My wife surprised me with a night stay to celebrate my 40th birthday. The staff at Silver King worked with her to do a little decoration in the room prior to my arrival. They have a nice pool area with hot tub and sauna. Would be a fantastic place to stay during ski season.

The spa room was great. We loved having a spa in our room. The condo was clean and spacious. The pool was nice. We really enjoyed our stay.

We couldn’t ask for a better hotel for our family. We stayed in a 1-bedroom condo. It was very nice, clean, and incredibly spacious. At night, the kids could watch their own show on the Netflix enabled TV in the living room while my wife and I watched our show in the bedroom. The kids loved the indoor/outdoor pool which was kept at a perfect temperature. The coolest part was the arcade down the hall from our room. We spent hours playing Cruisin USA — a game I used to play with my friends 20 years ago. Also, the fact that you can walk across the parking lot to ride the Alpine slides was nice. We will definitely be back again.

We went there for the farmers market. It was great and lots of fresh fruit with lots of great peaches. I loved it.

Our room was awesome, and had a great view. Only complaint is the only ice machine is on the 3rd floor. Our room was privately owned and will decorated. It is close to main Street, everything is close.

The room was beautiful as usual! The pool was so nice. I have very young children so the heat of the hot tub was cold. But we thought it was really nice for a dip before we got back into the pool to play again. The arcade was silly fun. The kids loved it. We loved that everything we needed was within walking distance. At the bottom of the alpine slide was a fun band that we listened to for some time. All in all this place made for a great fun family time.

I have stayed at the Silver King many times during the summer. It's near Main Street in Park City, so it's a quick walk to get to many shops and restaurants. The room I stayed in had a hot tub in the room, which is unique and so fun. If you like skiing or snowboarding, I'm sure it's a lot of fun in the winter as well. They have lots of locker storage for your equipment and it's close to the mountains. I am not into winter sports, but I will always come back to the Silver King, spring, summer, or fall!

Delightful boutique hotel if you're looking for something other than the big corporate chains. This time of year is nice and quiet as it's between ski and summer seasons.

Wonderful room, we were helped quickly, professionally, and genuinely. Great get away for a couple of newly weds.

Really enjoy staying here. The rooms are a little hit and miss due to the individual rooms being owned by different people. Parking was limited due to work being done on the underground lot. All in all, a really good place to stay for a getaway.

Walking distance to Park City Skiing and bus to go to Deer Valley. Silver King has a indoor pool, small gym and ski lockers. It is a little outdated but you can't beat the price for the great location. It is an Uber or bus ride to all the restaurants and bars, fyi.

Wonderful service combined with a great room at a reasonable price. We found everything we were looking for in staying at silver king, and we had a great time. Definitely coming back!

Terrible service by some, not all of the reception staff. No service on 7 day stay! Needs updating throughout, but certainly good location.

Can't beat the location and the room is huge but the bed is a memory foam from the 80s and everything else is at least 20 years old. Great value option.

Ok so this place is kind of strange. I’m currently here at one of their 2 bedroom condos that’s a mile away from the front desk. The garbage disposal made a loud grinding noise. None of the remotes work for the TV‘s. We called front desk they said they would send someone. Of course that hasn’t happened yet. So we were out for the day. Came back to try and watch a movie. DVD player froze, wont eject the DVD either. Called front desk again and they said they would send someone. Where are these people from they are sending? Europe? It’s been almost an hour since we called and they said they would send someone! For a two bedroom condo where they charge 240 a night they should make sure they take care of their customers and not sound so irritated when someone calls the front desk!

Worth the stay. Not a bad place considering the proximity to the slopes. Property is in decent enough shape. It's not completely modern, but that also depends on the unit you stay in. We stayed in an Airbnb rental and it was great. Facilities are nice — pool is indoor/outdoor which is awesome during the winter. Sauna and small workout room. Staff were helpful when needed (and there 24-hours). Fun tip: Check out the Stranger Things red letter type on the logo of the building at night!

Litterally everything is good, nice rooms and amenities and right Infront of mountain except it's pretty pricey.

Very comfortable room and very quiet. Loved the pool area and the staff was very friendly. We were able to check in early and easily. We loved the underground parking and the location and access to Main Street was perfect!

Good amenities include direct access to show slopes, full-size kitchen, fireplace, in-room hot tub and quiet neighbors. Night life is close by and Uber/Lyft drivers are less than 5 minutes away. Mattress in my room was a little too firm but otherwise a nice place to stay for a week.

It was a lot of fun and very nice. We had a room with a hot tub in it and it was a blast. We'll be back to do it again soon because we had so much fun. The staff was great when we dealt with them.

Not worth the cost. They don't offer any sort of honeymoon package, parking is a joke, the master bed is hard as a rock, and several blinds were missing in front of the "private" hot tube in the room. Nice knowing that the neighboring hotel can watch you relax in your room even after paying over $700 for 3 nights. Save your money and go elsewhere.

I honestly would not stay here again even if someone else was paying. We checked in at approximately 9:30PM on Saturday night for our honeymoon. First off, these guys don't offer any kind of honeymoon packages. You want a bottle of champagne or even a chocolate on the pillow or some flowers to surprise your new husband? Try anywhere else. We both had called a few weeks before the reservation and were informed “we don't do anything like that". Heck, Best Western gave my friend a free slice of cheesecake to celebrate and they about half the cost of this place. Anyways, when my husband went to check in, no one was at the front desk. He waited for 10 minutes before finally calling the hotel to find someone. Apparently there was only one person on staff and she was pulled away from the desk to restock pool towels. You'd think some place that charges $730 for 3 nights would have more than one person running the place. Parking there on the weekends is also a joke. There are very few garage spots, maybe 20 spots? There aren't very many in their outdoor lot either. We ended up parking in what I assume is the overflow or RV parking lot next door. In the room itself, the master bed was terribly hard. My husband ended up sleeping on the couch as it was much more comfortable. The lights in the bathroom take several minutes to "warm up" before you can actually see well.

After paying extra for a deluxe room which was supposed to be renovated and updated with new furniture, we got a room with mold in the shower, hair all over the shower curtain, blood on the bath mat, a fridge that sounded like an alarm going off every time the motor turned on and a bed that was so broken down we were either rolling into each other, or being dumped onto the floor. Only half the room's power outlets worked and most light switches didn't appear to go to anything (not even make so the outlets that didn't work work). They advertise real wood burning fire places, and while this is true they did not provide wood or a way to light a fire. We were so sore from the broken down bed that we were up very early, after a long night of little to no sleep. Do not waste your money staying here!

The rooms were spacious and nice. They had everything we needed. Indoor pool, washer and dryer in the room, spa tub, beautiful designs. Totally would recommend this to anyone. I'm going back someday!

Great place to stay. The bus stops directly in front of the hotel for pick up and drop-off every 10 minutes. Walk across the parking lot to the First Time lift. I will stay again.

Great condo experience. We were there in early fall, and enjoyed walking distance to alpine slide, and lifts for Mt. Biking. Pool, and facilities first rate. We had 12 (6 adults) people comfortably in the 3 br condo.

The silver king hotel has an excellent location. I was able to walk to the Alpine Slide and Alpine Coaster from the hotel. When I arrived at the hotel, it smelled really clean and it looked nice. The room seemed to be well-kept and comfortable. However I didn't receive the best customer service. When I went to check out I was treated unkindly by the staff member. Earlier in the day I was told that I could checkout at noon, and when I went to check out at that time my door had been locked and I had to get special assistance to open it. Then when I went downstairs to finalize my check out, the person running the checkout interrogated me as to why I had left so late and who told me that I could. I didn't feel a very Happy Feeling. The other problem I had was with the shower. The temperature would fluctuate between hot and cold. One minute I would get burned from the water the next it was chilling me. I also saw her from a previous guest on the shower door. However besides these two small incidences, I would recommend this hotel.

Place pretty much sucks in a nut shell. Cancelled apparently inside the 3 days of arrival (2 1/2 days), but instead of the 20% of reservation value refund, apparently the hotel charged the full amount to our account or added us 4days before we walked in. I got on the web site “prior to the day of arrival” (their cancellation policy), again 2 1/2 to 3 days before arrival, we got charged for not even showing up, and even with the wife calling up to WTF, charges were not refunded.

We had such an amazing stay at the Silver King! Because we visited during a slower time of year, they upgraded us to a premium suite that opened right of to the indoor/outdoor pool. Our room was clean, modern & comfortable. & to polish off the experience, we were just a 4 minute drive from Historic Main Street. We LOVED our stay at the Silver King Hotel.

This is the second time that my wife and I have stayed here and the service is fantastic. They've upgraded our room for free both times because we came during the slow season. The location is perfect, 2 minutes away from main street without having to drive through it. There are a lot of dining and grocery options around which is fantastic since the room has a full kitchen. We plan on staying here at least once a year for a quick getaway.

My mom and I came up to just get a break from reality. This hotel is amazing! We got the cutest room right by the front desk! The pool and hot tub were amazing! Great location and such friendly staff. We will definitely come back again. Thank you so much!

This is one of our favorite places to stay in Park City! We come up at least 2-3 times per year in the summer. Convenient location, great staff. And spacious accommodations! We stayed in a 2 bedroom premium condo this time and it was perfect. Slept 6 comfortably, and we had more people come up for the day. We love Silver King and the All Seasons Resort Community.

After reading other reviews I made sure to ask for an updated room. We stayed in 415 and was very pleased with the it. We had reserved a 1 bedroom with sleeper sofa but got much more. We knew the room had a full kitchen and washer/dryer but was surprised to find a 2nd bath with a great tile shower. Also, a 2nd small bedroom with bunk beds which my daughter loved. The only issue was the thermostat. We set it on auto fan at a low temp but it would not cut off. (The small bed room stayed cold and the master stayed hot. ) The price and location is great. We were just across street from the Payday and First time lifts. The staff is pleasant and very helpfully. We enjoyed the free van service that took us everywhere we needed to go and came back to pick us up.

Great place for a family retreat. We had the 3 room suite and it was awesome. As mentioned in reviews the rooms had some dated elements but overall were very good. We will definitely come back.

Silver King doesn't have enough parking spaces for the all the rooms in the building. This is obviously a serious design flaw, when I approached the front desk asking where to park they told me, "I was on my own. " I thought I was staying at a nice hotel but the service left something to be desired. Also, when I first arrived I was placed in a basement unit which was in clear need of renovation. When I went to the front desk I was moved to a nicer unit, but I had to wait in line for an hour with another guest who was also put into a room below the advertised quality. The only thing going for this place is the location.
