The room was fabulous the food was great the spa was wonderful. A shout out to James at the front desk Sophia was the best. She was so inviting and kind. I have stay at many luxury properties this one was exceptional. I am sure they have many repeat guests. Once you check in you never have to leave unless you want to. They provide everything that you need.

Arguably one of the best hotels I've ever had the pleasure of staying at. The entire staff was friendly and very eager to help with any questions or issues I or my wife had. The weekend morning fresh squeezed juices and evening champagne were a nice touch as well! I highly recommend!

My Husband and I had a wonderful Date weekend at The Ritz-Carlton in Tysons Corner. There are local places to go and things to do! We enjoyed the Jazz and room service. The hotel staff were awesome! Went for a staycation and believe this was the best hotel experience ever. Amazing staff, great bedding, restaurant atmosphere and food were top-notch. Definitely will come back.

First hotel I've stayed in where I really felt pampered. Lots of staff willing to help you out, rooms were luxurious with the decor, large, and had a bed with a down topper. Turn down service was something I was not used to but appreciate. Made staying at the hotel for a wedding very easy. Restaurants in the Ritz we're decent and there are several good ones within walking distance. No free internet unless you are a Marriott member. Room was able to get very dark and quiet. I can't stress the willingness of the staff to help enough! Free snacks in the lobby. Cons: expensive but it was worth it for the personal service and lifts can be a little slow on a busy weekend. I will now look for more opportunities to be stay at another Ritz.

We had a scary experience (with an happy ending). We enjoyed afternoon tea with friends. Before leaving, we used the restrooms. Once home, my husband noticed he didn't have his computer. After checking the car, it was obvious it was left at the hotel. Frantically, he called and was relieved to hear someone had found it in the restroom and turned it in. We drove back to get it and couldn't thank him enough and whoever turned it in, we thank you for your honesty and know that there are still good and honest people in this world.

The hotel was fine. Very classy on the inside. I was here for Android Summit 2018 and stayed two nights here in an executive suite, which was a beautiful room with a beautiful view. I do think that the hotel is a little pricey for what it has to offer though.

We were there for my cousin's wedding and stayed in there regular room with 2 beds. Rooms are comfy and nicely decorated. Hotel staffs are very polite, helpful and responded to all my requests immediately. Overall very enjoyable stay for us. I gave it 4 stars only because room doesn't have refrigerator and microwave, which are essential for me to store and heat my toddler's milk.

Staff is top notch, well trained and attentive. Hotel has a great location near DC and local shopping with week end rates being very reasonable. We stayed in an Executive Suite with an overnight stay Saturday to Sunday, rate of $242 plus tax (AAA discount). Self parking was free (parking validated at front desk) and was a convenient walk to check in. The RC app is very useful and I recommend using it for features such as quick check in. The hotel shuttle will drop off and pick up about Tysons Corner, upon drop off the driver handed over his card and asked that we call him directly when we wanted to be picked up. It was refreshing dealing with a hotel with such consideration for guests.

Great hotel to stay at and to host an event. The service at the event I attended was extraordinary. The space for the happy hour after the meeting was cramped though. I also had a terrible experience with the elevator going up to the event space. The elevator stuttered and started moving up with the doors open. We all jumped out and took the stairs. I stayed at this hotel as well and the rooms are great. You get a great view and can even see DC in the distance if you get a high enough room.

From the moment we pulled up, the service was on point! We checked in effortlessly, grabbed a delicious glass of iced tea and headed to our gorgeous room! The bed was so comfortable, we both slept like babies. I especially loved the high end bathroom! I would definitely recommend, and can only hope to be a guest in the near future!

As a vendor I used to hate the Ritz security. They have improved a lot since I was last there. You don't have to surrender your driver's license anymore which makes the job easier. The staff is extremely helpful. It's a great place to work and I'd recommend it to anyone who wants to have an event.

Hotel was nice and staff was very accommodating. We were there as part of the bridal party and getting ready for the wedding. The valet was a bit off. The groom's party was there to pick up the bride and was asked to pay the daily valet fee. We at least told them to have the cars ready to by a specific time so the bride could hop in the car to go to the ceremony. The cars were not ready and we had to wait at the front for 5 or so minutes. I was very disappointed in teh coordination of that.

The Ritz-Carlton at Tysons Corner provides an elegant retreat for a spa, great food, and shopping. It is also convenient for business meetings and conferences for diverse DC businesses. The rooms are kept up to date, clean, and are very comfortable. In room dining is very reasonable and weekend rates are a great bargain. In all, the Ritz is highly recommended.

This was an excellent venue for the conference I attended. The food served was excellent and each meal carried a different theme. The attention by the house staff was bar none and they looked genuinely happy to be working there. I look forward to attending other events at this location should the need arise.

Elegant atmosphere with a classic luxury look and feel. The staff is professionally trained to exceed your expectations. Rooms are spacious, clean and modern, with the latest USB centric power outlets and dynamic window shades. When you upgrade to the suite, you'll be pleasantly surprised by the sheer size of the room and it's overwhelming bathroom. Overall, I cannot wait to stay here again on my business trips. The Ritz Carlton is my new personal hotel of choice. Well done.

Very clean, quiet and comfortable room. The food in the dining room was delicious. The only negative was that the creamer in my room was dated and expired 5 months ago. Unfortunately I didn't notice it until after I poured it into my espresso and it curdled into lumps. Otherwise, they would of gotten 5 stars.

3/2-3/4 2018… First and last time we will visit this hotel. Not exactly the experience I wished or expected to have for our 20th anniversary. I expected so much more from a 5 star hotel at this price point. Valet took forever (apx. 15 mins. ), received a total of 3 different bills/ charges for 0ur stay other than what my confirmation stated & was charged for things that should have been included in the "offer" that I paid for (totaling a difference of apx $320) before adjustments). I was not able to use the bkfst. Credit on the first morning of our stay due to being told there was at least a 1 hr. Wait (at 10 am), & was redirected to the restaurant to inquire about the wait time for a table only to be sent to voicemail, so we left the hotel to eat bkfst. Elsewhere. Morning 2 ordered room service bkfst. In another attempt to take advantage of the credit once again only to be given an incomplete and incorrect order that was subpar at best. After expressing my concerns upon check out I was offered the excuse that the recent power outages were to blame. Although I understand that these things can occur, I still expected to experience a certain level of excellent and preparedness for such things associated with The Ritz Carlton brand, sadly I did not have such and experience. I could have stayed at the Comfort Inn and had this same experience and paid far less. Definitely disappointed to say the least. Will not return & will not recommend.

Had the best experience getting massages, facials each time I go with the most experienced professional massage therapist and aestheticians, great service. Best Sunday brunch and delicious foods in the restaurant. Great atmosphere to relax, steam room, dry sauna and jacuzzi. Love it.

Excellent hotel! We stayed here in December for 3 days, in a beautiful suite. I kind of felt like Julia Roberts in "Pretty Woman", except I'm not a… you know… a little too fancy for me, but what do you expect, it's the RITZ. Anyhow, everyone was very polite and we had a great time. Bed was super comfy too.

I was here for a bridal shower. The food and drinks were wonderful and the service was out of this world. I would love to attend any future events hosted at the Ritz Carlton. It was a great experience.

Top notch service. Jennifer remembered me by name on multiple instances. The food is great and the room service is quick. Super nice gym if you're into working out and the location is connected to Tyson's galleria.

Everything was a great experience. They were so accommodating and went the extra mile to make sure I got what I needed. Very convenient being attached to the Galleria for me to get to my office for the week. I had a wonderful evening at the hot tub, pool, steam room, and sauna. Very relaxing.

Beautiful and convenient hotel with five star accommodations all the way. Everything is fantastically appointed from the lobby to the conference rooms, modern 24-hour fitness center (with indoor pool) to the (obviously) guest rooms. They offer fabulous in room dining options and the staff is fantastic throughout the entire facility.

The staff here are amazing when it comes to customer service. My family booked a few people here and all of us were quiet happy with the service we got. The location is central for shopping and dining. Loved the on-site dining options.

Very attentive and responsive staff. They even made sure to have the foam pillows I requested in place on top of the mound of regular pillows on the bed. My room is delightfully quiet, including the air handling system. In the bar, my waiter was terrific, as were the small plate of carrot curry and the local, very hoppy IPA. I have only two complaints: one, there are not enough electrical plugs near the desk. And two, the stupid micro refrigerator sits alone in an odd place on the floor, and it is seriously beaten up, dented with a number of scrapes on it.

Enjoyed a local getaway at the Ritz Tysons Corner! Awesome property in a prime location. Courteous and professional staff throughout! A key perk was after hours access to the Galleria and connecting restaurants. When you need to get away, keep them in mind.

This was not my best stay at The Ritz Carlton (it was actually the worst). I've stated at the Tysons location several times and I love the Concierge. My room smelled of tobacco (15th floor rook 1526), so they gave me another room. The bartender, an older gentleman, is rude… plain and simple. I came in after a long night and walked in the bar for a nightcap right after midnight Friday; he sarcastically said when I asked if they were open " the lights are, so No we're not open then he kept Mumbling as I left. Then I get to my roomorder a cocktail from room service and the glass was dirty (photo attached), and they didn't bring ice for a VODKA TONIC? The room also wasn't as well cleaned as normal and I Didn't receive turn down service. I'll continue to stay here, for now…

Hotel was clean and quiet. Amenities were great and there were two malls and various restaurants in walking distance. I would definitely stay here again if I could get the conference rate, which was a third of the normal rate.

This was probably my shortest stay at the Tyson's R-C so I'll give a general comment based on all of my stays. Tyson's is the best R-C in the area. Not only is it practically inside Tyson's Galleria (Tyson's II) but the service is also impeccable, especially if you have Club Lounge access. I've only stayed twice this year so I was impressed by the number of employees who remembered me. I only had two detractors: the valet parking guys essentially ignored me every time I walked through the front entrance except when word circulated amongst the guys on a particular shift that I was a big tipper. I found that to be rather annoying. Secondly, during each of my visits, there were some cleanliness issues like small pieces of food under the couch, smudges along the rim of water glasses (from room service), or specks of food caked on the edge of plates and bowls. I consider this somewhat minor as only a borderline mysophobic person like me would notice these things But considering the existence of guests like me, it's worth it to be a little more careful when cleaning.

PROS AND CONS OF THIS PROPERTY: PROS: Good front desk team and room was great CONS: Certainly bad customer service at the restaurant, especially when we were seated. The guy who seated us (his name I think was :emit?! I guess) was very unpleasant and we were not sure why. We made a reservation and when we came, he looked unhappy to see us and we don't know if it was because we are a large group or anything else. In addition, we noticed that he kept mixing customers names and even server seemed very frustrated from that. Overall his professionalism was not as much as we anticipated, especially for Ritz Carlton's standard. But again, the front desk staff was efficient and helpful for our stay.

One of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. The staff was warm and welcoming, and the housekeeping staff in particular was extraordinarily accommodating. The facility itself is beautiful, and the rooms appear to have been recently renovated. The hotel bar and restaurant are top notch for food, beverage and entertainment.

I came in for a 3-day convention (but didn't stay overnights). During my time, the hotel staff ways always very friendly and courteous, going above and beyond to make sure my, and my fellow vendors at this con, we're conformable and our items safe. Additionally, the event rooms were well maintained and the bathrooms well cleaned and stocked.

Great room, excellent fitness ameneties, Nespresso, and awesome wine bar are all top notch. Compared to other Ritz Carlton the service was a little below expectations. One time the front desk was simultaneously watching a video in his phone while assisting me. The spa didn't even know their own menu, I asked about a service and she didn't know what it was but went on to tell me about something completely different. I ended up not getting any spa service nor did my wife. Overall would definitely stay again though. Not perfect but very good.

The service is awesome. All you have to do is ask and the front desk will make sure you have what you need. It's also conveniently attached to the Tyson's Galleria mall. Will definitely stay here again.

I stayed here several years ago and I must say service was perfect. Hotel staff was very polite and attentive. During breakfast staff was outstanding. All I had to do was look up and someone was there asking if I needed anything. Dinner was fabulous as well.

The hotel seems clean and the staff is nice, but it feels old and a little stuffy. I guess that's what you'd expect from a fancy name like the Ritz, but I'd prefer something a bit more modern.

Came for pound2016. Ballroom was great. Bathrooms were top notch. Parking was expensive though. 12$ for 3 hours.

The room was clean and the service was impeccable. The hotel itself has a polished look. Noon checkout and free weekend parking is most appreciated. The food from their catered event we attended was good but not the best. It was however served promptly with care and concern for allergies.

Superb service, outstanding amenities, and perfect location. Very highly recommend the American Girl package. My daughters and I have absolutely loved staying here for our mother-daughter weekends. The girls especially enjoy all of the American Girl services. We plan to come back at least once a year.

Have planned a tri-birthday excursion for my three beautiful daughters. So looking forward to my visit and our stay. I booked spa treatments for all of us, and a special dinner with as many amenities as I could. I will report later to let you know how we made out.
