I stayed in a cute studio room with a kitchenette. The staff was very attentive and so friendly! I ordered a roll away was it was promptly brought. I also used the kitchenette which came with a wide variety of dishes utensils and pot and pans. It’s with in walking distance of so much! My favorite part by far was the back area though! It has this amazing path and creek with a little bridge perfect for taking pets out or just needing some fresh air! I had a great stay! I would definitely stay again!

These place, in my option is super nice. There's a park in the back and the place is dog friendly. And fast food places everywhere and in walking distance.

I was so pleasantly surprised by this hotel! I have a stayed at other Extended STAY Hotels and you really wouldn't expect that this one is even in the same chain. The rooms are immaculate. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. The grounds are what makes it really stand out. It is so beautiful in the back with a creek and a walkway that takes you into the great of Sugarhouse. This is where all the restaurants and shopping is at. Its in A very safe part of town, you can walk to anything you want. Don't forget to ask for your kitchen items. The rooms have full kitchenettes but they don't automatically come with everything you need. But all you have to do is ask the front desk for it and the is no extra charge or deposit. I highly recommend this hotel!

This motel has no pool, hot tub, gym, restaurant or bar. No housekeeping services — you have to go down to the lobby if you need anything and there's usually only one person down there. The room is supposed to have dishes in it but doesn't. You have to go get them. The staff is very friendly. The cool part was the view and hiking trail behind the motel.

Will never stay here again! Requested an accessible room with a roll in shower. Got an email from the hotel saying confirming my request. I get to the hotel and they tell me they don't have that room. Try to get in the room and I'm told they're doing a deep clean and caulking the tub and it will be a few more hours. Waited outside for 2 hours. They don't have benches or chairs outside so had to sit on the curb. They knew I was out there with my disabled son and never once did they come out and offer water or anything. Next day they said they were looking for an accessible and a shower chair and they'd let me know… never heard from them. No follow thru on anything! 2 days later I ask front desk for 3 wash cloths. They told me they are out of them at the moment… might get them done in the next hour. I went back that same nite and asked again for wash cloths and they only had 2. Staff was rude. Room was stuffy and smelled stale. Never asked how my stay was and never said thank you.

Nice view but needs better breakfast and not that it was their fault but the business behind them had a alarm that went off every night for 4 nights until at least 2 am. Super annoying. There is a fast food place at the only entrance that makes it really hard to get in and out of the place. Will not use next time.

The Inn was overbooked, so we were upgraded to a King suite. It was a quiet neighborhood. The building has floodlights that the curtains did not supress. The place is a little dated, but with fresh paint and bathroom floor. The carpet is old and gave the room a dirty feel. Chik-fil-a shares the parking lot which can make parking difficult. It is an extended stay, so don't expect daily housekeeping. The neighborhood is friendly and full of shops and places to eat. I give it 4 stars because of location, price, friendly staff, and quiet. 5 stars would require a cleaner floor.

I had an amazing stay! Wonderful room and bed and all the appliances worked great and were convenient. VERY reasonable price! The location of the hotel was perfect! Walking distance from many great restaurants and fast food joints! I was super pleased with the service and the breakfast bar. For being a pet ok hotel there was no pet odor whatsoever! And the rooms were so clean! I will definitely be staying at this hotel next time I come to Salt Lake City! I 100% recommend this hotel!

Non smoking room wreaks of smoke. Mold in the shower. Demanding identification of everyone staying in the room. Motel 6 quality for no reason to pay the extra $30 per night to stay here.

Stayed for a little more than a month total. Paid for extra cleaning but didn't get it. Had a few instances of people smoking close enough that our wall unit blew it into our room, at least once it was pot. Could have better enforcement of smoking distances but the rooms were decent.

Staff is polite, but only because it’s there job. They really don, t care. Terrible job cleaning room. If you can get it cleaned. Always an excuse of why it didn’t, t get done. Internet is terrible. This evening hot water was out. I understand issues, but if you know the water is out. Would it not be courteous to to guest to post a notice to let them Know?

I wouldn’t have any hesitation to stay again…. The overall location is very convenient… Nice neighborhood near a park and whole foods… Convenient to the freeway to get to skiing, which was my purpose… The rooms are well appointed, really like little studio apartments…Management offers dishes and other cooking implements… You can’t bake a cake but pretty much the kitchen provides everything else… The soundproofing between units in terms of plumbing could’ve been better… Look for a unit which faces the creek which is very pretty.

It's not a great hotel, the night staff is especially not good. Not a fan of being interrogated because I'm coming and going to smoke at night and apparently look suspicious.

Nice rooms, there were still some dishes left from the previous guest in the room. Everything else was clean and organized.

Very good for the price. Rooms are pretty spacious and there is a small kitchen as well. Breakfast is pretty basic thought. Just a few items like muffins, oatmeal and granola bars. Plus coffee. The sugar house one has a nice location with many stores and restaurants nearby.

Room was super dirty. I had to go buy cleaning supplies and my own bedding because there's was so disgusting. I will never stay at this chain again. Staff was rude and annoyed when asked about anything.

The staff is very friendly. The room is clean and spacious. I absolutely loved that there is a creek and wooded nature path behind the hotel to walk my dog. Many restaurants and stores for shopping nearby.

Very nice stay here. The whole place has been up graded since our last stay. Rooms are comfortable and convenient. Everything you need. Nice beds, plenty of room, full kitchen. The staff here is very nice and helpful. Close to many eateries within walking distance. Wallet friendly room rates.

Front desk check in was easy and the staff member was very friendly and professional. He delivered a crib to our room promptly and got us some extra bedding too. The room was comfortable albeit a little dated. Even though it is a non-smoking facility, it must have been allowed at one point because the room smelled faintly of cigarette smoke. It's located on a quaint downtown area with walking access to local shopping and dining. There is also a large walking park directly behind the hotel.

My complaint is more so against customer service from the corporation than this specific hotel. We accidentally booked the wrong dates late at night for that night. We immediately called to see if we could switch the dates to tomorrow night, and we were told we couldn't, and that if we did, they were going to charge us for tonight plus taxes and fees. We had booked through their own website. We were told that since we had called after 6 pm, they wouldn't and couldn't do anything.

We had a wonderful 11 day stay here at the hotel. The staff was very nice and accommodating when we needed to stay an extra day. The room was awesome we had a suite with a separate bedroom. The maid staff were very nice especially Maritza. We will definitely come back and let our family and friends who come to visit know what a wonderful hotel this is. Thanks for making our stay a memorable one.

The extended stay america in Murray the were great, easy quick check in, the room was nice and clean and had a goodnights rest.

My room was very clean and I was very happy with the service I received — even called me shortly after coming to ask me if I needed something. The only thing that I didn't (and is not any failure by those who work there) is that all the corridors are outside and can touch you walk up to your room.

What you would expect from extended stay. Great kitchen. Clean room. Wish they had a better breakfast area. But very well maintained.

I checked into this motel this evening, after having appointments at the VA hospital and received the most pleasant, courteous, and professional assistance from a young lady working the night shift, by the name of Jessica S. The level of service was outstanding, prompt and I am 100 percent satisfied my experience. The way that my check in was taken care of, ease of obtaining my room key and explanation of my room location was an smooth transaction from the very beginning. You could tell that her greeting and smile were genuine, and that she was happy to help. I don't know how else to express my stay at this motel.

Great location, friendly staff! Budget accommodations, great for the price! Breakfast isn't really a thing, but the place is definitely close enough to park city to make it worth staying at.

Location is in great spot, hotel is average nothing special nothing terrible. The breakfast items available are sparse and limited selection of items offered unless you are a coffee drinker. parking is good and had no worries of damage to car over nite or thefts going to happen at all so that brings me to the hotel's employees. I give them 0 stars from cleaning crew to upper management. It seemed the higher up in management they are the worsen they got. I will not mention names or exact things that took place but many things happened that were not needed or have I ever been required at any other hotel I've stayed at across the country. Very poor policies so they say was reason but all in all it was employees personal reasons causing actions to be done. When asked for legit or reasonable reason for their actions I would get response making no sense not to mention eye contact was not made almost a stutter in speach all while using its company policy. I wouldn't recommend this place to stay if my options were it or the homeless shelter. Entire stay was terrible as mentioned and all employees should be re trained in customer service.

The room was dirty and had old food left in the refrigerator. The drains did not drain properly and the towels were not clean. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Stay elsewhere! This hotel is terrible.

Stayed multiple times while on business in SLC. The location is perfect, walking distance to many bars (Wasatch Brewery is a block away), as well as both chain and local eateries, stores and services. Internet is quite slow and pricey but that's the same at every Extended Stay America. Rooms are clean and updated. Staff is extraordinarily nice, will respond to your every need and almost all maintenance issues are resolved within a day. There's a well-lit and monitored parking garage next door that has several spaces reserved for hotel guests, I parked my car there for several weeks at a time without issue. Don't expect a five-star experience, but they do the best with that they got for the price they charge. Would definitely recommend.

Extended stay sugar house — nice, clean, only problem is there were a bunch of bugs outside my room. Not a big deal though.

Great professional staff, clean rooms, kitchenette, etc. Basically excellent affordable accommodations in trendy neighborhood. There is a nice natural area in back that gives you a sense peace in a big city. Walking distance from Whole Foods and great restaurants and breweries is a bonus. I have stayed here for several months for a work project and the staff has made me feel like it is truly a home away from home. I read the previous review which talked about a car break-in. The grammar of the reviewers says it all as I witnessed the event and I urge fellow travelers to ignore it. I travel throughout the country, there are break-ins everywhere, and if you are naive enough to have valuables visible in your car then be prepared for the consequences. Regarding the incident, the hotel staff was polite and very concerned for the guest who had their car broken into and asked if they wanted them to call the police but they declined. To write a nasty review telling the opposite is not fair to the staff and the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel.

Would not stay again to vehicles and broken. In to Windows shattered everything stolen that did not care or call cops the 2 workers where tweaked out and rooms where not clean pupe hairs in the shower I mean everywhere horrible place.

I've lived here for 2 months so far, on business in SLC. Solid hotel in a nice area. Rooms have a kitchenette and full size fridge/freezer. Front desk will even hook you up with pots, pans, etc…

I would not recommend. Wont get into details but most definitely would not recommend. I left for another hotel down the street, hampton inn and suites, soooooo much better as far as professionalism and service and cleanliness and acomodation, way better hotel and their rates were only 10$ more. And there I got way more for my money and also better location.

Nice extended stay within Sugar house. Rooms are clean, morning coffee is halfway decent and the staff are friendly. A good value all round.

Looked at the previous rating discussions and consider them much to old for use. This place was fine to stay at. Over the three weeks we stayed in two different rooms (due to change in number of us staying there). Both rooms were fine. Not new but fine. The kitchen met our needs for meals, the staff was attentive, and plenty of parking. I would recommend the place to anyone traveling to SLC wanting to walk to anywhere in Sugarhouse area. There is construction nearby but it did not affect afternoon/night noise levels. This hotel provides price efficient, consistent, clean, and safe lodging.

My most horrible hotel experience ever. I picked this place for its location for an extended stay in SLC. I wish I had looked around more before I booked this one. The room was absolutely filthy. The bed linen looked like it hadn't been washed in years. The bathroom certainly had not been cleaned. The kitchen cabinet doors had a layer of grease on them. Never ever again.
