I love these people they are super nice. We love staying there have for years. Great location. I think the rooms are very cute. Only one down fall the cat smell not a cat fan but other than that the experience has alway been good we have stayed in all the rooms.

This isn't a cookie-cutter chain hotel, but you get everything you'd get from a place like that (good bed and bathroom, microwave, fridge, etc) plus a warm, welcoming, family feel. We only stayed one night, as we were driving through on I-5, but it's definitely worth the 20-minute drive off I-5 to get a bit of relaxation. There's a great breakfast, lunch, and dinner restaurant (The Point) right next door.

Enjoyed our one night stay while spending some time in Sweet Home, OR. Clean and comfortable room upstairs with a huge bathroom. Bed was comfortable and there was a coffee maker in the room along with a flat screen TV. Nothing real fancy (which we were not looking for) but very nice and we would stay again if we were in the neighborhood.

Tracy and Steve (the owners of the Inn) were so warm, friendly, and accommodating to my boyfriend and I. They were very helpful in working with us to make sure we could reserve our room at the right time, the pricing is totally reasonable, and Steve made sure to give really helpful directions (so as to avoid deer on the roads late night — stick to the main freeway! ). We had attended an event in Eugene (about an hour away) and arriving late at night. No problem! We were able to arrange coming in late night and our room was cozy, quaint, relaxing, and had plenty of space and a private bathroom. The A/C worked perfectly, and there was a charming atmosphere in both our room and throughout the inn, itself. The downstairs has a neat bar/desk, and fireplace with neat history. The best part of all is the location! It is directly across from Foster lake and is is surrounded by beautiful trees everywhere. The second best part is that it is located right near The Point restaurant — which has incredible views overlooking the lake (must call to reserve one of those tables! ), and excellent food. The staff were also really friendly and on top of things. Although it was pouring rain the whole time, the views were stunning, there was a bit of fog in the forest above the lake, and the whole area is enchanting! We are already planning to stay here again at the end of July when the weather will be much better and we can enjoy the area a bit more.

Absolutely wonderful! I loved staying here. The owners are so friendly and really make you feel welcome. Clean beautiful rooms! I will most definitely be back! Has a very homey feel. Quiet and peaceful! Amazing views!

Extremely rude. Called us liars when we were just looking for a place to stay (and we didn't lie whatsoever). Don't recommend at all.

Hospitality is 2nd to none! bed was extra comfortable. Great view of the beautiful lake! this place truely is the sweetest place in sweet home.

This place is great! My daughter and I loved our stay here. The suite we stayed in was very quaint and comfy. The room was basic but had great personality. Love the jetted tub, too! The proprietors, Steve and Tracy, are super nice and very accommodating. We will definitely be back!

Cozy place. Clean rooms. And a great restaurant right next door.

The room was clean, we had 3 beds in our room and it was a great price for the room. The decor is great, loved all the antiques. The owner was super friendly, allowing us to use the front yard, front porch and bbq to host a family get together, even had utensils we forgot to bring. We had our truck and boat with us and were able to park right outside our room so we could keep an eye on it. We will definitely return!

The innkeepers here are very friendly. The inn is small (4 rooms), but my room was very clean. There is a view of Foster Lake. Also, the room had air-conditioning and a heater, the former of which was very nice on a hot night.

Food was good rooms clean very respectful.

Went here over the summer there is no AC and no service, and I used a blacklight on the bed you dont even want to know.

We had a wonderful stay. The bed was very comfortable and we both slept real well. Its very cozy. We had the room with the jacuzzi tub which was great. The view across the street of the lake was a plus. The restaurant next door is excellent, and you get a 15% discount, which we used! The owners are very nice and gave us all kinds of info about the town. It was clean and comfortable. We will stay here again!

I am very happy with the rooms my family rented at this lake view inn. My bed was new and very comfortable! The decor is done fantastic by the inns owner… who by the way is wonderful to visit and work with! I sit on the deck and watch the lake life go by which is so soothing… then latter in the eve sit around the huge outside fire pit and enjoy family and friends with unlimited firewood. The inn owners have arranged for a discount at a lakeside fantastic eatery called The Point that have the best clam appetizer I have ever had and its a twenty yard walk from the inn. The inn has a large common room with a huge big screen a fire place and large bar and huge couch… Across the street a rope swing into the warm lake! Fun!

I hear the bed and breakfast is quite charming although ive never stayed there yet.
