Staff at front desk was very helpful. Tiffany was very nice.

Its clean and freshly laid back and out of the way mice desk clerk just love it.

You guys saved my butt. 😮‍💨 Extended stay messed up my room and down the street you guys are here to rescue. Super nice hotel and suite. 👀 lobby looks amazing like I was in Vegas again. Better then a cott on the floor at America extended stay. 😮‍💨

I’m having a great time the employees are very friendly and the rooms are great also and I love the pool. 😀🥰 Its easy to come and go to where we are going.

They do charge $20 for each dog and reason I stay at La Quinta hotel is because they allow pets and don’t charge but this one does, so I will probably skip this hotel when visiting Waco again. But it’s a friendly and nice hotel…

Very unwelcome right when we walked in. Front desk lady didn’t care to greet us. Everything was very straight forward. Not pleasant at all.

After reserving and waiting hours to be called back due to an emergency I was not called back at all by anyone from this establishment. When I called back operator was very rude, disrespectful and hung up the phone because she was “annoyed by the amount of calls “ she was receiving which is her job I suppose. If they were not to honor their word I could have found somewhere else to go and spend my money Update spoke to a manager and then later spoke to the same RUDE woman and nothing changed.

Very nice place! looks to be New Hotel. No complaints. Employees were very Friendly.

Really nice rooms friendly staff we spent two night appears to be a brand new hotel.

This was my family's temporary home for about 3 weeks. Great staff and good service. Sad to see it go.

The prices were good, but the rooms a bit dated. The service was great thought.

I would technically give this place 2.5 stars. The room was stuffy and you couldn't open windows to air it out at all. The bedding was clean but the carpet was dirty. The bathtub had cigarette burn marks on it and worst of all there was a roach in the bathroom that I had to kill. Nasty! The best part about it? Being walking distance from Common Grounds coffee shop. We didn't mind the music one bit, even with our baby. What we did mind is that they only have one playpen available in the whole establishment and of course it was being used by someone else. I would suggest purchasing more. It would have been helpful since I wasn't comfortable letting the baby crawl on the dirty carpet (especially after that whole roach incident).

Not bad. Very very comfortable bed. No strong air fresheners. Nice breakfasts. No business center or ability to fax. Very kind but somewhat distracted staff. I would stay again for the price.

Visit my son who is attending Baylor. Meanwhile Hurricane Harvey decided to visit too. So stayed over night at this very cozy, clean and very friendly staff establishment. Will be back again.

We helped move our daughter into Baylor and stayed the night at La Quinta. I didn't think twice since we have stayed at La Quinta's before. This one should NOT be allowed to be called that. The check in and check out clerks were ok but not overly kind. The room was a joke! The curtains would not close all the way so I was concerned about privacy. The bathroom had mold on the tub and it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a very long time. I was looking forward to relaxing by the pool… HA! The water was green. Next time we go visit our daughter, we definitely WILL NOT be staying there!

The room was hot and there was trash under the sleeper sofa when we opened it up. If that was all I might be able to overlook it but then the shower didn't work and there was hair on the towels that didn't belong to us. When I brought it up to the front desk, they could care less and they still charged me full price. This facility does not live up to the standard I have come to expect from lq, it may as well have been a motel 6.

As I write this review on a Friday night I am listening the booming of the base of establishment next door and I'm more than half way down the backside of the hotel away from the music. The hotel is on the older side. Room smelled like smoke. You get what you pay for. Looking for a cheaper hotel this will do. At least the linens were clean and the AC was cold.

Chose to stay here because of the pool. It was green. The sleeper sofa is filthy. Very unhappy customer today!

Stayed for Baylor Orientation. Not at all worth the money. Not enough parking by the room. It felt dirty and the ceiling was stained. The shower had mold in the corners. When I tried to turn it on the tub spout shot across the tub. No shower for us for day 2 of Orientation. I received a $20 discount so the room was only $60. We felt like we had been camping. The staff at the front desk were nice, but that was the only positive experience the entire visit.

This place has exceptionally nice and wonderful staff. However, the room was absolutely disgusting. The wood trim was rotted away. The bathroom was just awful. The bathroom sink was leaking everywhere, and judging from the water marks, had been for quite awhile. The room was very filthy feeling. They didn't even give you lotion! No microwave, no fridge, NOTHING. For $85 (including tax), I expected MUCH more. It felt like a very unsafe place and disgusting place for my family to be. Had I not already paid before I saw the room, I would have left. This place hasn't been thoroughly cleaned and definitely not renovated since MAYBE the 80's. Would be nice if they also kept a high chair in the breakfast area.

It was nice not as good as other places I've stayed at, not very cleaned.

The worst hotel ive stayed in, in a long time. Charged way to much for a thursday night, nothing going on in town. Plus its waco. Charged like it was downtown Austin. Room was dirty. Absolutely no water pressure. There was supposed to be free breakfast that included waffles till 10am, but at 9am they had already shut it down. I would rather stay at a motel 6 next time. I bet they have failed their corporate inspections numerous times, and probably will lose the right to be called La Quinta in the next year.

Nice location but needs a lot repairers, it is my favorite hotel close to Baylor, my room this weeken had the bath tub water running to slow and the unable close the door.

Not a bad little hotel but definitely been to better LaQuinta's. The parking was a bit weird too.

I'm currently here now. Wow. Old and smelly and the freaking refrigerator and microwave are in the bathroom area. The room smells like mildew. This place is disgusting. In addition, there is a club across the alley and the music is so loud we feel the beat in our chests. No sleep for us. The front desk says it's like that every weekend. Not only are we checking out in the morning and spending the time to find another pet friendly hotel rather than having fun, I want my money back for this crap hole of a visit so far. Close this place down and start all over.

Location was good. Facility is pretty old… The bathroom had a funky smell.

Friendly staff. Good location. Room was a good size. One of the beds had a huge dip in the middle. It would not have been comfortable for an adult.

Great hotel. Stayed there one time, no hassle. Clean room. And no disturbances.

Room 112 was nice and clean with Wi-Fi and a good tv.

The staff was very compassionate since the purpose of my visit was due to a death in the family. The room was very spacious and comfortable.

Room was very comfortable and large. Very quiet for being next to the interstate.

The room was quite clean, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming! My grandparents picked me up from Baylor for break, and we decided to stay close to campus. The man on duty provided us with several things we needed, and he retrieved things that we could've got ourselves, but my grandma didn't know where they were (e. G. She didn't know where the ice was, and he just gave us a bucket full of ice). The only complaints I have are my that the bathroom/tub was in bad shape, and my sheet had some weird (coffee? ) stains.

Convient location relative to Baylor. Service was good. Room was nice. Nothing too extravagant.

Clean and spacious. Staff friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast. Would definitely stay here again. But the best is their customer service. I left my tennis shoes and called two days later to ask if anyone had turned them in. Yes, they had and when I offered to send money for them to mail to me in Kansas, they insisted they would send them and that I need not send any money. They shipped them next day priority mail. Thanks to their staff there for exemplary service!

Clean rooms, comfortable beds, and good breakfast. I will stay here every time I come through this area.

The room was cool, dark, and comfy. However, it was difficult to enjoy the comfortable bed and pillows due to the stomping and thumping and door shutting that could be heard quite well all through the night and into the next day. The tub paint was peeling off and the bathroom door took much force to close. Outside smelled of cigarette and there were eaten chicken wing bones in the parking lot.

Friendly staff, room was ok, lots of hot water and cold a/c. Bedding comfortable and clean.

First if you're looking for a 4 or 5 star hotel this is not it. If you are realistic in expectations you will be rather pleased. The staff is friendly, two dogs were free and accepted, two kids 3 and 4 were free and accepted. The rooms are very clean, the beds are very comfortable and the pillows are great! Double room Double bed and 3 fluffy pillows on each bed, a nice comforter on each bed that is obviously changed with each cleaning and a coverlet over it serves as a "bedspread". Breakfast is real food and nice, fresh and plentiful. Coffee very very good. Most of all management and day staff go out of way to make your stay a satisfactory and pleasant one. OH the pool warm and NICE, would definitely stay again. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars was the AC was not well cooled or consistant and the guy that checked us in was rude and seemed lazy.

I have stay at this hotel on 2 occasions. Its is close the college my son attends. The rooms are only fair, be sure to get a cancellation number or they will charge you! I cancelled a reservation 30 days ago and they checked me in (I was 800 miles aways that week-end) and charge my credit card $483.00 for 2 nites. Still trying to get my money back. Very Poor help from reservations or the front deck. I am hoping the Manager Mr. Tim Gurerra will call me on Monday to resolve this.

Stayed two nights. Nice place; convenient location; clean; comfortable beds. Will stay here again in future.
