The front desk staff wasn't friendly. They seem like they don't care about you at all. The pool is okay except when we swam there were ppl in the pool sitting area smoking so it made it hard to swim in there with the smell especially with our kids. The room was okay we got the king suite with jacuzzi. It didn't feel like a suite. I would rather spend the money somewhere else. Breakfast was awful. The scrambled eggs tasted disgusting. The only good thing was the waffles. The area is in a bad side of town. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Front desk was extra nice. Appearance was very professional and clean. The room is like new and super clean. We been on a 4 day road trip and this is the best hotel between the east coastline and Houston. No complaints and 10 stars!

I enjoyed my stay here. Ms. Jerri did a wonderful job. Everything was ready on check in just needed my signature. Quickest registration ever! all was wonderful the lady in the morning that was serving breakfast also was very attentive and very helpful. Room was clean. Will def. Stay here again.

We stayed here 2 nights in June 2018. My husband works in the Houston area every June. This was by far the best experience at a hotel in the area he works at. The staff was so friendly. The rooms were very clean. The bed and pillows were great. I felt safe at the hotel. You have to have a key to get into the pool area. I liked that. We will stay here again.

This was amazing. It had a gym, pool, I had a room with the jacuzzi. It was a great price. It had a gas station in walking distance, saturdays the whataburger (walking distance) lobby stayed open until 3 am. Cracker barrel next to the hotel. It was clean. The staff was so friendly. I absolutely loved my stay. And they definitely will have my business again.

Room was not clean and the a/c didn't work well, had to be switched to a different room. I've stayed at a few other best western plus and this was the worst by far. Definitely not what I expected for the price paid.

Nice, clean and affordable. Breakfast was a decent selection. The front desk concierge was unfriendly, which is why I gave a full star down. When someone is in the hospitality business I expect them to be accommodating and outgoing enough to speak to guests when they pass by.

Initially this 'cheap' hotel room became average price at best after taking into consideration the price of transportation to and from the airport. To my surprise, this hotel does not provide an airport shuttle to and from one of the largest airports in the US. This information should be place SOMEWHERE on their website prior to booking the room. I have stayed at hotel much further away from the airport than this hotel and have had the "luxury" of a airport shuttle. As always, buyer beware.

I went to meet some out of town familky members. The staff at the front desk was nice and asked if I needed anything while I wait. We sat and helped ourseves to coffee while we talked. It was a nice experience.

Location is great. Right off freeway add right behind a Cracker Barrel. Bonus! Room and amenities were as expected. Front desk had a mix up with check in (call at 2:30 in morning) but was handled. All in all pleased we with price and stay.

Hotel was very well decorated. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. Parking for big trucks was limited.

Not to pleased with our customer service we recieved this morning. My boyfriend and I checked in on 01/01/18 @4am and are suppose to be checked out the following day 01/02/18 by 11pm. The gentalman who was helping us showed on the paper as if we checked in on 12/31. When we asked for him to change it to the correct date and time he said he would fix it in the morning, so we took his word. The following morning came and by 11am we received a call saying we had to check out already. I told the lady that the guy working the night shift messed up and was suppose to fix the paper work in the morning. Instead of going by his words, she said she would not be able to change it and that he was a new employee and didnt know what he was doing. So basically we paid $90.00 to stay in a room for 7 hrs. Not only did we not get some sort of a discount for error on their end, but the lady was rude and would not help us out. Its a very nice clean hotel, but not worth waisting money on for their mistakes!

We had a great stay. The staff were all very friendly and helpful! Love having coffee available anytime. The room was great and we slept very well. I highly recommend this hotel.

The service was great and the room was fine. I didn't stay very long, but I did have breakfast in the morning and athough the selection wasn't great, everything tasted fine, and I didn't have to go buy it somewhere so I think it was worth it.

The room was clean. Staff less than friendly or polite. Don't be fooled by the fresh hot breakfast. It was a joke and we had to go out to eat, which that added expense was not appreciated. If you get a room with a sofabed, don't expect linens. They don't have any that fit. Don't ask for extra pillows, you won't get them, so bring your own. TV didn't work? Don't ask the front desk, they don't know how to fix it.

Great hotel. Very clean, wonderful staff and a nice breakfast. The breakfast allowed you to make your own omelette. This was great!

Sheets was a mess seamen and blood. I had to make my own bed. Customer service was rude, I expected much better at Best Western.

The room smelled like an Ash tray, the TV didn't work properly, and the telephone didn't work. Something in the linen gave my spouse a rash.

Please looked clean from the outside. Smelled a bit like smoke on non-smoking room. Shower head didn't work. Didn't find out until morning before checking out. Left hotel without taking a shower. :/

Great experience. King size bed was nice and pretty comfortable (I have herniated disks in my neck so not much is comfortable) loved the jacuzzi… had hot water every time I turned it on. Was.

Hotel is located close to shopping, dining, and the interstate. The property seems to have e been renovated within the past few years, but wasn't done 100% correctly, as I had to work at getting the door closed. The bed was comfortable, and the staff was friendly, UT one of them was on their cell phone each time I walked by. The property is a good place to sleep, but does not have the perks of a Doubletree.

I loved my stay here! Very beautiful! I stay back Best Western in many areas. By far one of the best they offer.

Housekeeping does an great job, the rooms are very clean. Maria is very friendly and she does an excellent job with breakfast, it is delicious. If you are looking for a hotel that is safe, clean, and family oriented for business or leisure this is the place.

Excellent value, very clean and pleasant. Easily accessible to the highway. Breakfast was all inclusive with many selections to make. The Coffee was excellent. Was able to use their computer and print off forms needed for a meeting at no extra cost. The rooms were remodeled and were very pleasant.

I love this place. I stay here twice a month and won't even think of staying any place else. Everyone from the front desk to housekeeping could not be more accomadating. Can't go wrong staying here! ❤️

I absolutely loved my stay at this Best Western. I was there for a weekend visiting family. Guadalupe made everything seem so simple and was able to guide us on a few good places to eat and visit. Not to mention Sunday morning the breakfast was de-licious! I'm a very satisfied customer. Thank you Best Western and Guadalupe for your help.

Paid extra for a room with a hot tub and the hot tub only had cold water… was told I would receive a 15% discount as compensation however this has not come to pass as of yet.

We travel a lot with bugRIGHT Co. And stay with best western all the time. This is very nice and clean room comfortable bed. Breakfast is very good.
