This was a great spot for our family of 4. We were in the Gifford room, which does several things nicely. The little kitchen area with fridge and microwave plus the community grill enabled us to make ourselves some dinners with advanced planning, plus we were able to easily store sandwich goods / snacks for our day hikes in the park without it being a jumbled mess. (Note the kitchen area is not stocked with equipment nor prepared to handle much dish washing so plan accordingly.) The bathroom was also spacious, with good storage and counter area. Most appreciated: lots of hooks. We had multiple jackets, backpacks, hats and everything could be hung up. Even the bathroom had unique spots for all 4 towels, so we could keep everything straight. We stayed 4 nights and never got completely messed up despite the chaos of kids and being in and out all day. King bed was very comfortable, and kids did fine on the pull out. Great location.

My wife and I have drive through Zion several times, and we've always wanted to take some time and actually stay there--especially in winter (we love the cold and the snow!). So we decided to spend a few days there between Christmas and New Years 2023. after some research we chose the Red Rock Inn--and it was one of the best travel decisions we ever made!! The Inn is actually a small group of "cottages" nestled back off of the main road through Springdale. We got one of the cottages in the back (Emerald Pools) and just loved it! Here's what made our stay there so memorable and comfortable!

1) Sharon is such a WONDERFUL HOST!! Friendly very responsive and although these cottages are separate from the main building, it actually fells like she is welcoming you to her home!

2) The cottages are connected in pairs, but even though there is a shared bathroom wall, the attached cottaged are built on slightly different elevations (about 4' difference in elevation) so there is NO DIRECT NOISE BETWEEN THEM!! THIS IS QUIETEST PLACE WE HAVE EVER STAYED IN!!

3) The inn is strategically placed in the southern half of town--one and a half blocks from one of the city's southbound tram stops and one block from one of the tram's northbound stops. (If you aren't familiar, Springdale has a free city tram system that covers the length of the town.

We stayed in the Subway Suite on a trip in January. The location is great - a stone's throw to Zion's east entrance and about 1.5 hours to Bryce. The room was very clean and had all the amenities you'd expect from a hotel (sans a hairdryer), the bed was good quality, and the free breakfast at the diner around the corner each morning was a really nice touch. We booked online with a New Year's coupon and got a great deal. I'd recommend it to anyone!

I was seeking a quiet and beautiful place to settle for the night around Zion. I am impressed with the location and views this property has.

The room is very clean and modern. Big bathroom with a shower / tub combination.

Great local bars to venture within walking distance making for fun evening nights.

There is a hot tub on the mountainside that has phenomenal views, I'll be giving it a soak tonight after a night around the town.

Customer service was smooth. Very kind hearted person on the reservation line. I can tell they care about their customers. I'll be back for sure!

Staying here was great. We went to Zion for a wedding and the location close to the park was nice to escape in between the wedding activities. Sharon received us with great information and costumed recommendations on how to best take advantage of our time. Also the breakfast at Oscar’s Cafe that came included with a lodge was very nice. Great place all around with great views and nice and comfortable rooms. Greatest find !

Great Place! We really enjoyed the view, hot tub and Pecans from the tree. Sharon was very hospitable!

We recently stayed at the lovely Red Rock Inn and had such a wonderful stay. The room was very clean had all the basic amenities you need and amazing views of the mountains. Each room is unique and all rooms are fab. The Inn has a lovely boutique feel to it (just like Springdale itself) and despite the nearly complete construction site next door, it was very quiet. The owner, Sharon was so nice and extremely helpful with advising us what to see, which hikes best suited our fitness level and which restaurants to visit. She also advised us to visit Best Friends Animal Sanctuary in Kayab (after I told her I run an animal rescue NGO in HK) and we are so glad we did. Red Rock Inn has free parking and is situated within easy walking distance of some quaint shops, a variety of restaurants and the Zion National park shuttle bus. The free breakfast place (Oscars) is only a few minutes walk away, was great and their friendly staff readily accommodated me with my gluten free vegan diet. Zion park itself was amazing. We went for one day and stayed for four. We would have stayed longer but had to get back home to work. We hope to come back soon, as there is so much to see! Perfect location, comfy beds, clean, and wonderful manager Sharon, that takes really good care of you-from her heart!

Very clean and cheery cottage. Lots of outlets to charge your electronic devices. Refrigerator in room, 2 plush bathrobes, 3 packs of dehydrated hiking food were available in nightstand drawer. Bed was very comfortable. Walking distance to various restaurants. Close to shuttle to Zion park. Owner is so helpful and friendly. Definitely would stay here again.

All you want from a place to stay after a long day in the park. And then some: all the amenities you need, helpful advice from the front desk, breakfast included — — > more than cereal and milk.

I can't say enough about how friendly and welcoming Sharon was upon our arrival. This place was so cute and quaint. You see new commercial properties taking over it is wonderful to have this place family owned and personal. The rooms are even better than the pictures can depict. High ceilings, clean custom decor. I want to take our family and friends back and rent the entire place. It is just perfect. And to top it off the breakfast at Oscars, amazing. Highly recommend red rock inn.

This is an awesome place to stay right down the road from Zion National Park. Location-wise, it's right on the main road, Route 9, that goes into Zion, and it's about a mile away from the entrance. It's nestled right within walking distance of a bunch of restaurants, coffee shops, shuttle stop, and other points of interest in town. The property is lovely—a bunch of cottages with great landscaping and a beautiful "backyard" spot with chairs to hang out and take in the view of the mountains on either side. The room was spacious, as was the bathroom (the tub had tons of space), clean, welcoming, and decorated with awesome photography/artwork of the area. What really sold me, and the reason I highly recommend this place, is that Sharon, the owner, is incredible. She talked to me all about the area and shared some awesome insider tips (several of which I took advantage of). I won't share any of them here—you'll have to book and get them from her. :-) Sharon was so nice, and they gave us a breakfast voucher to Oscar's Cafe, good for a full meal there, and that place is one of my favorites in town, and the staff spoke highly of Sharon there, too. You'll have a great experience if you stay here. I'm definitely going to the next time I'm in Zion.

Great cozy place to stay. Friendly and accommodating operators. The room itself was a little on the small side, as the bed essentially takes all of the space. The bed was large, nice, and comfy, so that made for a pleasant sleep. Bathroom is of an OK size, but had tiny bugs on bathroom floor and counter, and some other bugs from outside, as this is close to the nature. Includes breakfast at one of two nearby restaurants, which is a nice perk. Priced little higher than some competition. If you compare on a third party site know there is another $20+ in fees and taxes on top, but the breakfast sort of makes up for this. Just keep that in mind when booking. A/C in our room was somewhat loud, which didn't bother us, but I know it would be issue for some. Parking is on a steep slope, so remember to use that parking break. Other rooms on the property seem like they are larger than ours was, but can't speak to that from experience. Service was great, but with the few issues noted above.

This is a low key, small little motel type place. The hostess and host were awesome. Only reason for 4 stars instead of five were the accommodations and property are pretty basic.

Such a beautiful place to stay. I only stayed here for one night with friends but the cottage we stayed in (#7) was a cute two story with very nice and definitely cozy. The garden/patio area is also beautifully kept up. Gorgeous views of Zion all around us and it’s in the perfect location to get on the shuttle bus to go into the actual park, so close to restaurants and little shops, right off the main road and very accessible. The hosts have been so incredible and nice, I will definitely be coming back here. They gave us breakfast vouchers with a choice of two restaurants for free breakfast, they also have games in the office and cable TV (but who needs TV with views like this!? )

What a hidden gem in Springdale! Sharon and her son, Trevor put their heart and soul into this little place. It only has 8 cottages and doesn’t look like much from the street. Each unit is decorated with loving care with special touches such as extra plugs for your electronics, free Wi-Fi, coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator with free cold water. Sharon gives advice on how to visit the town and what to do in Zion based upon your interests. They have a lovely patio in front of each cottage, a communal gathering spot in the garden and even a hot tub on the hill with views of the beautiful red rocks. Breakfast is provided by one of two local restaurants in town who were very accommodating and delicious. It was the perfect spot for my final night in Springdale after visiting Zion. I would highly recommend you make this your choice to stay when in town. Book early as they only have 8 cottages! Thank you Sharon and Trevor!

The perfect home away from home and Home base to visit fabulous Zion and Bryce canyons. Thank you to Sharon and staff for the tips, corkscrew, wine glasses, warm cozy heater, comfy bed to climb into after miles of hiking and more! Above and beyond service included fabulous breakfast at oscars. Do t stay anywhere else. Oh and book directly!

This is in the top 3 of the nicest places we have ever stayed in our world travels. Sharon the manager is very helpful and she really knows the area! The room was bright and cherry and the bathroom was quite large and even had a jetted tub and a mini refrigerator. There is a peaceful garden and a hot top upon a hill to watch the stars. We loved this place in the heart of Springdale!

We stayed here for 5 nights and could not have been happier. The location is ideal with being right on the main road of Springdale. It is a short drive to the park or short walk to get to a shuttle. A short walk to any of the many good restaurants in the area for dinner or to any of the great shops/galleries in the area if you want to shop. Basically it is a short walk from anything you would want/need. We stayed in the newly remodeled cottage and it was lovely and very comfortable (perfect size for the two of us). The cottages are off the main road so it is very quiet and feels like a little oasis — especially with the nice new landscaping! The cottage has a king-sized bed, a nice seating area with two comfy chairs and table, a nice space for luggage, and a good sized bathroom with whirlpool tub (did not use the whirlpool tub… but the shower was great). There was also a nice seating area outside for the two of us to sit and enjoy a glass of wine or a cold beer after a day of hiking while watching the stunning sunsets in Zion. A perfect way to end each day. Our hosts were extremely welcoming and helpful. They really helped make our trip special. Trevor and Sharon went out of their way to help us with our trip planning and pointed us in the direction of many great trails that we may have otherwise missed, told us what spots were great for dinner, etc. We truly enjoyed visiting with them every day and really hope to visit them again.
