I live in the Hilton’s Mon — Friday across the nation. Not always do I have the utmost customer service above average and accommodating experience that I have at this Hilton hotel. My only complaint is the gym is not open where many are with limited sign up during the pandemic. This hotel is listed as my Fav. On the app. And most respectful and loving staff. Hats off!

Very kind employees and so clean.

Large king sized bed & priced very well. Excellent front desk & restaurant staff. A plus to their guests is a free 24 hour a day shuttle to the casino so you can have a great time without worrying about driving or getting a taxi.

Great breakfast and the hotel staff was nice. I recommend it.

We loved this hotel so much. The staff was amazing and Gerry was so helpful, friendly and his hospitality towards us was unparallel. Absolutely amazing. Thank you Gerry! We will for sure be back to stay next time we come through Spokane.

Close to the airport, very convenient. Room was a nice size, clean and well air conditioned. Used the fitness room facilities and there was sufficient equipment which worked. Didn't have breakfast but my colleagues enjoyed theirs. No problem with staying here again if needed.

Fantastic experience. Very friendly and helpful staff. The little restaurant area off the main lobby had good food available as well as a bar.

I've stayed at this hotel several times when traveling from GEG on business. It provides the typical Hilton Garden experience, which is an experience I enjoy. The hotel is not quite walking distance from the airport (there are 1 or 2 hotels that are), but it's only a 5 minute drive and they also offer a shuttle. The hotel has a restaurant and there is also a restaurant next door that is pretty good.

Very nice hotel and friendly staff. The pool is at a nice temperature and fitness center is perfect for my needs. The surrounding area is safe enough for runs, too. The staff is great, super friendly and helpful.

Stayed here for a quick family trip. Room was good, breakfast was good. We had use of one of the conference rooms that a relative arranged and I was impressed having been involved with conference setup. If you need a room for a meeting or training with support they have their act together.

Good location outside the heart of Spokane. At the time of writing this they we're renovating so it's going to be even nicer soon.

Nice rooms and great little eating place downstairs. Everyone was really friendly. Plan on staying again!

Its conveniently close to the airport. Onsite restaurant is convenient as well, but a bit pricey. Exercise room and pool were very nice. Disappointed that they don't have accommodations for parking your vehicle while on your trip for less than $150. Room was basic, like a Hampton, not what I'd normally associate with Hilton Garden. But clean and functional for sure. Staff was friendly and accommodating where they could be. The establishment just doesn't quite meet the bar I have for Hilton Garden. I guess that's why it was $20 less than the Hampton nearby.

I didn’t actually stay at this hotel, but I did attend a training here, and I wanted to share about the wonderful customer service I received. As a new momma who is still breastfeeding my little one, I needed a place to pump while at an all day training. I asked if they might have a space that wasn’t a bathroom I could use, thinking maybe they’d have a spare meeting room or unused space I could hole up for a bit, but they went above and beyond by offering me one of their private offices. When it came time for me to use it, the assistant general manager stopped what she was doing in the middle of a task and offered me her office since it had no windows and had a lock on the door. I would have been happy with a broom closet with a chair in it — to be offered someone’s office in the middle of the workday was amazing! Thank you for treating someone who isn’t even technically a customer like the most valued of guests!

Very close to airport. Well insulated as I didn't hear any plane noise. Very clean room and staff was friendly. Has a standard hotel gym with pool.

This used to be my go to place to stay… It's starting to show it's age with lots of missing paint, broken items, outdated carpets, and moldy bathrooms. They still charge above average Spokane prices thinking they are something special… Newsflash — you're a box hotel near an airport.

Love this hotel. We have stayed in the past and it is very convenient to the airport, with friendly service. Today they allowed me to cancel my stay when my flight was canceled to Spokane. No better way to win loyalty!

We had a very nice stay. Staff were friendly and room was very clean. Enjoyed the soft cookies offered in the evening with coffee in the lobby. Room service and meal was delivered quickly and food was hot. Nice!

Hello! My name is Karen. I've been working at the at the Hilton for a while now and I have to comment about how easy it is to get around there. It's layout is very simple and almost everything is centrally located by the elevators. It's just very easy to get around there. Also, employees eager to accomodate your request are always close at hand. They add a sterling touch to hospitality if you are in need of celebration, relaxation, or just to be on your way.

I love that you give shuttle rides and your staff is amazing. The only down fall was the t. V. Every hour it updates. Each update takes over 20 minutes. So you can't actually get into any one show or movie.

Can't say enough good things about this hotel! We stayed there twice over New Year's, and the customer service was outstanding. The shuttle drivers were friendly and quick to get us to and from the airport. Each time, the crib we requested was already in our room, ready to go before we arrived. Check in was quick and friendly, and the employees were very receptive to our needs. On one occasion, we arrived with a damaged piece of luggage-the front desk helped to find us a roll of duct tape to tape up our luggage before our early morning flight the next morning. Excited to see what it's going to look like after the renovation is complete! Will definitely stay here again when we travel to Spokane-thanks for running such a great hotel!

Excellent service all around. Comfortable beds. Great gym, pool, and hot tub. Clean, new facility. Beds very comfortable. Great breakfast buffet! During our last stay, they kind of kicked us out of our room early and threw away some food and wine we'd left in the fridge, due to a misunderstanding or a mistake — — anyway, I was livid… but they made it completely right and then some! Love this place!

The staff is super nice. I did eat the buffet and the service is excellent. We have been treated great. As a Native American group that doesn't always happen. We are very happy.

One of the very best Hilton properties I have stayed at. The facility is immaculate, the rooms are clean and the staff is great. They even rescued the tablet I left behind and sent it to my house. Definitely 5/5!

Very nice. Breakfast was great. The door to the bathroom opens outward, so I hit it with the room door coming in the room. There was some trash left by housekeeping from the previous guest. Overall pleasant experience.

Beds are firm. Tv has a lot of channels. Anyone walking down the hallway, especially running kids can be heard from within your room. Still better than anywhere else in Airway Heights.

Probably one of the best hotel stays of my life. Service and staff were amazing, taking care of every detail. Of note my shower seat was put on tilted and I flooded the floor without realizing. They came immediately and fixed it and gave me new towels. Service was superb. Friendly staff… all of them. I talked to at least 5 different staff and they were all amazing. My room smelled fresh, was super clean. The breakfast isn't free, but that was well advertised so it wasn't a surprise. And it was totally worth the price. My omelette was very well made and really good. Everything else was fresh. Not a spot on the bananas. Usually most hotels serve very bruised fruit. Not this place. As a smoker, there was a great place for me to smoke. It wasn't an after thought bench out there. It was a pavilion to shelter you if there was weather. Very impressed!

The shuttle drivers have always been the best. It's great that you can stay in a great room for an affordable price. Plus can get a free ride to the casino that is only 2 mins away.

If you're in Spokane, I highly recommend staying at this hotel. From the moment you step inside, you can tell it is very well run. Customer care is valued here, and that isn't easy to find. Everyone is friendly, rooms are nice, clean, and have everything you need. If you don't feel like going out, room service is great, too, as is all their meal service. The location is perfect. Within minutes you can be downtown, visit the casino, attend a concert, or be at the airport, Their shuttle service is always right on time.

Loved the shuttle service. The driver was super nice. Breakfast was bomb. Manager is probably the coolest person I've ever met. Great place and super clean. Highly recommend.

Overall hotel represents typical Garden Inn set up, felt slightly larger than average. It had the small bar and restaurant in the lobby and then a pool and work out room. Both were adequate but nothing exceptional. Free Wi-Fi was available and worked very well. Check in staff were helpful. Facilities themselves feel fairly dated, nothing in serious disrepair but certainly showing its signs of age.

One of the nicest Hilton Garden Inn I have stayed at. Front desk very nice and helpful, rooms larger than others, clean and quiet.

This hotel was the only one in town that had a wheelchair accessible airport shuttle that ran during the time I needed it. While the price is higher, it's worth every cent. The room was great; spacious, accessible and clean. The bed wasn't half bad either. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because of the carpeting in the hall. It is almost impossible to propel a wheelchair on that carpet.

Loved the hotel in general! Had a good time swimming in the pool and was able to relax without issue. The only downside we found was that the only way to have breakfast there was to pay the $12.95 which I wasnt fully explained to me when I checked in. Other than that it was a lovely hotel to stay at!

First for the good. The lobby is nice and inviting. Also Emily the front desk clerk was super nice and accommodating. She offered us breakfast or points whichever we chose which was nice to have an option. So she herself gets 5 stars. Also the gym looks nice and well equipped.

Very very clean hotel and friendly accommodating staff! They have a shuttle too the airport and casino 24hours which is great when you are pulling a larger trailer and want to go somewhere nice to eat. The breakfast buffet is fantastic and the omelettes are made just the way you like. Would stay again!

Was a regular at this location for several years when it was brand new. Uniquely friendly and hospitable staff, great ownership and management. I only quit coming because they turned the hot tub wayyyyy down to accommodate babies who shouldn't even BE in the hot tub, and after 2-3 stays where it was evident the hot tub was no longer to be a hot tub, but a "Warm Tub", I now stay at the Coeur D'Alene Hampton Inn.

Call the hotel for a free shuttle (obviously it's nice to tip though) at your request from the airport to the hotel — it is maybe a three minute ride. The hotel is very nice and looks new. Rooms are clean, fresh, and bright. Good front desk service. They have a restaurant in the hotel that is open part-time, and right next door is the Rusty Moose (highly recommend the elk burger! ). I plan on returning to the hotel next weekend, highly recommend for convenience and nice facilities.

Had a very nice stay. Rooms were not the cleanest. Breakfast wasn't free, but at less than $10.00 you can't beat it. Free shuttle to Northern Quest and the driver was very nice.

This seemed good at first but now I am unsure. I called to make sure there would be no feathers in the room because of an allergy only to learn that the room had been misrepresented on a well known booking site in more then one way. They had a king with a sofa bed, they do not have this type of room available at all. I asked for a manager and the rude person at the desk could not help me. No manager there. I called again and briefly spoke to a different person and they had good customer service.

Rooms were clean and reasonable.

Everyone was very helpful and staff seems happy to be there to help you.

Been here twice for meetings have not spent the night. Good people. Last time were there, there was a bomb threat, communication was good about when we could come and go. We moved our meeting to a restaurant next door, and someone came to get us when the threat was lifted. Good people.

Very classy! Free airport parking. Waters handed to each guest upon check in. Adjustable firmness of mattress. Reasonable price. Competent friendly service.

I am disappointed with my room for the price. There is nothing special; furniture is old. The beds are horrible; they promote the beds but the beds adjusters were broken and they were horribly uncomfortable. Also the rooms ventilation is none existence and the heater/cooling unit is very old and Is loud and does not keep an even temperature in the room. The restaurant on sight is nice to have and the service is good but ultimately the rooms are just a disappointment. I have stayed at both the Hampton and Doubletree both Hilton hotels in Spokane and would recommend these properties over the Hilton Garden Inn.

I can see the tower from my room but I have not heard any airplanes. Much quieter than the HGI property in Portland. That one will drive you crazy. Nice property, friendly staff, quiet, but true, it's not near anything. But treat yourself to a nice long walk around the area, enjoy the purple sage.

The service was ok, but the rooms where wonderful. Next time I am in The Spokane Area will probally go back to the Hilton Garden.
