My brother had a life threatening brain bleed the day we were supposed to leave for Oregon. This hotel refuses to refund our money or give is a credit to stay at another time because we didn’t cancel 24 hours before. We did call them and let them know we weren’t coming, but unfortunately we weren’t able to predict this horrible medical event. They are greedy and I wouldn’t stay here if it was the only place in Oregon with a room. Give your hard earned money to business owners who value you!
Nothing too special, but cost effective.

It was horrible a friend of mine and I just left. We were there overnight. Two women literally but in the basement (1st floor) where they are doing construction (floor shouldn’t be open) we had to find our way because there were no room signs. Finally figured out the exit door was a connector door. Door numbers weren’t on the doors but on the floor next to them, there’s paint on the tiles and on the doors. The metal strip at the bottom of most doors is either missing or bent, and there’s holes in the hall ceiling and that’s before we had to deal with the heat/ac unit that when you turned the heater on sounder like the entire Oregon state football team was in there it was that bad. Then we called front desk for extra blankets and were told we had to go get them they wouldn’t bring them to us. We will never be back.
