Good clean hotel, but a little older inside. Only difference from the newer Hampton Inn hotels is that the rooms don't have digital keys (can't use your phone to unlock the doors, even though the app says you can) and the rooms feel dated inside. Lots of old brown wallpaper, and brown carpet. It'd be nice if they'd improve the lighting in the rooms since it can be pretty dark. Otherwise, everything works great and the staff is attentive. The thermostats have a "fan on" feature that actually works which I appreciate for white noise to cover sounds from the hallway and other guests. Some of the newer hotels disable this feature.

Beautiful hotel and great customer service. The staff is very friendly. Rooms we're very quiet and facilities are all very clean. Nice pool and hot tub area along with exercise room. They also serve a full breakfast. This is a great place for both personal and business trips.

The hotel was good quality in the public areas but was a lot lower quality in the rooms. The building layout could have been better, the elevator was next to the lobby (on one end of the building) which made it a long walk to some of the rooms on the other end of the hotel. The staff was nice and helpful, our air conditioning was broken when we got to our room and when it proved to be a hard fix, they got us a new and slightly upgraded room for the trouble. The breakfast was average when compared to hotels of the same price. Overall, our stay was alright but I have had better quality for the same price.

Cathy Libby placed a reservation for 2 rooms and when we showed up to check in. They didn't have any record of it. We had honor points and I believe confirmation email, but couldn't pull it up on our phone so they denied our request. We had to find rooms for 10people at another hotel.

We've stayed at the property on multiple occasions and have been treated well. The facilities are well kept and clean. I did find the need a bit hard on this most recent trip and breakfast was well stocked yet a bit bland. We have another stay already booked for later in the year.

Some of the staff were great. Others not so Polite. The rooms liked like they'd were half ass cleaned by house keeping. They weren't unsanitary persay but they were definitely not the cleanest. Over over all it wasn't the worst but it wasn't the best either.

My wife and I spent two nights here just to get away for a couple of days. We had one of the larger king suites and we were impressed with the size of the room (and particularly the height of the ceilings). The room was clean and nicely put together when we arrived. We did have an issue involving the cleaning of the room after the first night we were there, but management resolved the issue to our satisfaction. The room was quiet and comfortable and my wife and I enjoyed out weekend away. We would both recommend this hotel as a great place to stay.

For conferences, it's clean and comfortable. I was only in the conference room.

Came here for a family vacation. Staff was friendly and helpful. Even the cleaning staff would smile and say hello. Rooms were good with great mattresses and beding, nice pool and hot tub that was not crowded, and a really good hot breakfast bar. I ate a ton because there was so much variety of food. The lobby and eating area were very nice too! We had a great stay and I would definitely go there again!

This hotel is a very nice. The price was very cheap compared to there hotels of this level. The free breakfast had a nice variety of food, like sausages, scrambled eggs, and cereal. The room was sanitary and had a decently sized bathroom, though it lacked a sofa. I would still definitely come back to this hotel when I’m in Salt Lake.

We'll be back on our next land trip.

First time we planned to going to Utah I was searching for hotels and just for some reason this one caught my eye, for the past 2 years we been taking family vacations to Utah. The one year we decided to stay in salt lake and the hotel was just awful to many people trying to fallow us to our room the staff was okay but the rooms was just wasn't what we expected the next time we went to Utah we decided to stay in Jordan, this hotel is literally great awesome rooms great staff wonderful breakfast and I absolutely love their coffee cups with the mustaches and necklaces on them super cute! Ever since we been staying at this hotel when we come visit love how they're so near to a small shopping center and a movie theater I think this is going to be our official hotel that we will be staying at when we come visit definitely would recommend.

So clean and quiet! And the bed was the most comfortable bed I've slept on in a long time! Would definitely come back here!

Was checked into a room that was dirty and according to their website, about $40 less than what I paid. Called down to the front desk, the girl who answered said "your sofa doesn't have a pull out? " I informed her the room I was in didn't have a sofa at all…? How does she not know what rooms are what? Ugh. Anyways, was quickly switched to a suite, which was what I had paid for in the first place, but room still was sub par… I wonder if they have someone who inspects the housekeepers' rooms upon completion. If so, they're not very good at their job… Raisins, wrappers and lots of dust along edge of entire room, the headboard hadn't been dusted in who knows how long, streaks and a hand print on the mirror above the vanity, & either blackcherry koolaid or blood drops dried on the desk, bottle caps, tissue, and cut fingernails (gross! ) behind the nightstand (between the beds) just to mention a few things that were obvious to me, a guest… not sure how anyone else missed them… for $153 and being a "gold" honor member, I really expected more. I stayed the night of March 8, 2018. Was in then switched to.

I've gone here before and had a great time with a lovely room. This time, I still had a great time but the room I had wasn't as good. It just look a little beat up in certain areas. Everything worked, so it was okay but biggest complaint is just the look and quality of the room. On the plus side, the complimentary breakfast was awesome! There was also a pool, hot tub and gym available. I didnt use them but those options were nice to have.

Room was clean. Pool was open 24 hours so the kids got plenty of time to play in the pool. A good variety of restaurants nearby.

It looked like my room was just cleaned, but there were dust bunnies on the floor, none of the chairs or table were put back after cleaning.

Had a great time here. Wish we'd of been able to go swimming an sit in the hot tub. But there were too many kids in there. Other then that. I have no complaints at all. Great place to stay and awesome front desk ppl. And a good breakfast before checking out. Clean and a great place to stay.

Customer service has been great. Room is nice and clean. In room bathroom door doesn't lock. Pool is Freezing but the hot tub is ok. Breakfast is very nice!

Rooms were clean and the lobby was welcoming. Location was convenient and quiet and the beds were comfortable.

They upgraded me to a suite for my birthday. The room is beautiful and spotless. Obviously customer service is above and beyond.

Stayed 4 nights at this location and decided to switch hotel chains since I am platinum with Marriott. First impressions are that the place is fairly new and the staff were very friendly. In fact, day two I asked Matt at the front desk to have maintenance fix the fluorescent bulb in the bathroom so I wouldn't have to shave in the dark. Request was fulfilled and a nice little note was left behind (see photo). The hotel has pretty good coffee, free breakfast and the 2 queen room I had was fairly large in size. I used the jacuzzi and the internet was adequate. Another bonus is actually their points program which allows for what they call "double dipping" which means simply I earn hotel and airline miles of my choice. Only complaint was last day I was taking a nap and the housekeeping staff was trying to open the door around 1400 even with the privacy sign posted. I had to get up and tell them to quit trying to get in my room as I had the latch enabled. Other than that, highly recommend and would stay here again if in the area. Thanks for reading. Very clean and comfortable room. Employees were pleasant and very accommodating. Breakfast was superb.

Nice hotel. Easy to airport. Normal Hampton fare for breakfast.

Staff are super helpful and friendly. Spent a weekend here and was very happy with their services. Great price too.

Overpriced and underwhelming apply. The location is convenient and central. And the staff is helpful and friendly.

Stayed in room 123. Very nice, clean and comfortable room w/ polite staff. Only negative experienced was the showerhead was in desperate need of cleaning. Water wouldn't stream through most of the setting. Breakfast was great with standard options for the hot breakfast offered. Waffles, scrambled eggs and turkey sausage. A nice little extra was the beverage bar in the main lobby available around the clock. It included water, tea and coffee. There was a business office with 2 nice computers, indoor spa and gym that were great little extras. Overall, as a frequent and picky traveler, the hotel was great and I would definately stay here again.

The staff was super helpful and accommodating. The hotel was clean and the room was comfortable and nice. Breakfast was tasty and very good.

The hotel is nicely located near food and shopping. Makes for am easy visit.

The room was nice and clean to sleep in each night. It's worth noting the TV in the suites does not face the bed as it's in one large room and the TV is put against the wall on the side of the room and beds instead of across from the beds.

This is one of our favorite hotels to stay in. It is always clean and the staff are super friendly. The loacation is nice with lots of places to shop and eat.

Friendly staff, clean rooms. But it was also very nicely decorated inside, and the room was very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was FREE and not bad at all and the coffee was actually decent.

Had a great night's sleep and really enjoyed it. The hotel was super clean and the staff was extremely nice. The breakfast was great too! Spent some time in the pull/hottub area and thought it SAS really nice. I truly did enjoy my stay and would definitely go back.

Absolutely loved this hotel. Arrived late night, staff was awesome, checked me in with ease, offered late checkout without me even asking. Location is extremely clean and well kept. Room on 3rd floor had huge high ceilings. Pool open 24 hours. Breakfast was great. Great place!

The room was furnished nicely and the front desk was helpful and friendly. The hotel seems like new. I loved the front lobby, it really has a homey feel to it and the breakfast was great. The only downside was the room seemed really small.

My family and I always come here. The staff is very nice and treat you like family. The rooms are very nice and comfortable.

Rooms were clean and nice. We stayed in one with a mini kitchenette (sink, mini fridge, and microwave). I asked for a room close to the elevator so my mom would not have far to walk and they were very accommodating. The lady that checked us in was genuinely friendly. There are several places to eat within 3-4 minutes away.

Nice clean rooms. Great service. Good breakfast. Nice little store to buy goodies if needed. Will definitely stay there again.
