Convenient location but I have stayed in super nicer Baymont inn-suites. I am not sure if its or what but I stayed in room 203 which smelled like mildew and humidity Not to mention the towels are like 80 grid sand paper.

Attended a meeting there and some of the chairs were dirty and stained. Staff was friendly and located cleaner replacement chairs. The restroom was clean as well as their Lobby area. Also offered free breakfast. Loved the waffles, juice and coffee for and meeting room attendees/guests. Nice home type environment, great for the whole family and meeting attendees.

Visited this weekend because I wanted to check out Houston and drive down to Sylvan Beach for Beach Day. Walked in to the manager (I assume) sitting down in the middle of the lobby eating dinner with a Male. Seemed like a mom & pops type facility. Had weird musty/moldy odors throughout. Mixed with the food smells. Lobby felt very small, boxed in, dark and gave me vibes of an old school 50s hotel. I asked to look at a room before I checked in and the one I was shown was "ok" but very outdated. I thought I could handle it for the night and went ahead and checked in. Went to my room and immediately walked in to a broken curtain barely hanging. I was disappointed since I called 3 hours ahead and booked a day in advance. I still couldn't get past the smell and immediately asked for my money back. I went across the street to the Comfort Inn and checked in to a newly remodeled hotel that was still in the works but very bright, clean, open concept and fresh smelling. I'm giving 2 stars because despite the facility, housekeeping at least tried to clean up. Checking out was the best decision ever! Comfort Inn was only $5 more for a suite styled room with closed off room and living area! I'm not "high maintenance" but this is a poor quality hotel. I'm surprised the ratings are not much lower.?

Only okay. The place is worn. Rooms smell musty so they overdo the deodorizer giving the rooms a musty and minty smell. Furniture in the lobby is stained and filthy. Staff was friendly and helpful and it is close to airport with free shuttle.

The bed and pillows are very comfortable, the room was super clean and the bathroom was well equipped. The location is great, especially if you're in the airport, and the free breakfast includes fresh waffles.

The room smelled like urine. The front desk staff was polite, but nobody was wearing a uniform or any other apparel to identify who was an employee.

Very clean, good continental breakfast in the morning, air conditioning was comfortable, parking was easy good little late night restaurants around the place everyone was pretty nice.

I came in from Nigeria as a first timer in Houston and enjoyed the stop over before continuing my trip and your services, hospitality was excellent… My whole family enjoyed it and will forever cherish the memories.

Great place to stay if your looking for a friendly comfortable stay. Great customer service from staff excellent breakfast and unlimited Wi-Fi.

We were there because of a missed flight and only needed a place to stay for a few hours overnight. It didn't seem clean and there were several problems related to maintenance. I would not stay there again.

Great place to stay the night. Clean, comfortable. Breakfast is limited but goes until 10am, which is great for late sleepers like us! Mini fridge in the room was a nice plus also.

Good clean room. Manager was very helpful at check-in saving us some money on the room.

Reasonable good, shrike from airport is easy enough to use and prompt. 1 star off for giving us our keys on check in only to find the room was not yet ready. The wait for our room wasn't very long but letting us know would have been good. Location is confirmation to the airport, but only a couple of fast food restaurants in waling distance.

Location was good and bad. Good in that it was only a short drive to the airport. Bad in terms of things to do in walking distance; there was a pizza place, a donut place, Sonic and Jack in the box. Check in at reception was quick and easy although when we got to our room, it was still being cleaned. I understand the logistics of that being done but I would have thought reception would have held off on giving our room keys to us when the room was ready. Thankfully it was only about a 10-15 wait until we could get into our room. Room was nice although it had no hand wash provided and only one ceiling light.

Room was clean and the staff were nice. Could have a better fitness center, but overall a comfortable stay.

Very family oriented. The manager is nice. Everyone that works here is nice. Has a great atmosphere. I just love it!

Staff was friendly. Rooms were clean and big. We even had a note from the housekeeper saying to have a good day. We stayed in a double bed room. They helped us schedule the shuttle to the airport for the next morning.

Nice for the price $75 with tax. Easy check inn, large parking, property is not too old. Here and there few fixes are required but overall for the price and a night stay it's nice one. Wash area is outside restroom, so if you are two people with a early flight, second person will not be able to sleep if the first one is getting ready.

Room was well prepared for checkin. Bathroom door did not fully lock. Not a huge deal. The major issue was our shuttle time was not written down correctly the front desk. Lead to an early morning flight scare. The morning receptionist was very helpful in resolving the issue though. Overall a good stay.

Very nice Inn, very clean and quiet. Free Wi-Fi and a delicious continental breakfast that includes sausage and eggs, bagels, pastries, cereal and a few other options. Service desk was polite and friendly.

This was first and last we had stayed in this hotel. Shuttle driver was terribly rude and unpleasant. He pick us up twice. Nothing good come out from his mouth every time. He drove the bus like Ferrari. Fast and crazy. Never again.

Pathetic experience. On arrival they came up with lame excuses that rooms r not available although the reservation was done prior to the visit. Had to wait for 3 hours, finally they gave the room after a lot of hassle. Addeding to my miseries they deducted 145$ extra from my Credit card during check in without my knowledge. I had to literally beg from front dek and AJ (least cooperative manager) to refund the extra deducted amount at 3am after entire day study. It still didn't end there the housekeeping then threw my brush without my knowledge. Just when I thought it is all going to end once I will check out I realized that by mistake I have left few eatables in my room b4 checking out they made me wait for 2 hrs but nobody ever turned up and finally said sorry. There security key cards never work. The place is a mess do not go there unless u don't have any other place to live.

Rooms are a great size. My husband, my daughter and I were here for 2 weeks while my husband worked near by and we had no problems. Breakfast was great, room service was good, and they accommodated us in anything we needed. Pretty good place to stay.

The nastiest hotel I've ever visited! Black mold on the ceilings and their staff is unruly and unprofessional! DON'T STAY HERE.

If you are just looking for a bed to sleep in, then the hotel was fine. The room was hot and study when we arrived, but the a/c worked fine and it cooled off quickly. Morning staff was very sweet. Breakfast was decent. A smaller eating area than most hotels, but it wasn't crowded. Overall, not a bad experience. I've stayed at nicer places, but also have stayed at way worse.

It was clean but the AC didn't work right, the bathroom door didn't close and you would think that everything would be better than at home for as much money as you have to pay. $85 a night, this is with tax but the tax is nearly $10. That's just crazy.

Very comfortable, quiet, and great for a good night's sleep. Breakfast was good, and I loved the fact they had free Internet helped a lot with project work.

I stayed in the actual room for 6 hours and 5 of those were sleeping hours. When I woke up and was putting my things together, I found a Miller beer cap on the ground by the bed… that really left a bad taste in my mouth. There was also loitering during the night hours (11pm-1am) which made it hard to sleep. The breakfast, however, was prompt and I enjoyed it. The shuttle service was great and showed up within minutes each time. It is next to a Waffel House and Sonic, both of which I couldn't enjoy because I got in at 10:30pm. Otherwise, it's okay.

Located within 5 minutes of IAH however we didn't have a ton of noise which I expected with the location being so close to the airport. We hardly even heard noises from other rooms. The room itself was a good size, clean, had a nice design to it, you could see that it was recently redone. The bed was large and comfortable which is a huge sticking point with me and hotels. Also there were plenty of pillows which was nice. Yes, as others have mentioned the parking lot is rather small however we never had an issue finding a parking spot in fact most of the time there were plenty open. The complimentary breakfast wasn't too large but they had a nice variety of items. Also the staff was polite and accommodating with every interaction we had with them, no complaints there. To be honest I really do not see any basis for all of the negativity from previous poorly rated reviews. The rate is affordable and hotel itself is not perfect but it is nice for the cost even. You're not paying for the Ritz Carlton here people, get a little perspective. Yes the Wifi connection takes a few minutes to initially connect however once connected I never had issues with speed or connectivity. In regard to the prior reviewing complaining about them not being allowed to bring their dogs inside? Wow a little bit outrageous that someone would complain about the entire business when the hotel signage as well as listings for it online show no pets allowed.

These guys were not helpful, at all. I had my dogs with me and I was trying to find parking in the shade for them until the sun went down and it cooled off (maybe 3 hours until sundown). There was shaded parking in the parking lot against the hotels north side, but I was unable to use it because it "those spaces don't belong to us". When I asked if I could keep the crates in our room until it cool off they said that no dogs were allowed. When I asked again to use the shaded spaces because I would not leave my dogs in the sun, they said no. I immediately cancelled my reservation to find a hotel that would allow my dog crates in the room or allow me to use a shaded parking spot.
