Mr butt was very accommodating and the super professional. The area was completely booked and he help us manage to find a room to stay. The rooms were cleaned, house keeper comes once a week and does a great job. They have extra supplies if you need it such as pots and pans etc. Highly recommend this place if you are trying to find a place around Dulles airport, the White House is very close 30mins. All staff is very professional and great! Diff will recmend it to everyone!

! Honest Review. Please read! Guys, Read this before you make a decision. They say "You get what you pay for" which is usually true, but not in this case. You get nothing. My own personal experience… Day 1. I had to change rooms twice in the first 15 minutes. The first room smelled of smoke. This is supposed to be a non-smoking facility. The second room did NOT have the AC working. Finally I got a room that did NOT smell and the AC worked. Rooms are just OK. Low lighting. Very small. Here is what you need to know. — They say breakfast is free. IT is. But it is kind of a joke. All they have is some bars and coffee. If you expect bagels or slices of bread or fruits etc, you will be disappointed. — Website says that all rooms come with full kitchen and utensils. While there is a kitchen, there are absolutely no utensils. Not even a spoon. Nothing at all. Now I changed 3 rooms and all were the same. So this is NOT a room-specific issue. Not sure what good is a kitchen if there is no cookware / silverware. When I spoke to the staff, they said it can be made available on request. So I requested and all I got was 2 small plates and a fork and spoon. Then I asked again and finally for a pan and spatula. Bottom line — Having a kitchen is USELESS. So that is that. — Website says all rooms come with blow dryers or can be obtained on request. Well guess what? You guessed it right. No blow drying for you. I asked and asked but could NOT get a dryer. So that is that.

My worst hotel experience. You walk in and don't want to look to closely or touch anything? The pillows are awful and the bed sheets were rough and caused my skin to itch. Kind'a like the detergent didn't wash out all the way. A burning sensation on your skin.

Ants all over the place. A/C does not work well. Rooms smell musty and like a wet dog. Good luck getting the front desk to help as they hide in the back and make you wait forever until they come and "help" you.

It was a splendid experience at the Extended Stay Hotel. Free grab and go breakfast. Serene environment. Free Wi-Fi access to the airport.

Currently staying the night because we literally have no other option all other hotels in the area are booked. The room is small and muggy. None of the surfaces were wiped down counter tops are sticky and there are sticky marks on the end table. Trying to make the most of it, hopped in the shower and stepped on glass… I literally can’t make that up…

Not a bad experience. Clean and quiet. Very easy access to the Airport.

Unsafe. Noisy. Front desk guy was never around and rude when he was there. The door to my room was left open repeatedly by the cleaning staff and I had some valuables stolen. I told the people who manage the place and they did nothing about it after promising to help me as long as I didn't file a complaint with the company. Unprofessional trash hotel.

Rooms could use some updating, but were fine. First room I got into was very smoky smelling, but they moved me to another right away. Relatively convenient to the airport if you have a car. I don't believe they run a shuttle. But cabs are another option.

Crusty pee on the toilet seat, ants wondering around the kitchen area, didn't throw salt on the stairs and the batteries in the remote were dead. Other than that it was a dreadful experience.

The staff is great and very attentive to your needs. Housekeeping great also anytime you need them. Have stayed here many times. Rooms are quiet and comfortable… great value for the price.

Great staff. Room well cared for. TV could use more channels. Wi-Fi could be faster. Cell tower far away (poor signal). Excellent value. My parking, stay was perfect for me. I stayed a month. I preferred it to the Hyatt Regency Dulles.

The Sterling extended stay was clean, the planes flying over made it less than quiet but if you want to be close to the airport they are very close.

Room was alright. The heater sucks ass comes out cold So have to turn on oven tops and iron bed sheets & Put towels under the door to keep the cold air from coming in. But besides that staff was nice & good price. Pet friendly.

All the good I have to say about this place was the staff was very respectful. There was several people sitting in a car in the parking lot shooting herion. The place automatically gives you a bad feeling the way it’s set up and the area it’s in.

All the basics except coffee and cups. Easy transaction and fairly cheap was a plus.

Satisfied. One night stay was ok. Price was good.

Great price, clean rooms and fantastic staff. For the price that I paid, I couldn't believe I would get such an amazing service.

So many roaches! I eventually left the light on to keep them hidden. On actually stared me awake from the opposite wall to the bed. When I woke he saw me look at him and he quickly returned to hiding. Must have seen much more than 40, and no more than 100 in 2 days.

Very understanding I had to go pick my check up and they were very good in trusting me to bring back the money the device is wonderful five star no doubt.

Good staff. But not the best place to stay. No trash can in the room because the place is trash.

The front desk staff was above and beyond attentive. There wasn't a queen bed available, per reservation (hotels. Co. ). Despite being told the bed was queen, it was a full. Room was comfortable. TV was small. There were some kind of bugs in the bathroom (i did not report this). Overall, not bad for the price.

Cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in.

Why would anyone stay here? Beds are hard as a rock so don't expect to sleep well but this is an extended stay trademark (the gard beds). One small trash can. And the biggest topper was the ac only worked when it wanted to and took 2 days after check in to get it looked at. I dont understand why extended stay does this but there free Wi-Fi is ridiculous! do not make me pay extra for an actually usable connection! So as usual Wi-Fi sucks. The only good thing about this motel is the sizeable bathroom but I don't sleep in the bathroom.

Clean, comprehensive suite. Facilities on site are immaculate. The staff are responsive to any concerns. Affordable.

Excellent lugara for those people simply looking for accommodation. The rooms are full comfortable and clean.

It is pretty gross here. I do not love it.

4 stars because my room didn't have a trash can both times I've stayed there.

Great stay staff was very helpful with finding my reservation and I would stay here again. Rooms are decent and the entire place is being painted.

Room was not in a clean condition this is 1 star hotel, do not go to this hotel.

Horrible save your money.

The fire alarm has gone off at least 5 times in a month and a half. It must be faulty wiring, bc if the alarm goes off in one room, it doesn't set it off all over the whole building. This is way worse than anything else.

Pros: Stove, microwave, huge fridge. Silverware, Plates, cups included. No bugs, roaches only. Parking space. Room ervice on request. Cons: Dirty stinky motel. Place is infested with roaches: saw immense amount of roaches from 1/8 inch to couple inches in size. Also, they claim to be "Dulles Airport Hotel" no shuttle is provided. Hotel is largely dismaintained: trouble with hot/cold water switch was not immediately fixed, nor another room was not offered. No food delivery after 10pm. Conclusion: Would not stay in this hotel. PAy $15 more, and go to any nearby one.
