This hotel would be fabulous if I had not been charged $90 for 6 "missing pillows" that I did not take. My husband, stepdaughters and I all checked into the hotel on a Thursday afternoon, November 19. We had a king suite with one king-sized bed and one sleeper sofa. There were 4 pillows on the king bed and no pillows for the sleeper bed so my husband asked me to request extra pillows and blankets from the from desk so the girls could sleep comfortably. Jamie, at the front desk, provided me 2 extra pillows, a sheet, and a blanket. All of those items were left behind on the sleeper sofa when we checked out on Sunday, November 22. Fast forward to Sunday night and I'm balancing my credit card and charges from the weekend only to find the expected hotel charges and a pending $90. I called and was informed by Jamie that the charge was for missing pillows. This is news to me seeing as NO ONE in my family departed the hotel or arrived at home with pillows. And why didn't anyone reach out to me to inquire about alleged missing pillows in the first place? Jamie advised me she could only leave a note for her GM to review my concerns. She recommended I call back at 7:30 in the morning. I plan to do just that. I also requested that ALL surveillance videos be reviewed from the time my family checked in until the time we left. I wanted so badly to like this hotel because, other than this inconvenient fiasco, the stay was pretty pleasant and the amenities are great. I'm hoping this issue will be resolved appropriately.
