This review is strictly about our experience and not about the quality of food. 1 week ago myself and 3 others stopped in at 2:45 in the afternoon on a Sunday. We were told there would be a 15 minute wait before being able to be seated which was fine, it was when we finally got seated where our issues started. Again there were 4 of us and our table only had 2 glasses, 2 rolls of silverware, 4 menus… and no water. We were the first to be seated, ahead of 3-4 other groups that came in the door behind us and there were maybe 2 other tables in the restaurant that already had customers. Those other groups were seated, greeted by their waitresses, given water and some even had their food… before we had even seen our waiter. Numerous times we walked up to several different waitresses stating that we had yet to be served by anyone… 10 minutes passed… then 18… then 25…! After 25 minutes one person in our party stood up and again asked a waitress about our waiter/waitress and were once again told "Oh I'll get your waiter, he’ll be out right away" but this time we were pretty sure the message wasn't getting delivered so we stood and waited. 3 minutes later someone finally emerged (who we hadn't seen before) to serve us. When the waiter finally arrived at the table he got his notepad out and a pen and just waited… didn't introduce himself… didn't have any water… nothing. We asked "should we… can we order? " and he responded with a rude and almost impatient "yeah, order". At this point we had had enough and this business wasn't worth our time. After telling the waiter we were leaving he apologized stating that it was really busy and he had a big table ahead of us… there is no way he was so busy that he wasn't able to even greet us for the 30 minutes we were actually sitting at his table. I didn't even get his name because he was too "busy" to provide it to us. I was actually pretty excited for the food and I'm sure it's good… but after waiting to be seated and waiting for our waiter… a grand total of 45 minutes waiting… we were understandably a bit upset and there was no way we were staying after our waiter's demeanor. A suggestion to the business… help each other out. We spoke to 2 other waitresses and they spoke to an older woman who I think I heard say "are they still waiting? " to another waitress… the woman was clearing off a table near us from one of the tables who was there before us. If any of the other servers had simply helped the waiter out and gotten us water, taken our order… literally anything other than "oh I'll get your waiter… " we would have left happy. There really is no excuse for those waitresses to let it go on as long as it did, they were in visual contact with us and very well knew that we were waiting… at some point step up and just take the table. And as for the layout/structure of the building… like I said we had not seen our waiter in the 30 minutes we were seated and waiting. Obviously he messed up and helped his other tables before ours. Our table (booth) was in the back left corner of the restaurant. We had not seen the waiter the entire time which means he couldn't see us and probably had more tables on the other side of the restaurant. Doesn't make sense to me to have a server spread out over the entire restaurant, it would have made much more sense to have 1 server for the booths on the side instead of a different server for each booth. To those who actually received service in a timely manner…I hope the food was good.
