had booked, I thought, a room with 1 queen bed. In stead I got a handicapped access room (148) with a full size bed. The room had no operating cooling and was unbearably hot. The bathroom fan being on cooled it off a bit, but pulled in the smoke from the adjacent room. There was a dog and crying children somewhere in the adjacent rooms which were very loud. So we were fortunate that there was a cancellation and we relocated to a much nicer room (141). Were it not for that move I have given all of my responses a 0 score, as the room we stayed in the first night the absolute worst place I have ever slept, including the cold hard ground of the Idaho back country. The first night should have been free and the pain suffered should have made at least one more night free also.

Your Staff was very friendly. The room cleaners were friendly & helpful getting us extra supplies for 3 days & 2 nights. Our 2 complaints are — we had people on the left side facing the room some time after 12:00 am. That were talking loud & going back & forth it seemed like they were standing right outside our door talking. And it sounded like they had a toolbox working on a car. Also the beds, were so uncomfortable. I couldn't hardly sleep & my wife & I had a hard time Monday. We have stayed here before several times thru the years. Don't remember the beds being that bad. We have had people next door or upstairs going back & forth & loud before. We were charged around $10.00 more than quoted. That would not have been a problem, if there were not the 2 issues. I was so upset I didn't want to say anything. We came up to get away & visit our kids & grandkids for a couple of days. We will book at a different Hotel next time… The extra price is Worth a Couple of GOOD Nights.

Great place to stay. While most motels in the Lane county area want $80 night for a roach Motel room along with a $100-200 deposit, your place was reasonably priced at $63 for a nice room with 2 beds. Would be nice if you could have coffee ready a lot earlier, I tend to get up around 4. But all in all, I'm happy.

The room itself was adequate, the mattresses were old and the springs could be felt. Our first night the bottom sheet was stained and not sure it was just an old stain or not. The second day we moved to a room that had a fridge and microwave as we were staying several days. The area is filled with homeless and drugs. Our neighbors were very inconsiderate and even had the police to their room in the middle of the night.

It was a good visit overall wish they would have shampoo available that isn't from a vending machine which was lame I shouldn't have to pay to wash my hair. And it wouldn't take very much to have a mini fridge in every room it's hard to keep things cold especially if staying more then one night.

The room was clean and ready. However, it was very hot despite it being 40 degrees outside. We had the thermostat set as low as it would go and it was still so warm it was nearly unbearable. Overall, everything else worked well and it was an OK stay. It would have been MUCH more pleasant had we been able to get the room below 80.

Hello had went to a motel 6 didn't shower, touch, a bed pretty much just checked in, left went to the store with a friend. Had a hudge fight and just wanted to check out or get credit for a different night because I couldn't stay their. My car was vandalized. Who would wanna stay at a place were I didn't feel safe. All they would do was give me a different room. But didn't see the safety of my car. So I was out of a good nights rest because I had to go stay at a motel were I felt safe. Not fair.

Check in was simple. Upon entering the room, it "seemed" clean and inviting. However after being in the room for a few minutes, you start to notice the dirtiness. The top bed cover, had stains. The sheets and pillowcases had random hairs, human and what looked like dog? The hardwood floors, which are a nice touch, were dusty and also had loose hair floating about. The beds are extremely hard and squeaky. The bathroom was nice but the shower water pressure was horrible, barely a light drizzle. The walls are paper thin as we could hear all our neighbors and their TV's above us and beside us throughout the whole night. For the price, it's not worth staying here and being uncomfortable. For about $50 more I can stay at a more classier and cleaner motel. Motel 6 used to be my go to for a good cheap price. Not anymore. Very disappointed.

Overall a terrible experience. And I think I'm being generous on the stars. The staff were hospitality and the room has a nice contemporary look to it. There was no heat, no mini refrigerator, and they charge by the day to use the Wi-Fi. If this is the standard for all Motel 6 locations I recommend seeking accommodations elsewhere.

The person at the front desk was very nice and the room was quiet and spotless. Parking was good, the ice machine worked, the grounds were relatively clean. But the cooling just wasn't enough to cool the room down. I woke up burning up in the very early A. M. And finally opened the window; something I never do because of safety concerns. And it hadn't even gotten hot that day so I'm not sure what happened. The remote for the TV stopped working and then finally started working again. I did report this. I need to be in the Eugene area again early next month but I'm wondering if I want to stay here again because of the cooling issue.

This Motel 6 is my home away from home on University of Oregon football weekends — — and has been for the past several seasons. The motel is immaculate, comfortable and reasonably priced. The weekend manager, Joe, recently resolved a problem involving a reservation for me. He was efficient, professional and the matter was resolved to my complete satisfaction. I can't praise him highly enough.

Were told room was not ready when we arrived at 5 pm and that we'd be called on mobile phone when room was cleaned. We waited over an hour, walked by room and, looking through window, saw that room appeared ready. Went back to front desk and asked about room. Staff said they guessed room was ready then and were given the room key and carried in our luggage. An hour later when we were away at dinner (approx. 7:30 pm) we received call informing us room was now ready! Staff was courteous but clearly didn't seem to be very organized. There were at least a half dozen people outside the office waiting for their rooms at 6 pm, so we weren't the only customers with reservations who didn't have a room ready when it should have been.

Motel 6 is very reasonably priced. Room is spacious and beds are comfortable. Front desk staff were nice. The motel has everything you need for a good night stay. The only thing happened on my trip was my room was not clean very well. I found hair in my bed. Hair on the floor in the bathroom. And the towers are not cleaned properly. I could still see black stain on the large tower. What a shame! The motel could have got five star with this defficiency!

Derrick was wonderful and very helpful. He made check in simple and easy, assisted us in local services and made our check in comfortable. Our room was well maintained and clean. We had great water pressure to shower in! The overall experience was amazing and the room was reasonably priced. Kudos to the entire staff for helping weary travelers have a nice experience.

Management very rude and racist. I was asked for my room to rent it to a person who came to see a game. I had several days in my room. A maid me cry and almost runs me in the lobby. While the manager also showed his distaste towards me. It is a kind of racism.

Manteneron our room quite clean. They gave Me the password for Wi-Fi without paying even that was hard. It was everything that I expected of my reservation even that could have been better if they had an iron. Cercita of the bus stop. That was well good.

NOTE: I did not stay at this establishment in this instance; I'm basing my review purely off of first impressions. I spoke with the front feel. The staff were extremely polite and helpful. I asked about rates and discounts, and they confirmed that I was eligible for a discount based on my status in a particular organization. They even volunteered to let me view a room before I made a decision. The room was very well kept; the furnishings and fixtures had a very clean, very updated (if not post-Mod) feel. I was impressed. I did not ultimately stay at this establishment, because the staff enlightened me that another business might better meet my needs (I addressed that business in another review). Overall, while I lacked the experience from which to make a complete review, my view of the room, and interaction with the staff gave me only the highest impression of this hotel.

We stayed with a toddler and another child. My room had an air conditioning control. So I set it on my conformable setting. But I woke up in the morning shivering. So my whole family could not sleep well. We woke up early to a cold room to realize that the Air conditioning was not working. So I put a complained and left to see places. When I came back and inquired, the receptionist could not tell me if it was fixed and sent another acquaintance lady to look at it. The 2nd day it was pretty warm in there. The lady could not fix it and just said sorry. So I had to grab a box fan to be able to sleep. But it was pretty noisy and not covering all the area of the 2 bed room. So even the second day same story. For the size of the rooms and facilities, this was a complete rip off at $150. I wont even stay here for free.

Price gouging at it's finest! $149.99 ($165 with tax) for a small one bed room, not even shampoo supplied, paper thin walls and no air conditioning during a 100 degree day. There were Olympic Trials going when we passed through so we weren't able to go to our usual motel. Not a good experience at all.

This review is for room 324 at motel 6, let's see where should I start. The room smelled like dog pee, In the morning it got very cold and tryed to turn on the heater. Relzing 15 min later that it didn't work. There's a lots of nats in that room due to old water pipes, and how I know every morning I woke to find them around my sink. Which led to the hole in the sink. Now the last one. Was the worst. They think that if they call you in the morning to see if you need room service, but what they fail to relize is that people get in the shower or using the restroom so nobody can answer the phone. And they only call once. (well how convenient) NOT!. So the time went on. When I decide to jump in the shower. I was almost done. Till I heard a knock at my door. Keep in mind I have both locks on. So I grab a towel and head to the door to find out someone was all ready opening my door. I got very upset to find out it was the maid. Ok so. Ther many things are wrong here NOTE: please help me get to every MOTEL6 to start to get a (NONE DISTERBING SIGN) for there rooms because it seems that they don't care and just walk in the room even if your asleep. Or in the shower. Or even making love. So what I did is open my door with my towel and stood at the crack corner saw that the maid was right next door. I told her that what she did was rude and very unprofessional. She told me she called my room. But I was in the bathroom, so I couldn't anserr the phone.

If you have large pets 40 lbs plus do NOT stay here they have slippery wood floors which cost my dog her back legs she is looking at being lame, she pulled her ccl/acl ligaments in her knee, cause is from slipping on the floor over and over my poor dog who is 2 years old is facing being lame the rest of her life in a wheelchair or the 4k plus surgery to try to repair it and pray she doesn't pull it again, once the original is torn which it is they can fix it but nothing is going to make it better that the original, recovery is 4 16 weeks in isolation no running, jumping, confined to a crate or always on a leash. What kind of life is that for my baby girl I did call to complain while I was there to be put on a carpet room and they had none… so this is the result a fortune of debt and my babies life, not very pet friendly with floors like that.

When I called this morning I booked a room with Pat the manager. She was super sweet. I explained I was tired and didn't want to spend the day in the car with my kids. I felt a migraine coming on and just needed a dark quiet place to relax. The reviews I read sounded good. However even with their huge sign out front saying Wi-Fi here. What they don't tell you is its 2.99 per device you'll be using in the room. 2.99 for basic Wi-Fi which their competitors are giving away for free. My husband went to see if we could get our money back and just move to another hotel. Pat the manager fixed that problem by giving us four pass codes for all our devices. However the only reason I'm giving this review a three star was because we all just wanted to relax for a day and nap. No one told us they would be power washing the building for 5 hours. It was so loud we couldn't hear the tv. And anyone who was out side had to yell to be heard over the noise. The rooms are small. The room we were in we thought we were getting two queens but we got two fulls. No fridge or microwave. Nothing major. However again the only reason they are getting a three is because I wasn't able to relax and fight off the migraine. It just brought it on full force. I just think we should have been more informed. Knowing I wanted sleep and relax I should have been warned about the noise that would be going on. Or knowing we wanted to look for houses should have been told it's 2.99 per device.

This motel provides a safe and clean environment for our family. We know that our belongings and vehicles are safe while we enjoy visiting Eugene.

This is the worst hotel chain out there. I made reservation for two room. And I asked for smoking rooms. They told me yes that they had two smoking rooms available. So when I made the two hour drive there and ask the guy at the counter (bald white guy with a earring in his right ear and he wears glasses) if these where smoking rooms he said yes. I proceeded to pay for both rooms. After lugging all our luggage up to the rooms which where buildings apart. There was a no smoking sign on the door handles. I went into the room 241 and tried to call the front desk and the phone didn't work so I tried to turn the lights on to see if it was plugged in but then I found out that the light bulbs or the fixture didn't work. So I proceeded to the other room 237 to make the call to the front desk to verify about smoking rooms. That phone worked and I called the front desk and asked him if theses where smoking rooms and he said no sorry all our smoking room are booked. I told him that I made reservation for two smoking rooms and reservation sent me to this hotel because it had two smoking rooms available. So I had to drive further than I was going. And I ask the front desk guy then why when I asked him if they where smoking rooms he told me yes. He said that he never told me that when I asked him in front of the guy he was training and another customer. I feel sorry for the guy who is being trained by a LIER. He is showing new employees the wrong why to have customer service.

The Motel 6 dog policy encourages me to ALWAYS check for room availability as a priority over any other brand. The simplicity and practicality of the accommodations perfectly balance with dog guests. I've loved staying in Motel 6s for at least 30 years.

The room was clean and had everything we asked for last night. Had excellent service, and will continue to use there service again in the future.

Dear Mr. Bodet, you did it again! You left the light on for me! My wife and I are regular guests at Motel 6 whenever we travel. Once again, when we checked in to the Springfield Or. Gateway motel, The room was ready and clean and fresh, and the staff was friendly and accommodating! We will certainly stay there again! We only wish there was coffee in the room. The coffee in the lobby was terrible! Also please make available a microwave at least in the lobby for all guests to use. Overall an excellent value for the price! Mr. P.

Very clean property. Love the remodeled rooms. Super friendly staff. Everyone had a smile. Great stay. Would definitely stay there again.

Wifi isn't free. Its 3-5$ a day. No fridge in the rooms. And no bath tub. Came here to recover from giving birth to my son and those accommodations were what I was looking for and didn't get any of that. The "amenities" section was misleading. However they have very clean rooms and staff is super friendly.

Better than I expected. To my surprise, as soon as I walked into the room I noticed that the room at this location was completely redone. It reminded me of some of the hotel rooms I have stayed at in Germany or Denmark, much more modern than any other Motel 6 I have stayed at in the past. In most of the Motel 6 locations I have stayed at, they were less than pleasant to say the least. This is for sure one of the good ones. I wish they all were this clean and upgraded. The desk clerk was very polite and friendly, too. Judging by my stay, this is one of the Motel 6 locations that you could stay at and not be disappointed.

Good motel for the $ however the lock on the door was broken, the sink only had hot water, and the washcloth I used was like sandpaper. The front desk clerk said the rooms are about to be remodeled so I'm guessing everything will be fixed then? If you are looking for an OK room then this the place. If you want fancy then pay more $ elsewhere.

My husband and I stayed at this motel over the week of Thanksgiving so we could do some shopping and visit our kids. We've stayed at this same motel several times in the past. The employees were nice to us. The room was clean. Whenever we asked for extra towels and soap over the period of our stay someone gladly provided those items. It's sad that the cost of everything is going up everywhere and this motel is no exception. I will say that Motel 6's rates are the lowest for a decent motel because we checked. I would recommend this motel to anyone wanting advice on a motel to stay in.

I myself needed a quick trip away. So motel 6 here we r two nights. Great parking, the rooms were adequate, very clean lobby. The pool was closed but my two boys loved the cable t. V the most all around a nice stay for the money.

The front desk team, Linda, Nikki, Brandi and Bruce were extremely helpful with directions to locations, information on places to eat, and general overall service. The maintenance crew, Joyce and Harold, have this location immaculate, and the flora is absolutely stunning. Great care taken by this team. I would recommend this location to any of my friends and family that would stay in the Eugene area. Great location with easy access to many locations. Thank you all.

You get a clean room and upgraded very clean bathroom for an extremely reasonable price. They gave me a military discount which was very thoughtful of them but would only apply it to me even though I was paying for both my room and my daughters room. I will always choose this motel when in the area.
