Wonderful place in a great area of National Parks!

It was a great place to stay during our visit and enjoyed our host and his recommendations.

Tom is amazing. He will provide you with excellent options for services in town or guide you to places you will love to visit. The Inn is beautiful.

Awesome place to kick it when you are exploring Escalante and Bryce Canyon. Rooms are big and clean. Tastefully decorated with most featuring local artists wear. Big bathrooms and a super cute to talk to inn keeper Tom Mansell! He is knowledgeable about all the events and hidden secrets of Escalante. And if you need help in the back country you found the right guy. This is our go to spot for a great stay.

Cute place, clean and nice rooms. Rules are strict but simple.

Such an ugly experience with the owner. I understand the no children policy but the way he approached me and my daughter was appalling. He charged us full price for a room we couldn’t stay in! Later I struck up conversation with a few locals and found out this guy is a known racist and extremely confrontational. You can do better.

Rooms are cute and well maintained with free Wi-Fi. It's adults only which seems to keep things quiet. Skylights in each room ensure early rising. Walk across the street to the best restaurant in town. There are some non-standard rules and penalties, but we didn't have any issues.

Not actually a bed and breakfast. Ridiculous rules like not being able to eat in unit or even bring your cooler in lest a $200 fine. Very rude and antagonistic staff member.

Rules, rules and more rules. Do anything wrong and it will cost you! Also beware of the sour smell of cat spray when you check-in; this same sickly smell will accompany your breakfast, if you dare to eat there. Also, about the breakfast, don't have any dietary requests because they will not be honored. Prepare to be treated as a prisoner, certainly not as a quest.

Stayed one night; great room, great breakfast. A little pricey, and a lot of rules, seemed a little overboard. Didn't affect our stay, but something to be aware of.

Little pricey, but you get what you pay for. Very nice rooms and clean! Homemade breakfast was a nice bonus as well!

Owner is a jerk. Tons of crazy super strict rules like no shoes or coolers in the rooms. Check out is 10 am. If you check out at 10:01 its will cost you $50. Checkout at 10:31 and he'll charge you another full day. Also good luck checking in. He'll only make time for you to check in from 3-6 pm. Miss that window and you're out of luck. Don't stay here. He'll just find a way to rip you off.

What a terrible establishment! Rude people run this craphole and not only do they not allow children or animals, it is non refundable. Don't give these thieves your money! Too many regulations. Zero fun.

Don't book this room through a third party. I did, and when I arrived on that same day, was told they don't take last minute reservations, and I didn't have a room. The owner wasn't at all helpful, despite the fact that they had allowed that room to be booked.

We had a great time. The rooms were large and comfortable. No bath tub so be prepared to shower but it's a large shower with benches. The breakfast was delicious and the owners are very kind and personable. Will be staying here again!

Poor location with rude owners; extremely overpriced in comparison to others in the area. Paper thin walls and terrible food. Save your money, sleep in your car, and cook breakfast off your radiator, you will have a better experience.

What a mistake to stay here. If you have kids dont go here. Or if you just want to be able to talk. The walls of this place are so thin I could hear the people next to us snoring. We have a 1 year old who wake up at 6 am cried for maybe 2 mins. The people next to us complainded to Tom. We only know this because when we went to get breakfast at 8 am the owner yelled at us and said we had to leave now because the room next to us complained that our baby woke them up. Im sure my baby did but thats only because you can hear everything. My baby didnt scream just woke up. To say the owner is rude is an an understatement. I have never been treated so poorly in my life.
