It was nice just a bit pricey all together ok.

The place is surprisingly clean and has been recently updated, as well. Property is well maintained and quiet. Haven't seen or heard any riff-raff since we got here yesterday. I don't think the management is too fond of my having a small dog in the room, but it wasn't stated anywhere that pets aren't allowed, so if they say something to me, depending on the nature of our conversation, I may end up making additions or edits to this review. At this point, however, all is well at the Palace Inn. **Edit: The night auditor ambushed me outside my room telling me I had to leave because they have a no pet policy… I told them that if I have to leave then they had to give me my money back… He said no. I explained she is a service dog and had paperwork to prove it. He said talk to the property manager in the morning. As a displaced victim of Hurricane Harvey, the last thing I should be doing is explaining my situation to the manager of this brothel/motel. I am not happy with the Palace Inn personnel.

No complaints. The guy at front desk was nice and polite. Room was clean and A/C was already on, so the room was nice and cool. Plus free Wi-Fi.

Nice room overall… coulda had a DVD tho, and fridge didn't work.

It's okay place to rest your head.

It's a medium scale hotel/Inn for people who want to get done and be on the move. The staff at front desk are not too friendly however. Very casual attitude too.

Nice place, nice location just wish yhe TV had a bit more channels lol but everything is good.

The customer service was horrible. They were immediately rude to us as soon as we got there. We asked for a key and they were like "Do you even need a key? " Of course we do. How did they expect us to get in! They had bed bugs and expected us to just deal with it. The only plus is that the rooms are modern and nice and fairly priced.

Horrible service and they have bed bugs! My friend and I were itching like crazy while trying to slerp.

Stayed here 3 nights. First night stepped on crack pipe. Overlooked it didn't make an issue. Room pretty clean. Right before checkout on 3rd day discovered bed bug as it crawled towards my pillow. Reported to front desk and asked for a different room and possible discount. Was told nothing they can do. Told front desk I took pics and will report. Manager came to my room seen for himself and gave a partial refund. Cust service needs more training on how to handle these issues. Don't tell me there's nothing u can do.

Hot tub room was pretty clean and reasonably priced would go again.
