We loved the room. The fireplace was my life saver.
Also it was nice to actually have garbage cans to hold what we bring including a recycling bin.

Great hotel suites with full kitchens, deep soaking tubs with seperate shower, hot tubs on the balcony, fireplace, flat screen TV. Great location near Park City Main and the historic Olympic Park, gorgeous surroundings, next to a wetland nature preserve. Conveniently located, with connected restaurants such as Cafe Rio, and Kneaders; along with a poolside grill restaurant and bar. We went for our anniversary, and we will definitely be going back!

This property is amazing.
The staff is incredible.
We had s couple of townhomes.
And a couple of suites.
Went for the 2 Birthdays we were celebrating. Left my wallet with all of my credit cards and medical cards and then my husband left all of his meds. They called us.
When they found them in our rooms.
So very outstanding that they have a staff with honesty and integrity.

This is my favorite hotel in Park City. I love that it has a kitchen, fireplace and your own hot tub on the deck. Being able to watch movies or concerts while you relax out in the hot tub is a bonus! It’s a great place for a romantic getaway or to take grandkids with us for some family time!

The deluxe rooms with the hot tub on the balcony are exquisite! Especially if you can get a room on a top floor, so no one is above you, and you have a tinch more privacy. Perfect spot for a sexy getaway ;) Great bathrooms too. The staff is pretty nice and if the hotel isn't packed they have given us room upgrades before. There are a number of restaurants built into the resort, which makes it quite convenient to grab something to eat. Right near Park City for all that it has to offer. Pool is an interesting indoor/outdoor design, but the only obvious hot tub is only in the outdoor area, and the outdoor pool area was in the shade all evening, so if you want to lay out in the sun it's not ideal. The regular rooms are still nice, and have fireplaces and mini fridges, but they mostly seem to have door connections to other rooms (so you could rent 2 connected rooms, I guess) and so the sound carries through the door somewhat. Just a little less private. Definitely recommend the deluxe rooms with aforementioned balcony hot tubs, but they're much pricier, so keep that in mind. Overall, great destination for a fun weekend!

Clean hotel with a great location. Centrally located by a large shopping center with a variety of places to eat. Right by a walking and biking trail with an E-bike rental station outside. Balcony rooms enjoy their own private hot tubs. Will definitely stay here again.

I just have to say that Mr. Grose was an amazing help tonight. We ran into some troubles to which we really didn’t think we’d be able to even begin to find a solution but his quick problem solving skills saved the day! The resort is beautiful! We stayed in the two bedroom suite and I absolutely loved it. It was luxurious and I truly felt like all my needs were met. The honey sticks at the front desk were an excellent addition! The manager that switched from salt water taffy to honey definitely knows what he’s doing! We’ve obviously stayed here before and I have to say, we will stay here again in the future too! I highly recommend this place!

My husband and I stayed at Newpark for our first anniversary. Everything was good except for the hot tub outside of our room had no water in it. When we wanted to use the hot tub (and found out it was empty) there was not a maintenance person on site. After talking with Melinda from the front desk — she said it would take a couple hours to fill and heat for our use. They didn't have any other rooms clean for us to move to, so we had to stay the night where we were. (No hot tub that was something we specifically wanted/paid for). For a couple of college students, we paid quite a bit of money to splurge on this room — to not have the hot tub be functional and to have no other options. Melinda said she would have her manager get a hold of us, but it's been a few weeks now and neither my husband or myself have heard anything. Shouldn't have to pay hundreds of dollars and have it be up to the guest to make sure the included amenities are functional.

The room we stayed in was the smallest room I had ever seen in my life and our view was the wall next to us. Very deceiving from what we saw online.

Amazing stay. The kids and adults both had enough space in a single queen/sofa sleeper. The fireplace in the room and heated bathroom floors were a first for us. Wish we knew about the pool/spa earlier, but we still had a great stay. Great Groupon deal. Had a fun day at Park City Mountain Adventure.

We had a great time at the Newpark Hotel. It has a great mountain lodge feel, beautiful views, the rooms are very clean and well equipped, the staff is extremely attentive and there is so much within walking distance. I suggest upgrading to a suite, they are very spacious and have their own kitchen and a hot tub on the balcony overlooking the mountains. There is a great bakery/cafe on the corner that has very good coffee and amazing sandwiches. The pizza place that is connected to the hotel had great pizza and a very nice patio. We did have an issue our first night with some noisy neighbors and the staff was very quick to rectify the problem. The manager truly went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. Thank you!

This is a great place to stay and located in a very nice shopping mall. So after a long day of skiing the mountains you can come back to the hotel and take a stroll through the shops and resturaunts they have to offer. They also do have a movie theater and bowling alley within the shopping mall. Only downside is that it is somewhat of time consumption to get to the mountain. They offer a free bus ride to the mountains but they do make frequent stops during the trip.

Stayed here for my anniversary with my wife. We loved it so much! We got one of their hot tub suits. It was pure bliss. Also, the kitchen feature of the room was great. This place was definitely worth it. I'm sure the prices are much higher in the winter, but during the summer it was totally worth it!

Went for a quick stay-cation for the anniversary. The 1 bed suite was great for our family of 4 and the hot tub and balcony were a bonus. Easy access to food and shopping.

Great location for an anniversary, but they need more staff. Front desk never answered their phone and maintenance never got to our repairs. Stunk because we were only there one night and we wasted it waiting for the maintenance man to come and fix the issue and he never did. So we had to finally move rooms at 9:45 pm. The manager with a British accent said they would comp us a night. He would reach out to us via email but we haven't heard from him yet. Update 5/24/2018: The manager reached out to us and did comp us a night. Thank You! Of course we will go back. We're hoping the experience is much better next time because the location really is amazing and the rooms are beautiful. Thanks again.

We loved everything about our stay! The staff was extremely friendly, the room was incredibly clean and the hotel's location was near tons of cool restaurants and tourist places. It was really nice to be able to take the free shuttle to Main Street and back. Thanks, Newpark! We plan to visit again soon.

This is a hotel that looks fantastic in photos, but I wont be going back. All in all, this is a luxurious resort. Our room was well equipped with a huge tub, fireplace, bathrobes, fold out sofa, and mini kitchen. The on site amenities were great: very nice pool and fitness center, free and convenient parking. Also, there are tons of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Unfortunately our stay was ruined by two important things: a really lousy matress, and poor insulation between rooms. Most of the rooms have a connecting door to adjacent suites in case you want to combine rooms. Unfortunately, these doors do almost nothing to reduce noise between adjacent units and we were under a constant barrage of noise from our neighbors all day and night. Also, for a hotel that has so many wonderful features, you've got to get the bed right and they haven't. The mattress was terrible. Between the noise and mattress, it was the worst night I've had in a long time. Consequently I wouldn't go back or recommend the resort to others.

I got bed bugs from this hotel and the staff was very unsympathetic to the situation. It looks like a nice hotel, but it is very unsanitary. Beware if you are looking to stay at this hotel, bed bugs are highly contagious.

Wonderful stay! Definitely spend the money for the private balcony, hot tub, and amazing views. Loved waking up to a gorgeous sunrise every morning! The front desk was very welcoming and accommodating, extra towels and bath robes when requested. Wish they offered complimentary breakfast, but the proximity to a grocery store made it easy to cook bagels, toast, etc. Each morning — plus the kitchen has everything you'd ever need! Thank you!

Beautiful resort with great amenities. Located close to multiple ski resorts and plenty of great restaurants. Private hot tub on the balcony perfect after a day of skiing.

Newark is a great place for a relaxing vacation. It's centrally located and very close to downtown park city and all the best ski resorts. Highly recommend.

I really enjoy staying here whenever I’m in Park City. I think the rooms are extremely well maintained and inviting. The bathrooms with the large garden tubs are a delight, but hitting the private hot tubs on the balcony in the evenings is not to be missed. Especially in winter. Although the restaurants in the adjoining Newpark Town Centerville range between blah and ick, a short drive into the heart of the ski town results in an endless variety of amazing food options.

The rooms are very nice, including a fireplace! The hot tub was great. I was Moody impressed by the excellent customer service, especially when we made changes to our reservation.

Stayed in a rather nice suite. It was large, but had a cozy feeling. It was great for our family get-together. The surrounding area had lots of restaurants and shopping. Ski slopes were a stones throw away. The workers were friendly and knowledgeable; they were able to give us tips on what to so when there wasn't enough snow to ski.

I rented 2 bed townhome. Very comfortable and spacious. Resort had everything you need right at walking distance: restaurants, stores, and etc. Full kitchen was definitely great. Service desk is available 24/7. Our 2nd floor heat was weak, called for service. Heat service guy came right away about 10 pm.

We love this place and have been staying here at least once per year for the last 5 years. Opting for the outdoor hot tub is a must! — 1 star since we got a room that needed a toilet seat repaired before we checked in.

Ive stayed here multiple times and every time it has been a great experience. The rooms have been clean and the service has been great. The private hot tub in the luxury suites is a nice touch at the end of a long day.

My girlfriends and I stayed at the hotel this weekend. Just a quick list of what we thought PROS: Really close to shopping, food and spas. There were lots of things within walking distance and if you didn't have a car this would be an ideal place to stay. Nice staff that was really helpful with everything we asked from them. I'm not sure how busy it was but we felt like it was really quiet and private. The hot tub on the deck was great, however it is very shallow (basically an outside bathtub) and really only holds 2 people comfortably. Great views of Park City mountain resort. Nice fireplace and great windows and deck. Cons: They advertised a full kitchen however I think that a better description would be "full European kitchen". It was not what we expected and defiantly not something we would cook full meals in. The bathroom had a huge window in it from the main room. It was up high out of the line of sight but you could see in it if you stood on the couch. Not something that is appealing at all in a shared room. The pull out bed was very uncomfortable and the two bars were very painful to sleep on. The second night we just pulled the mattress out onto the floor and that was better. But would not offer pull out bed as a bed option for 2 adults. I would recommend Newpark and would stay here again but I think they are generous in their descriptions and it fell a little short for us in a few areas.

Stayed here on our honeymoon. We enjoyed every aspect of it. The rooms were nice, clean, and comfortable. The staff was helpful and not overbearing. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Great location near shopping and dining, the rooms are spacious and well appointed, the pool includes a lap pool, toddler area and is indoor/outdoor. The service was friendly and very helpful. We'll be going back soon!

I spent five nights here on business and couldn't wait to check out. NOISY My room was apparently above a restaurant bar which plays high-volume, high-bass music until their 1:00 am closing daily. The volume registered 58 db in my room — loud enough to recognize the songs being played. Additionally, once the music stopped, I could hear everything from the room next door and the bathroom vent rattled constantly with the wind. UNCOMFORTABLE The mattress for the king-sized bed caused so much back pain that I resorted to the couch for the majority of my stay. NOT LUXURY Using the word luxury to describe accommodations sets a high bar, as I've stayed at other luxury properties in Park City. The one-bedroom "luxury" suite was in no way luxurious. POOR CONNECTIVITY Wifi was spotty throughout my stay. POOR SERVICE Reaching the front desk by phone often required multiple attempts, as the phone was rarely answered. NOT BUSINESS FRIENDLY Even the suites do not have desks, which was the sole reason I requested a suite.

Nothing bad to say about Newpark Resort. We stayed here for 2 nights in August and it was great. The hotel didn't seem busy at all, even though I know it was almost completely booked. The hot tub on the balcony was the best part. We also spent some time at the pool and gym, which were also both very nice. It's in a great location, close to everything — bowling alley, movie theater, restaurants, grocery store — all within walking distance. Also very close to the Tanger Outlets. No complaints at all!

My wife and I spent a night here and we loved it! The room was so nice. Huge tub, nice shower, very comfortable bed, and the hot tub on the balcony was so much fun. The only downside was that there were people in the adjoining room up late and the door between the rooms blocked no sound at all, we could hear their whole conversation. Considering the price for the room, that's a pretty big oversight, but the room was big enough that we could move into another room and not hear them. Overall, I would visit again.

We loved our stay at the New park Resort. It is close to many restaurants and shops that you can walk to. We had a room with a private balcony and hot tub. The bathtub was huge and great for soaking. The only thing we didn't love was the pool. It wasn't very big and half of it was roped off for swimming laps. Other than that we loved it.

My sisters & I surprised our mom for her 65th birthday for a spa getaway. First time at Newpark & definitely won't be our last! The rooms are massive, beautiful & big showers & tubs, hot tub on the balcony — walking distance to many great places & a short drive to downtown Park City. Massage Envy is awful (but I will not associate them with the resort) and when they messed our 5 massages up, Kim at the front desk found us another spa to take care of our needs. Super friendly staff & incredibly helpful! Great for a girls weekend & most definitely will bring our spouses as well!

Fantastic. Room was huge, soaker tub and giant glassed in shower with top notch toiletries. Living room, kitchen, wall of windows with balcony and hot tub from which you can view the spectacular mountains and Olympic Training camp. Lots of dining within walking distance. Love it!

Newpark staff are very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. There are several restaurants nearby, including a good pizza place and a bowling alley. The hotel has a nice out door pool and backs up against an ecopreserve. There are also free concerts right outside the hotel every Thursday night in the summer.

Love their one bedroom suites with the hot tub! So relaxing! The beds are so comfortable too! Front desk girl we checked in with seemed a little annoyed but was efficient. Everyone else seemed very happy and pleasant.

Location was easy to get to. Staff was amazing and super friendly. They went the extra mile to ensure our stay was fantastic. Room was beautiful and very comfortable. We were extremely happy with our stay. Wish the hot tub was a little more private, but all the other aspects of the place now than made up for it.

We've stayed here twice and it's been lovely. I recommend getting the luxury suite. It comes with a very comfortable bed, spa bathroom, private hot tub, and kitchen. It makes for a great get away. I love how close the resort is to restaurants and other services. Ask for a room on a higher floor, closer to the nature preserve. The second floor in the West side can get a little loud.
