No AC, our stay was awful. They should warn guests before staying that there was no AC so we could have found some place else. We were told to open a window.

Not bad for the money room was decent clean and spaceous location was a little out of the way but it was a last-minute thing so I can't complain.

Cheap and relatively clean. We were in town for a convention and mostly came back here to sleep. It served it's propose, what more can I say.

Nice place to stay. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. Not as pricey as MGM.

I enjoy my visit. Cause the only things. I need is peace and quiet.

Excellent service. Central location. Good price. The room was inferior in design and comfort but it was very clean. If you are just passing through and want a safe sleep and clean shower — this is a good buy. No pool or any extras.

Good room size, was clean. Small toilet with a broken lock but was clean and good enough. The room had a bit dated furniture but had a flat screen TV, a small refrigerator and a microwave, as well as two free bottles of water with cups. A closet was included as well. Breakfast was minimal, good Wi-Fi, friendly and helpful staff. Location is close to a shopping area within a walking distance of 15 minutes, Huntington station is not far from there as well. Beware of the busy road next to this motel though. Didn't disturb us but some visitors complain about it.

Excelllent place to stay overnight. Great staff. One floor motel. Clean room and toilet. My son lost room key (normal key) and when I told them they gave another one with no charge.

A pleasant surprise! My stay was on 3/12/17. Very inexpensive room, great location, close (10-15 mins. ) to major DC attractions. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean room, clean bathroom, comfy beds. Our room had a nice flat screen tv, microwave and fridge. Decor was dated but everything was serviceable and in good condition. My only complaint was that there were no controls to adjust the temperature on our heating/ac unit, but the temperature was comfortable, so it really didn't matter. I'll definitely stay here again the next time I'm in the area. Highly recommend.

Excellent surprise. The motel is far from new, but very clean and fully equipped (TV, fridge, microwave, Internet). Staff are friendly and helpful. Reasonable price, so great value. Recommended.

Stayed here while in town on a business trip for 1 night. The rooms were clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. The ONLY reason I can not give this 5 stars is due to the noise that they have no control over. If you are a light sleeper you may want to bring a noise maker or something since the traffic is loud. Other than that a wonderful place to stay, clean, affordable, friendly, safe, close to anything you would want to see or do, and very reasonable rates!

This place was wonderful. Even though this was an older hotel you could tell that the rooms were kept clean. You can definetly feel comfortable staying here if you are alone or with another person. I would definitely stay here again.

This is in a very good location right off the main road. The rooms were private and the staff was helpful.

What a great little place to stay, it was clean, cozy and a great value. Right on the highway for ultimate convenience. AND NO BED BUGS, other nearby hotels for the same price had terrible reviews claiming they were infested, but not this place! We will definitely come back when we visit again!

Loved this place. It was very clean and the price was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful. It is in a great location. I will be returning to stay here as we got called to come home early. We were booked for 4 nights but only got to stay 2. Great place to stay.

Dont go by the external appearance. Stayed here for 4 nights during a business trip to Alexandria. Very clean, well maintained, spacious room and air conditioned room. The room contained refridgerator and microwave, I wish it had small coffee maker as well. Walkable place from Hurtington Metro station and they also provide shuttle service during the morning hours. And at last, people at reception were very helpful. Will again stay there for sure at my next trip to Alexandria.

My son and I stayed for six nights at the Budget Host Travelers Motel in Alexandria, Va. Not only is it affordable, but It is located in a beauttiful area. We loved its close proximity to everything interesting and important. Buses ran close by, providing transportation at all times to and from the Huntington Metro. Courteous help was given freely. The bed was comfortable. The room was very clean, and fresh linens were supplied regularly. Their morning courtesty Shuttle drove us to the Huntington Metro Station when ever we needed it. The last day we were there, they went out of their way to provide transportation for us later than the normal hours, and even drove us to King Street Metro Station, because the trains were not running at the Huntintgon Station. We were treated like family. Thank you to the Motel Managers, the shuttle drivers, and the maids, for making us feel comfortable and welcome. They made our stay very enjoyable. If I go to Washington DC area, I will definitely stay there again.
