Where do I start? First, when I checked in there were two of the rudest women behind the counter. One was named Verna and the other was named Bernice. I was there checking in with my elderly Mother and those two treated us so rudely I could not believe it. Then when I asked to speak to the Manager, I was told that the Manager was not there but the owner of the hotel was there today and his name was Logan Singleton. I was so confused because just the day before I was told he was the Manager of the hotel. However, he introduced himself as the owner. I asked him if I could please speak to his boss and he told me that he was his own boss that he owned the hotel. I was so upset. I felt as if they were all were not being honest with me. So don’t stay at this hotel. Not only are they rude, but the rooms were so dirty and there were these nasty large bugs all over the room. Yuck!

Great hotel. Front desk staff was very nice and attentive. The room was clean, beds were comfortable, and bathroom was spacious. Especially loved the free breakfast from 6-10am. They had something for everyone including eggs, turkey sausage, Canadian bacon, make your own waffles, fresh fruit, yogurts, cereals, oatmeal, bagels/pastries, as well as coffee, tea, juices, etc. We would definitely stay here again!

Comfortable and quiet. Reception was very friendly and accommodating. Beds comfortable and clean. Breakfast was decent, but fresh and available until 10, as a late riser, that's important to me.

Women at check-in struggled a little, but otherwise everything was great. Another guest informed us we could also use the neighboring hotel's large outdoor pool. Breakfast was decent.

Clean and pleasant. Staff were very nice. We stayed in a mini suite room, which had 2 televisions and seating area with sofa. Convenient location in Short Pump. Lots of parking.

Very comfortable stay. Only complaint is the constant running of extremely biased CNN while trying to eat Breakfast. Maybe switch to local news or weather.

Dog barked all night long everyone on the floor complained and the staff did nothing pained 175$ for one night of no sleep. They have a policy not to do anything except apologize for the noise unless you are a award card holder the will give you some points however if. You are not a member the simply do nothing.

I was in Richmond to get my dog and operation on his eyes and Helping Hands recommended the Fairfield Inn. This was a fantastic hotel every one on the staff was nice to me, my daughter, and dog. The was so helpful and friendly during our stay. The room was super big I was able to set up the dog XL kennel. Everything was so perfect.

I stayed here in January and they told me they would refund me because they had no hot running water. Come to find out a month later they did not refund me and when I called to clear things up they told me I was wrong and that it never happened. Don’t stay here it’s a waste of money and they aren’t honest.

I'm a Disabled American veteran, and was treated by the manager of this hotel Ashley like a piece of trash! I have a PTSD dog to help me with my emotions, and was yelled at by the breakfast work this morning. Also asked my sheets to be changed this morning, and will now return back to the hotel it was never done. I was told by the manager Ashley her employees thought was drunk. I have not had alcohol to get drunk in over 25 years. I told her to call the police to come, and give me a breathalyzer. Let's see what the police they have to say, but she never wanted to do that. Then my 2 boys came down stairs 12 & 19, and heard what was being said. They then told her what happened to me this morning. The boys then told her that the employees lied to her. They were very upset with how I was treated by the employees of Fairfield Inn!

Terrible experience. The night staff did not want to be bothered and made me feel like a nuisance for asking for help. I have stayed at many hotels but will never forget how poorly I was treated here. There is a Holiday Inn Express right next door and I would suggest everyone to stay there. Please refund my money or at least ask the staff to sincerely apologize.

We stayed here for the Richmond NASCAR race and loved the hotel. It's across town from the track, but had no issues with traffic — it really wasn't too long of a drive. There is ample parking at the hotel and everyone we had occasion to speak with who worked there was friendly. This is a busy area of the city but you would never know it. The hotel is in a great location. Recommended if you're needing a hotel in Richmond.

Nice hotel and location. Nothing remarkable or outstanding about it but worth the price.

Nice, clean rooms. Great service. Allows dogs. Breakfast wasn't too bad either. Easy on off to interstate.

We arrived at the hotel late at night, and upon entering our King/sofa bed suite/room, it was obvious it hadn’t been cleaned yet. The bed had been stripped, but not remade, the bathroom was dirty and there was trash around the room. Realizing that the cleaning crew must’ve gotten distracted and this room was never finished, we went back down to the desk and asked for another room, which luckily, they had at that late hour. The clerk at the desk did call to check on our new room, which was thoughtful, but extra pillows that we asked for were never brought up. Due to the odd configuration of the living area, when the sofa bed is pulled out there is a 6 inch space between the corner of the bed and the wall, making it very difficult for anyone in the bedroom to make it past the bed in the living area to the bathroom. We chose this configuration thinking our two teenage daughters would have a little distance and more privacy if they could sleep in a separate room, but there was no door separating the spaces. We would’ve been better off with a double queen room at this particular hotel. Staff was friendly and the breakfast was good.

My toilet clogged and there was no maintenance overnight. They were going to have to switch rooms. What a pain. Otherwise staff nice and room clean.

There is a "Free Manager's Dinner" on Wednesday's around 5:30 and it was absolutely SUPERB. I will return for the food and the kind staff, but will complain immediately if the floor in a room is sticky again.

Excellent staff I just have trouble waking up in the morning because the Beds are so comfortable.

Excellent customer service! They attended to my every needs and when I had forgotten something I called and they said they will ship it asap. Can't wait to come back!

Our room smelled strange and the in-room phone did not work but otherwise it was a nice hotel.

I snored happily in my bed and ate a good breakfast. The lack of 5 stars is because I so clearly irritated the night staff, who was in the back for a long before I finally called out "hello. " I needed to let my elderly parents know that I would be in the business center for an hour, but the phone in there wasn't working. Asking her to call our room to relay the message was nearly too much for her and I endured many suspicious looks and unfriendliness. The rest of the staff was outstanding! I'd come again!

Chelsea was very pleasant and helpful on the phone, and at the desk. The hotel is decent. I am a satisfied customer.

The hotel was updated and clean. Our room was clean except for one small issue in the bathroom when we arrived but it was negligible. We had to wait a few minutes when we arrived for them to finish cleaning our room but it was already more than an hour past check in time when we arrived. These were fairly small issues though. Over all very happy with our stay.

The room had no issues, and everything was clean. There was a breakfast provided with a decent spread. The other parts of the hotel were well kept and the staff was friendly.

Nice place overall, great customer service and great employees. Quiet, comfy, and clean but rooms are getting outdated especially the red commercial style carpeting throughout the guest rooms. However the beds and mattresses are new and the water pressure is great in the shower! Great place and people but time for an update on interior!

This was the worst Marriott property I have ever stayed at. Rooms were not clean, management yelled at my kid and her soccer team for being loud in the hallways at 6 pm. Long story but handled very unprofessionally. We left items in room that they now can't conveniently find. Indoor pool was freezing. Management said there was no place to eat pizza, turns out they have a whole sitting area with tables. It was just a bad experience from booking until leaving. Very expensive for what is provided. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Nice, clean and well maintained. It is everything I've come to expect at a hotel. The exercise room was minimal if that's important to you. The breakfast was above average with real hot food. The beds were comfy. The staff was "professionally friendly".

Great place to stay! Staff was very friendly. The room was very cozy and quiet. They also have a lobby downstairs with computers and a dining hall with free breakfast!

Everything is fine over all. Nice room. The only suggestion I have is the. Housekeeping should wipe the desk.

Pretty Standard hotel for the segment. Clean room, great service. Very happy with my stay.

Overall my stay was nice. There are a few suggestions I'd like to make though. The toilet paper is terrible and needs to be upgraded to a softer brand. Some of the breakfast choices were not so great. The Turkey Bacon and fresh fruit we're down right disgusting! The indoor pool perhaps could be heated in the colder months. A few minor tweaks would have made my stay excellent!

It was in a great location. The Staff ×prompt and very helpful. A hassle free stay. What more could you ask for. The complimentary breakfast was a plus.

When I stayed here it was great. The room looked great staff was friendly 5 star hotel.

The room looked great, the food appeared to be great. The room was OK, the bed was not good. The food was terrible for breakfast. The self serve waffles were great, scrambled eggs were terrible, sausage was terrible. The advantages were that they allowed pets and had a non heated indoor pool that was pretty small. Overall better than average.

I stayed here along with my colleagues for a business trip. Everything was clean and orderly. The double-bed room I stayed in also had an iron & ironing board which is a necessity on business trips. The staff was very nice and friendly. They even had fresh cookies at the front desk. I had forgotten my key in my room so in speaking with the front desk, I was given a new key very quickly while still keeping it secure by not giving a new one to a random stranger. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location, comfy beds and super friendly staff, especially at the front desk. Bethany was exceptionally friendly and helped us with anything we needed or wanted. Will stay again and recommend to anyone.

The room overall was clean and the staff was friendly. However, there were multiple scratches on the wall where the furnished office chair had apparently struck the wall repeatedly. The toilet barely flushed, parts of the plumbing from the wall to the toilet was rusted and the tile on the floor of the bathroom was broken in several spots. General chips and scratches throughout the room. I guess they don't inspect the room conditions regularly.

The room was clean and as its supposed to be. Only stayed one night and would stay there again.

Room smelled a bit dirty, like dirty laundry? it was all okay, not great, not horrible. Just okay.

Great hotel with more staff!

Just checked out yesterday from a weeks stay. The staff is pleasant, the facility is neat and clean & the breakfast was really thoughtful and great. Would recommend to everyone.

Great hotel. Nice interior and rooms. Top quality. No noise nearby. A pool indoors (no hot tub). Dog friendly requires you have a room near the stairs and bring in and take out your dog via the back stairwells. Not allowed in the lobby or the elevator. $50 1 time charge. Easy access off the freeway and an O'Charley's restaurant is in the parking lot. Nice safe area.

Everything is awesome. Only complaint is mostly self caused. My phone causes interference with the TV service. Every time I get a text or a social media notification, the TV gets fuzzy. Other than that, perfection.

Can't wait to hit the gym and the pool.
