I LOVED it here, beautiful room, and nice friendly staff!

We stayed 3 nights, we rebooked for a 4th night. We accidentally put the wrong name on the reservation. When we asked the front desk lady to fix it, she was difficult and told me it was a more complicated process than I thought it was. I told her to stop being difficult and do her job and then we wouldn’t have to talk. She told me she doesn’t have to take that kind of treatment, instead she told me I should probably just try to cancel and rebook. Absolutely ridiculous how lazy she was, tried to do everything else except change the name which when she finally did it took 2 seconds.

I had traveled and was exhausted so I just let it go. When I got to the room, I decided to make a cup of coffee and found a used fork stuck to the sugar creamer package. Gross. I went to lock the door and saw it had toilet paper stuck in the peephole. I sat down on the bed an saw that the curtains had a huge area torn out of the center like a dog had eaten it. I turned on the shower only to see rust colored water come out. The showerhead spewed water and would not adjust causing water to go over the shower curtain onto the floor. The heater was so loud that I finally got fully dressed turned it off and slept in my clothes because I was so cold. When I checked out the desk personal said they were sorry and that she would adjust my bill. I said please do as it was a nightmare no quality. I said I had taken pictures and I was going to contact customer service because I didnt feel I could stay there again and she said well that will be you resolve then no bill adjustment was ever made. I was wronged and she gets to be rude? this was so wrong. I did sleep in the bed, but used no facilities and ate no free breakfast and I feel a refund should be given. I will send the photos if I am given a site to send them to.
