Great stay in Houston! Only stayed one night but could have definitely stayed longer. Beds were comfortable, rooms were modern and clean, and the shower pressure was great. I pulled in late with an oversized vehicle and the staff was able to accomodate large vehicle parking in a secure lot which was very nice. Would definitely stay again.

Had the pleasure of staying here the other night with a group of friends after a concert in town, and the staff was fantastic! I called earlier in the day to let them know that we would be arriving a bit late and they had our keys prepared and our rooms all checked in so that all I had to do was sign a few dotted lines and we were in the rooms within 5 minutes, which was great! The rooms were spacious and clean, with soft pillows that were not worn out, fluffy towels, and a super comfy bed. The shower had fantastic water pressure (a huge thing for me) and the desk in the room was great for wrapping up some late night paperwork I had to handle. There was plenty of parking also so even though we arrived late it wasn’t remotely an issue to find a safe spot to leave our vehicle. Definitely recommended for business or pleasure!

Upon checkin I explained that my husband just had surgery and we needed 4 extra pillows and they were being delivered just as we were walking down the hall! 5⭐️! The double room was plenty big enough and the beds were comfy!

The Sheraton was super accommodating for us, even bringing up extra bedding and a mini fridge to keep us stocked up over the weekend. It's located bright off the interstate with easy access to get downtown easily. Parking was safe and secure in their parking deck and the beds were really comfortable! We loved grabbing a snack and Red Bull from the gift shop on the way out each morning, which was super convenient. The business area and lounge were also modern and well furnished for us to get work done before leaving for the day. Will definitely be back!

Nice and good hotel with friendly staffs. Clean and good rooms. Reasonably priced. CozyFitness center and a handy shop with very helping staffs. Close to a good shopping center too. Though bit far from downtown, but I like it. Been staying here for almost 10 yrs. Will stay again for sure.

Attended a business workshop here. Due to the 290 construction it can be very confusing to navigate to. I suggest keeping your GPS on when locating this hotel. The entry area and lobby are nice but outside could use a little upgrade and additional landscaping. It is located in a good proximity from the Galleria, the Heights & good shopping.

Great location. It's easy to find. It is very convenient for a quick stay. It's an older hotel. Clean and comfortable and great staff. Friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

Nice enough place. Has a gym, pool, hot tub restaurant and bar. On the top two floors there is some kind of club for important people that I couldn't get to to tell you about. There was no fridge in my room nor microwave. The TV was large and worked well. There is room service. Soaps and shampoos are provided in the rooms. My favorite part of my stay was the beds and linen which are very comfortable and I slept very well. The restaurant was good but too pricey for my tastes.

It's a great hotel! Good rooms, delicious and varied cuisine. Pool, Jacuzzi, gym, souvenir shop, transfer to shops. It's great. In the room TV, coffee machine, a huge shower room. Recommend!

Clean room, bedding and towels clean and not jaded. The staff are friendly and willing to help. There's a swimming pool and a Hot Tub.

The hotel is good but the "going green" approach is interesting. They tell us that it saves water but they do not even make the bed. That's going to cost then the mission. I am all for reusing the bed linens for the duration, but I don't want to walk into a room which is not made up. I could do Airbnb cheaper if that's what I wanted. Change the from policy where I was the only one who's paying for it. Please!

This hotels age is showing. It smells kind of odd and musty. The rooms are big enough but there was no fridge or microwave and the vending machines needed refilling. The service was excellent but the menu selection for Room Service was pantry at best. This is one of those hotels your stay at because it's either the only viable room around or you get it at a step discount. It's not a bad place to stay by any means but, and I have to be honest, I've stayed at better Palace Inn Blues.

AC met it's demise over the weekend and we had a great stay cation here until it was fixes. Clean. Great pool and patio. Affordable.

Very nice hotel in a surprising area! Suites are nice as well as the rooms. The restaurant and ballrooms are good as well.

Free parking, friendly hotel staff, and clean. Stayed at a non-smoking room on the 8th floor with a decent view. Bed was very comfortable. Restroom was a little small but functional. Besides that, no complaints!

Nice and complete structure of everything, at the bar/restaurant you eat very well breakfast is plentiful, only the furnishings are not really very modern.

A nicer hotel with a covered parking garage in the rear. Our reservation was the same price as many of the 3 star hotels nearby, so getting 4 star quality was nice. The building felt old but well maintained. The 7th floor is a SPG Member floor and I found the rooms nicely furnished and comfortable. There was 2 complimentary bottles of water, which is a nice touch, a Starbucks brand coffee service in the room, but no fridge. We had complimentary breakfast for one with the reservation and when the check in receptionist realized there were two of us, she nicely gave us another comped breakfast. The breakfast was very nice in Emma, one of the two restaurants in the hotel.

We had our anniversary party here and it was awesome. The service was great and the hall and room were astounding.

Have stayed here numerous times. Always pleased. Rooms are clean, beds are very comfortable. Suites are spacious. Staff are accommodating. You can get extra towels, pillows, & bed linens w/ no hassle. The complimentary continental breakfast is very good. Club level has nice perks.

Very good hotel for the price. We stayed two nights and were happy with the quality of the facilities. A free breakfast with stay would be a nice improvement. Cheaper hotels offer such amenities.

Was here for a function that my wife job sponsored. This place was amazing. Art deco was a really nice plus.

We had a meeting here and the staff were excellent. They've been all we need. The place is clean and well kept is also very comfortable the atmosphere.

It's a Sheraton Houston Hotel, it's a bedroom for the holiday weekend. The staff did there job and the price was very right. My wife and I would like to give the hotel staff a "that a boy"

It's very clean, very big. The gym was very well equipped with free fruit and beverage service, the room very nice.

Stayed here many times & I always have a great experience. The bar is lively, the food is excellent, the staff are very friendly & the rooms are very nice!

I'm not one to normally write reviews, but I have to say, I was a little agitated by this Sheraton when they wouldn't cancel my reservation (I actually just wanted to move it a few weeks because of the inclement weather in Houston). If you care to look up the weather reports in Houston on Jan 16th and 17th, you’ll see that there were hundreds of accidents – including 2 fatalities – because of the icy conditions. I know I was 2hrs past the "24 hr" deadline to change or cancel my reservation, but there should be some courtesy extended to customers who have shown loyalty by staying with you every time they travel to your area. I guess they’d rather I tried to make my reservation and possibly get in a serious accident or worse. I don’t travel much, but when I do go to Houston, I always used to stay at this Sheraton. Up until this incident, I had always enjoyed staying here. We’ll just have to see if that tradition continues…

I was not an overnight guest, but was here for work. The facilities are big, but dated. There is good space in the lobby though for meetings and getting work done. I will say, the bathrooms we're not in good shape.

Ideal to work in the area, very good executive lounge, you have to pay room with access, but you can have breakfast and dinner.

Nice place to stay in Houston. There is not much activity near the hotel. But transport is available from the hotel to important places, arranged by the hotel. Transport is available at fixed timings. People are kind and supportive. Restaurant ambience is good and food is good. Hotel provides free Wi-Fi. Rooms are spacious and comfortable.

The hotel is very nice on the inside. The outside shows a little wear but it's still very nice surrounded by big beautiful trees. The rooms are nice as well the bathroom could have used a bit of renovation. There were several cracks in the tile and just general wear and tear with the caulking and such. The reason it did not get a 5 is because the parking lot made me want to go to another hotel. It is lighted and there is a security guard. However, it still gives the air of "unsafe". In addition to the security guard, they also have cameras and it's clearly stated that they are in working order. The security guards are like most security guards. They don't really exude safety but I guess if you have someone there to tell you what the person looked like that stole your car it's okay.

Decent room. Great service. Unfortunately the road construction going on outside my window combined with the traffic noise made the actual sleeping part kind of difficult. I couldn't believe they worked on the road all night long. Overall, would stay again.

An amazing hall for weddings and ceremonies. It was absolutely perfect for a wedding and had an awesome seating arrangement and had wonderful decorations and lights which were festive.

A beautiful hotel, but I didn't feel very comfortable as a home.

Rooms are on the small side for comparable hotels. If you have status they have a club lounge that offers beer/wine in the evening and a mediocre breakfast in the morning. Staff is great and if you're a business traveler this is a good option.

Nice hotel. You can tell it's a little older though and not in quite the best neighborhood. But I slept great my entire week there. Not super easy to navigate to.

Good hotel. In a while it will need some remodeling, but still is a good place to stay. Not a very good place to walk to have a dinner or lunch. I paid a very fair price for 5 nights.

I really enjoyed the hotel. This was my second stay, the first being during the lobby remodel a couple years ago. It was extremely distressing that the many parking spaces on the ground were blocked off, and we had to park in the garage. While parking is free, the is NO ELEVATOR in the garage, so you have to walk stairs or walk the garage up and down, luggage in tow.

Excellent Hotel/Staff and Five Star Service. They have a regular lounge, an exclusive club lounge on the 9th floor, a penthouse floor, a guest laundry room, a ballroom dining hall, a superb restaurant (Ella's Table), pool and jacuzzi, fitness center, rec center, shuttle services, fast Wi-Fi, pleasant/honest housekeeping, room service and a bar (try the local Shiner Bach)! Everything you could ask of a hotel of this caliber. Surprisingly, they are still doing pretty good despite the environmental disasters/tragedies that occurred in the area. They treated us guests (we took up most of the hotel as part of our employer's disaster recovery endeavor) extremely well, as if family, and they deserve more than five stars! Highly recommended!

I visited this hotel for a professional training course. The lobby and entrance are nice and well ordered with recently updated decor. The staff have all been friendly and helpful. There are several nicely set up and various sized conference centers. My training is for a small group of 8-12 people and the room we used is set up very awkwardly with a large column in the middle of a small room. The column truly divides the room in half. Just shifting the room layout to put the column against a back wall of the room would make the room much more functional. There is another training room next door and perhaps during any future renovations it might be good to simply shift the walls one direction or other to reposition the two rooms better compared to columns. The facility is nice overall and located near intersecting highways which makes it easy to get to but also means there's plenty of traffic around rush hours.

We attended a wedding reception at the hotel and it was a wonderful experience. Very beautiful hall, kind servers and an overall great time. Would recommend.

We stayed here for a few nights whilst in town for a wedding. Rooms were nice, clean, well presented and had a good balance between thick and thin pillows available. Only meal I had at the hotel was breakfast,, but it was good value with the buffet offering a decent selection of foods for the price. Would stay here again.

Very good location blocks away from the wedding venue had a terrific time very nice room stayed on Club level had a very good time even with all the people in the state of Texas to try and help with the hurricane clean up for Houston the hotel was very accommodating and made our stay even better by extending us and the rest of the wedding guest in our party staying at this property the use of the club Lounge…

Good place for conference, meeting and stay. Peaceful atmosphere for family. Clean and silent. Bit expensive.

Loved the hot tub after a long day working. If only it had stayed open later for our night shift crew.

The Sheraton Broookhollow hosts our company for day long meetings about 8-10 times a year and they always do a lovely job! The catering and event department is prompt and responsive and always finds a space for us.

Nice location. 2 rooms, both had 2 full size beds. No small refrigerator to keep personal items cold. Room service not needed during stay. Customer service was a plus, very nice & friendly staff!

Excellent experience. Quality food and service is excellent. Rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. Staff is kind and very helpful. I would recommend this hotel for anyone who is looking for a great stay and food in a prime location.

Because I booked with Hotwire they treated me like a 4th rate person. I always request a King bed and they wanted to give me a handicap room. The front desk note SPG membership but found I had several accounts. I have actually tried to fix this with customer service twice without getting results. The front desk teased me that if only I had done this they may have been able to upgrade me to the business floor. I have stayed at 4 different Sheratons in Houston. This one is the worst one. The restaurant food is terrible, the staff is arrogant and the location is terrible. It is not a 4 star on Hotwire. It is a 2 star hotel.

Check in was quick and easy. No problems. Got to my room, it was quiet, and stayed that way. As an introvert, it's exactly what I wanted.

I checked on a Saturday, the people at the front were nice. Even though they nickle and dime you, and put a pending charge on your account when you check in. They dont have microwaves and refrigerators in the rooms, so it almost impossible to go buy food at restaurants around the hotels. Then the next morning when went to get breakfast thinking it came with us booking the hotel, NOPE! The buffet was $40 charged to the room. Even though the previous day when we checked in they told us it was free. The lady was rude at the front desk when we asked her about it. One of tge worst hotels ive stayed in so far. Wont go back.

Beautiful room. Service, when requested, was very good. Location was far enough away from City Centre not to be frenetic, but close enough to be agreeable. I was on club level for the first time, quality bed linens and appointments. Extremely quiet with a great View. There was nothing more I could really want.

The hotel is nice but hard to find. The rooms are small, but the beds are so comfy. The lobby is sleek, but check — in took forever! The staff is nice, the restaurants have delicious food.

Decent place, ok location. Mini ironing boards are terrible. Hotwire advertised free breakfast — — that didn't happen. Tried to charge me for breakfast. Avoid this place unless you get a great price.

We spent our wedding night here. Great customer service and they upgraded a lot of our things for us.

I want to begin by saying that I have never stayed at this hotel and this is simple about their CUSTOMER SERVICE. I was planning on attending a wedding of a good friend in the Houston area, I decided to boolk a room at the Sheraton because it was a great hotel close to where we were going to be. The room that I booked contained a special pre-paid rate that did not allow any change or refund (I was being cheap and didn't want to spend the extra $30 because I wouldn't need to change it). Unfortunately, my uncle passed away the Monday before the wedding and I was unable to attend. I called the hotel and was told by a representative that because of the rate I booked the room, that I would be unable to secure a refund, BUT that I could transfer the name on the room to another person considering the circumstances. I didn't mind that, so I found a friend to take the room. When I called back I spoke to a man at the regional call center that was nothing but nice and apologized for the loss of my uncle. He told me to contact bills in the hotel and they could handle my refund. I then spoke with Aimee (I hope thats right! ) in accounting who also apologized over and over again about my loss and give me a FULL REFUND! I have never been tried so well by a hotel chain. Thank you Sheraton for your great customer service, you really come through in my time of need.

Great experience here at this hotel. The construction does make it difficult to get around in this area though.

Best FaceTime experience ever no delays. I wish if other hotels had as fast an internet connection as they do. Netflix also works awesome The Sheraton Houston Brookhollow is an incredible Hotel. I love the renovations they have made. I also love the fact that it has the fastest Internet connection I have ever had of any hotel! The Wi-Fi coverage is strong. I did not miss any of my shows (Netflix). I want to recommend the burgers and the blue cheese fries. Mr. Tom C’s staff is kind and attentive. If you need to stay productive while you travel you must have a great Internet connection and a comfortable bed and the Sheraton Houston Brookhollow delivers every time I stay. I recommend the Sheraton Houston Brookhollow Hotel to all my friends.

We had dinner at Cimarron restaurant on a Saturday night. Place was dead, no one but us in the restaurant and 3 people in the bar. There was a large number of staff there with a lot of yelling and joke making coming from the kitchen. The staff was loud! Dinner was nice. Chicken Soup starter was above average. Fajitas steak salad was very nice as well. Measuring prices they are a bit high. 7.5 for a large beer. 35 for salad, soup and one beer. There are several other better places to go in the area for dinner.

No Shuttle from Hobby Airport, in Houston, rediculous. I now have to wait 45 minutes for the super shuttle and pay $40 dollars, never again.

I have always had a great experience here and I have stayed 15+ times. I frequently travel so I know a good hotel when I see one. The front desk is great, rooms are clean and the prices are wonderful. The only two somewhat downfalls about this hotel is one, it is older (but who cares if it's well kept? ) and two, the food isn't anything extraordinary (but who expects hotel food to be? ) other than that it's wonderful. I think this would be a great place for weddings, business events and any other special events too.

Not very impressed with this property. It feels very run down. The staff really don't seem to care much about guest satisfaction. Breakfast served in the lounge was not very healthy mainly tortillas with cheese /bacon/sausage etc whatever was leftover from downstairs breakfast buffet. I do appreciate that the lounge was open all day to get drinks or work (wish Marriott would do this). Internet was generally pretty good. If you don't stay on the lounge level you need two card keys which was annoying.
