Very solid hotel. Nothing is particularly fantastic, but nothing bad either, hence my rating. Everything is clean, and the staff was pleasant. Meets all expectations.

Location and kitchenette only. Stayed here for 12 nights as I was waiting for repairs to be done at my condo. The free Internet is no Internet. Can't even download my work emails and I have to pay for faster service. Free breakfast is no breakfast. This is a long story by itself but at 7am. I had bitter taste coffee and that's it. Litterly. I went to the front desk and then, Sorry Sir no frying pans. Sorry sir no pillow cases. Sorry sir no. No… no. At the end of my stay I paid for a very expensive "motel" room where I got a very convenient location and a tiny kitchenette that helped me to choose what I wanted to eat. Overall bad experience and I don't recommend this motel for anyone who wants to stay more than one single night.

Rooms were big, good bedding. It was supposed to be non smoking room but it smelled like someone had smoked there recently. There was water leakage from the AC unit just outside the room. I liked the extended stay hotels in westborough area than these ones.

Perfect location, friendly staff, clean room, and a good price.

Worst hotel experience ever! I had to unexpectedly stay over night in Fairfax VA after I was asked to return to the immigration offices the following day. I decided to stay instead of making a 4 hour drive back home and having to return to Fairfax the next day. I get online and find this hotel and decide it's fine for the $94 a night. Once I arrive I ask the receptionist if she had any rooms available. She says yes and proceeds to tell me the cheapest room she has is for $130 a night taxes not included! I tell her and show her my phone that it's online for $94. She says okay I can give it to you for $100 taxes included I reluctantly agree. Later that day I decide to go out for a bite and a movie. I come back and the key to my room isn't working. I keep trying but the door doesn't open. I call the front desk and there is no answer. I decide to walk to the front desk and it's closed and no one answers. I'm calling and still no answer. It's 30 degrees outside I'm freezing and I can't reach anyone. They have a phone next to the lobby door, I use it and still no one answers. After about 40 MINUTES of being outside in the cold I get in touch with someone at another location. She says she's going to try to send someone. I wait another 15 minutes and a lady that looks like she just rolled out of bed with dirty hair and clothes comes out of the lobby asks me to come in.

Upon checking in, the first room we received was not cleaned at all. Wet towels in the corner collecting mold, bed sheets strung all over the room, and it smelled awful. Upon telling the front desk they gave us a key for a different room, so we went to that room and found it in about the same conditions. Funky smell, dirty towels all over, unmade bed with dirty sheets. They finally got it right on the third time after the manager went and found a room himself. This is the kind of problem that should not even happen once. Twice is absolutely unacceptable. The room we finally got smelled a little, but was otherwise acceptable for the price.

Friendly staff I've been here a couple times. For the price, this is a great place to book a simple hotel. Look for the promo codes they offer on groupon also.

Called hotel and the lady who was working the front desk told me they had plenty of double rooms, made a reservation and said great I'm on my way. After driving an hour and a half to get there she acts stupid and says they have no rooms. Very disgruntled customer!

It's in an out of the way location so is a bit quieter than if one were on the main road. Easy to get to. The room is nice.

Very affordable price, staff was very helpful and courteous. I stayed because of the snow storm and they were very helpful finding me a room right away. My car battery died when I was checking out and the manager personally drove me to my car and gave me a jump. Will definitely stay again.

Other than a missing TV clicker, my stay was 100% positive, it was ckean, quiet, and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!

The people are genuinely nice and very helpful, the room could use a deep cleaning. I asked for a non smoking room, well lets just say the 2nd one I was changed to was a lot less smokey than the 1st.

I stayed at room 162 for a quick night and the room is fairly clean. What else can I say? It has fridge, tables and everything you need for any long or short stay.

Absolutely comfortable and it's very reassuring for parents to know that the area is very clean and friendly. I would highly recommend it.

SPIDERS IN THE BED! Spiders in the lamps, spiders in the bathroom. I arrived at 1 am after driving all day, set my stuff down and headed for the bed. Spiders. Looked around the room. Spiders. Immediately put my stuff back in the car and checked out. When checking out the employee said we would get a full refund due to the spider problem but we had to do it through our booking agent. I booked the room with points so had to have my credit card company call for the refund later, per the hotel employee's instructions, but the hotel nevertheless charged me for the first night because they couldn't find a written record of my complaint, even though the hotel employee I spoke to upon checking out said he'd handle the refund and understood my dissatisfaction. This comes down to either the employee not documenting my complaint or shady business practices. Neither one is a good thing. in summary, spiders, spiders in your bed, spiders on your stuff, spiders that will probably sneak out of the room with you because even they dont want to stay here!

AC unit made noise coming from fan shaking. Had to prop chair and my suitcase against it to stop the noise. Refrigerator/freezer couldn't open all the way because it was too far against the wall. Room was clean at least and bed was OK but nothing anyone great at all. No dishes/plates/cooking included — must check out from office. They gave me a mixture of whatever they had for cooking, mostly junk. Went to check out in thr morning, heard people arguing/talking on the phone in the back office. Said "hello" in a loud voice 3 times. No one came. I ended up calling the hotel while I'm standing at the front desk to get someone to come out. They came out on their cell phone. Overall not a horrible experience but not a good one either. I'm at a Candlewood Suites currently after checking out and it'd a night and day difference.

If you can stay else where do so! There are cob webs in the corner of the room and a dead cockroach! The pet fee states that you will be charged $25/day up to $150/a stay. My job has me staying up here and then extended my stay from 2 weeks to 4 weeks, when it got extended I stayed in the same room received new room keys and paperwork. Today which is 13 days from when I extended my stay the manager Daniel decided to sit behind a desk and lock me out of my room because I didn't pay another $150. To them extending a stay you have to pay twice for your pet. This place is dirty and charges twice for pet fees when it's one stay! Stay away!

Really liked the service here. The rooms are well kept. Don't forget to pick up at the front desk any plates and utensils you may need including a coffee maker. This is to ensure they are cleaned and sanitized.

One of the worst hotel stays I've ever experienced. My room smelled awful. There was mold growing in one of the lamp shades. The humidity level in the room was so high that after several days everything I owned felt damp. The hot water broke several times. The laundry room was filthy. Housekeeping never showed up on the correct day and I always had to have the front desk force the issue. If it wasn't for the price being low and convenient to my workplace I wouldn't have stayed. I do not recommend.

Good value for the money. Location wad perfect for being a visitor. We drove everywhere, didn't use trains. Location allowed us to beat traffic, ad it wad going opposite direction for us. We had a pkg delivery that was handheld for us. We had a charge issue on a credit card for accidental payment twice. It was handled immediately once issue was brought up with no hassle and credit showed up overnight. We'd recommend, beds were comfortable to us.

It's a fine motel. Staff was friendly. Place was clean. Rooms are small and not a lot of TV channels.

Room was not very clean, didn't have any silverware, coffee pot, wash cloths. We stayed for 2 nights, both our keys did not work the 2nd day. Worst place for the price we paid.

WORST HOTEL EVER! The rooms are small and dirty. They didn't give us soap or clean towels. The staff is rude and you can barely understand them. YOU ONLY GET HOUSEKEEPING AND CLEAN TOWELS ONCE PER WEEK! The continental breakfast only consisted on an old muffin and coffee. The breakfast was not available unless you asked for it. Then they'd bring out the basket of old muffins. I spotted red dirt in the bed that was consistent with BED BUG feces. This would be a bad deal if it were free.

Not a bad place to stay. I'm working at Inova Fairfax hospital and this place is the most convenient location you could hope for. Friendly staff, easy access to 495, and free Wi-Fi!

I stay here a lot! But never again. My key didn't work and I went to the office. This African dude with bloodshot eyes was giving me a hard time about the key. He reset it and again it didn't work. He walked to my room and blamed it is n my cellphone which wasn't anywhere near the key. Again I stay here a lot but never again! Customer service is key with me and this guy was the worst!

Hated this hotel. Everything is cheaply made from the appliances to the silverwares. Also it's very dirty. The floors are sticky, appliances are dusty, lampshades are covered in spider webs. And the bathroom smells. Also their daily rates changes drastically from $84 to $140 the next day. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone! The house keeper did not stop by at all in our room to offer some fresh towels. When I called the front desk for towels they asked me to come on the front desk and pick up some. And the free breakfast? More like free bruised up apples and rotten oranges. If you want to stay in this hotel because of the location, there's a Marriott hotel few blocks away and it's a residence Inn by Marriott so you'll have the kitchen and it's only extra few more $$$. I tried to save couple of $ and I landed in this shit hole hotel! Never again!

Bugs in room, was here seven unfortunate days, no room service until my last day, which was the maid busting the door open at 830am and staring at me in the bed half naked just looking at me, (my wife left the room at 8am and I didn't wake up to lock the locks), I've stayed at a lot of hotels never had anyone ever do something like that, she didn't offer towels or ask anything just staring at me like she wanted me to jump up and checkout immediately. I told her to leave she didn't say anything just stared at me like she wanted me to leave so she can clean the room super rude! There was spider webs on every single light in the room, towels smelt burnt. We had to keep the bathroom door closed because the fowl smell coming from it. TV remote didn't work, we got this place because it had a small kitchen in it this place is way overpriced, dirty, and rude lazy maids, if you stay here after reading this your not very bright I have nothing to gain from this I've stayed in places that were in horrible neighborhoods, three times less the price and was a lot nicer and cleaner then this.! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! IF YOU DO TAKE THE RISK MAKE SURE YOUR DOORS ARE LOCKED UNLESS YOU WANT SOME 50 YR OLD SPANISH LADY STARING AT YOU TO HURRY YOU INTO LEAVING. Will never consider staying here again and will actively pleade with friends and family to stay away from this place.
