Very nice villas with great views of the golf course. It's in a great location with very easy access to restaurants and the freeway on off ramp. They are maintained very well and the grounds look great. The pool is very nice, it's just about the right size. This is definitely a great place to stay if you're going to be in the area.

Lovely condos with a nice pool. A bit out of the way except if you like golf! Friendly staff. Check out at 10am is a bit early.

Great place to stay. Has two pools one for adults and the other for children. Landscaping is very well maintained. Rooms are clean and cozy.

Nice, comfortable, and clean. Nice warm pool and hot tub for a February visit. Well stocked kitchens. Perfect for families with young kids. Great books, games and puzzles that are free to check out. We got some mixed information from the front desk staff and the night guy was a little grumpy. But overall we have enjoyed our stay.

It’s was a nice quiet place. Two pools and hot tubs available. The staff were nice. It was a very comfortable place to stay for vacation.

Fun location. Close to stores, restaurants and points of interest like St. George downtown. Not close but doable for Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend.

Just off a golf course in a residential area. All condo units are single story. We are in a cozy & comfortable 2 bedroom unit. There is a small fitness center here as well as a family pool & spa and an adult pool & spa, a sports court and horseshoe pit. There are community grills, a playground and putting greens.

Great resort. Super staff n customer service. Rooms are spacious n very comfortable. Could use a t. V. In second bedroom. Nust grand.

Been an owner for many years. It just keeps improving.

Convenient for the senior games. Plenty of room. Little bit noisy if your on the bottom.

Very good lodgings. It's older but they have kept it up well. Two swimming pools, one is adults only, the other for families. A nice quiet area and easy to sleep at night.

We got there after hours but they left keys for us in a lock box. Note: if you arrive after hours, you won't have Wi-Fi access info but hopefully you're on vacation and that won't make you crazy. (You can probably ask them for the info via phone too. We just didn't bother. ) Room is nice and spacious… Has pretty much everything we need. So far, so good!

28 years and still coming to Southgate. We obviously love the place as a family.

Great housing for 2-4 people. With 2 pools (one for adults only) that help you stay cool in the sun.

Nice, convenient condos. Pools are acceptable. Views of the city are awesome.

Clean rooms. Nice pool. Laundry united on site. Nice kitchens, but plans are cheap. Good location next to golf course. Quiet at night, beds are comfortable but I've slept in better.

Clean rooms that seem to gave been updated recently with newer carpet and furniture. Great staff who even got us a pack n play for our new born when we forgot to pack ours. Love the pools though we didn't get to enjoy them this last visit. We'll be back!

Nice, quiet place to stay while in St. George. We were in a 2-bedroom unit. It was a bit small, but still nice. A bit more storage in the kitchen would have been nice to store groceries.

We love staying at the Villas. It's always really nice and clean and well-stocked with the items that we need. The people working there are friendly and very professional. It's a high class place.

Great place for a family vacation. We've come here several times, and the staff is always great.

Grounds are well maintained, but the units are a little dated in some aspects. The unit we stayed in had granite countertops and new cabinets but the furniture was a little dated. I wish each unit had a washer/dryer in it.

Comfortable for 2 of us in older 2 bedroom unit. Layout is a little odd… one side of closet door in master bedroom can't open due to placement of nightstand, patio is a central atrium with no views, very small living room… But unit is clean and well stocked, grounds are well kept and attractive. The paths are a bit convoluted to access areas but can be managed easily. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Excellent location and access to Zion National Park. A little pricey!
