Good location, clean and good customer service.

Pros: good location, clean rooms, no carpet in rooms or hallways. Cons: walls very thin, AC went out day 2 of our stay but hotel reimbursed us for the inconvenience. Overall I would stay there again and recommend.

Service was awesome! Room was great! I stayed on the second floor and the first night I couldn’t sleep because I could hear a chair rolling across the floor but second night was fine. I like no carpet but it is noisy. I would definitely recommend this place. No extra charge for my 35lb dog as well which sold me in the first place! I definitely will be back!

Nice to bring dogs with no pet fees.

It's a nice hotel. The rooms are great. Maid service everyday due to covid. Hotel staff are very nice and accommodating. Only thing is all of the banging, stomping, and door slamming from other residents and other hotel staff. It is very nerve wrecking. Sometimes it's at 2 or 3 in the morning. Walls are just paper thin, as well as floors.

Great stay there I enjoyed myself and the staff was great especially the lady who worked receptionist at night Mrs. Regina.

Brenda made sure that we were comfortable in every way the rooms were nice and clean and very big. The only thing was a whirlpool jets was slow. Building very clean. Mask signs were up and people adhered to the hotel policy My partner and I enjoy the time we spent their.

The rooms are nice, beds are clean and comfortable. I couldn't stay away from the mirrors, that's how pretty they were lol.

I have stayed at various hotels in the Houston or adyacent areas to inclde Rosenberg and this has been by far the best experience so far. First of all, many of the other hotels do not accept, allow, or charge a high fee for pets to convince not to stay there because the fee is outrageous. I was surprised by your pet policy which allowed pets to stay at the hotel without paying any ridiculous fee and that they needed to be leashed at all times. The room service was excellent and the location very convenient. The staff could not be more friendlier and the breakfast was excellent too, since it included fresh cooked eggs, sausage, bread, fresh fruits and many other things and not like some other hotels which say that breakfast is included but it is actually continental breakfast or just some pastry and coffee. The only thing that we did not try was ordering food from the hotel because of the many restaurant choices around the area an that it presented an excuse to go out and see the area. Friendly service. The room was clean and well managed. No issues with the air conditioning, and it was set to a comfortable temperature in the conference room I was booked in. Location is off a freeway, so you can only access it from the feeder road headed eastbound, but in Houston that is so common that ai don't consider it an issue. Good experience overall.

Check in went smoothly front desk was nice. Place was clean but the morning was a different story. Breakfast had the bare minimum. Eggs and sausage. Waffle, one pastry blueberry muffin. Plain bagels only… one fruit option red apples… 2 cereal frosted flakes or Raisin Bran. A ton of counter space… no yogurt… I went to check out so I could go get breakfast someplace. The front desk was sitting on a stool talking on the phone and playing on her cell phone. I didn't get greeted she just looked at me I told her I needed to check out and didn't remember my room number gave her my name. She mumbled something I thought was "room number? " I told her I didn't remember. Whoever she had on the phone must have said something funny cause she set it down and and fought to hold back a laugh. She finally got off the chair to look up my room. Gave me my folio and didn't say any thing like have a great day. Comeback and see us again. Nothing. Horrible start to my day I doubt I'll return.

The room was beautiful and clean. We were impressed with the staff who was able to provide me with several options for my questions. We had to leave before breakfast was served but the facility was very nice. I would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again if we are ever back in this area.

Used their meeting room, staff was polite and courteous. The meeting room smelled like there was mold. Opened the windows but they didn't have screens and the mosquitoes were coming in. Only one restroom for each gender which made it very inconvenient since I was on a tight schedule.

It was ok could have been alot better. I don't like the fact that they allow pets. I had to change rooms 3 times because of issues with them bad lock, not clean and noisy pets!

Good basic room. A/C worked well dog friendly. Basic breakfast.

Our family traveled in a group to this location. Good value. The accommodations were pretty good. Biggest drawback — no jacuzzi — looks like it was cemented over. Ample breakfast spread — coffee/juice, cereal, pastries, waffle iron, whole fruit, boiled eggs, bacon. Microwave, mini fridge, and safe in each room. Nice gym. Small parking lot. Small pool with a cozy outdoor patio. Would visit again. Good experience.

Good relation price-value. Very good experience just like all the times that I have stayed at La Quinta.

Wasn't there even two hours and was notified by my banking that there was an extra added charge to my card for 250. When called they said housekeeping told them there was smoking in the room. I was not smoking in this, room. So if their housekeeping staff is allowed to have this much influence on the charges on your bank card? It makes sense that the signs on the counter… state that even when paying cash, they require a credit/debit card? How many people are getting bonuses this way?

I stay here one weekend almost every month. Rooms are clean and beds are comfy. Great value. Only reason for 4 stars is because the blankets are very thin! I always ask for a down blanket at check in.

Friday night we arrived and went to bed. We woke up itching but thought it was mosquitos or something. Saturday morning our 8 year old and 6 year old daughter's woke up with horrible rashes on their face and bites on their bodies. Now we were staying there for a dance competion which is extremely exhausting especially for the kids. All we wanted was a good night's sleep to make the 3 hour drive home Sunday. So Saturday we were up at 5am and we danced all day. Finally got back to the room around 9pm and layed in bed when we woke up feeling like we were being bit again. We finally got up and figured out it was bed bugs and we were covered! We went to the front desk and told the lady and she was very rude. She put us in a new room about 1am. So we had to wake up our exhausted kids and load up and move. When we got to our new room we found toenail clippings on the floor and black hair all in the sheets. So again we had to get our kids up and change all the blankets by ourself. So Sunday we wake up about 930. We wanted to feed our kids the "free" breakfast that was supposed to be included but instead the lady was very rude and refused to even give the kids cereal because she said it wasn't her fault that we slept late and missed breakfast. But it's kinda hard to sleep when your on fire from bed bugs that we got from your beds . So we had to go spend money on breakfast. Still no manager to talk to. So we informed the lady at the front that we would be contacting corporate.

Old coffee! They hardly ever make fresh. My parents spent 6 months there after hurricane Harvey. This is an individually owned location & the owner is EXTREMELY CHEAP! Their parking lot is awful. Very hard to park or get in & out of. The front desk ppl are hard to communicate with due to a language barrier.

Some rooms are better than others. First room was comfy and quiet. Second was the opposite.

I would be careful staying here! This place tried to take money out of one of my accounts, and when confronted they had no answer other then call back when a manager was on duty. So upon doing so three times I never got one and had to turn in a police report for my bank. All in all avoid this place if you can.

The room itself was beautiful, the staff was fantastic but the laminate floors made the acoustics in the room terrible. I could hear everything in the room next to us. I was there on business and had to be up at 4am… I didn't fall asleep until about 1 after going to bed at 10. I couldn't sleep because I could hear everything in the room next to me… Even the guests clearing their throats. Be aware, this hotel accepts pets which is great until your neighbors let their dogs bark all night. This wasn't the hotel's fault but it creates a problem when you have to be up early.

Smoke-free property, superb! I called, and receptionist said they do not have any smoking rooms. No hot tub, but there is an outdoor pool☺️.

The place is not great, which is disappointing for a La Quinta. We got a suite, and the size of the room is good, but there are a lot of issues, too. The bathroom has no fan, which is an inconvenience, and the lock on one of the doors was broken. These could easily be fixed. The bed is very firm. I like it, but it may be an issue for some. The pillows are awful, though. They feel like tightly folded sheets. The floors are hardwood. They look pretty, but if you're not on the top (4th) floor, you'll be annoyed by them. The people above us paced back and forth throughout the night and had a dog. One night, it seemed they were vacuuming, the sound was horrible. One evening, we came back and the elevator smelled of marijuana. Not a big deal, but when we got to our floor, the whole floor reeked of it. It was incredibly strong and quickly bled into our room. Free breakfast is always nice, but there's not much to it. It's smaller than a Holiday Inn Express breakfast. Don't plan to eat there every morning.

Very nice, clean hotel, clean room with crisp sheets, very friendly staff. I was placed in a first-floor accessible room as requested. Overall a pleasant stay. A few small problems: —the bed was too tall to be truly accessible. —hardwood floors made all rooms noisy; I heard my upstairs and next-door neighbors clomping around much more than I wanted to! —a family of small rambunctious children ran screaming in and out of their room and up and down the hall both late at night and early in the morning. It was excessive enough that I think management should have intervened. —no vending machine, and the “Bright Side Market” was misnamed — a few shelves of $3 candy and a cooler filled mostly with drinks doesn’t make a market. —the free breakfast was worth what I paid for it. I don’t mean to make these things sound like my visit was bad, as all of them really were minor. Just things that could be addressed. I really did have a pleasant stay.

So much noise. Pillows hard as rocks. Couldn't get any sleep. Complained but they didn't really care.

Overall the stay was great. Staff was quick with check in and check out. The room was nice, never had a hotel room with tile in the living area. The bed was comfy. The hotel did have a "wet" smell which is to be expected after the flooding that they have had recently. Hopefully it won't be like that for future visits. I would stay here again if we need a place to stay. (Visiting family and not enough room for everyone at their place. )

I stayed at La Quinta for a three day work event. The hotel was clean as well as the rooms. I had a room with a king bed and it was very spacious and it included a microwave and fridge. There was a free breakfast in the morning that consisted of waffles, pastries, cereals and fruits. I didn't have time to use the gym or pool. Both seem to be a bit on the small side with the gym only having a few machines and a dumbbell rack. My wake-up call was right on time and the staff has been friendly. The bed was on the firm side, which affected the sleep of several of my co-workers also staying there. I prefer a softer mattress, but I was still able to sleep each night. Overall, it was a nice stay. I wouldn't have any issues staying here again.

First room smelled bad, but the nice staff changed us to an upgraded room and it was great. The two free beers and popcorn during the evening is a nice touch. I would recommend this hotel. It's upgraded to a contemporary look and feel.

Remodeled since last stay, beautiful. Love the colors, wood floors and pictures. Great pool and good breakfast with extras. Easy access.

LaQuinta is my favorite place to stay — — whether it's overnight or a longer stay. The rooms are always clean, the staff are always friendly and willing to help you no matter what hour you check in. And, most importantly, they welcome my little dog, too; no pet fee.

The interior is very nice and clean, room is well maintained, friendly staff. Downside is the exterior needs work, the bar/restaurant in the same lot is filthy, pool needs some tlc. Easy to drive right past it. Overall, worth staying here despite the unpleasant exterior. For the dollar, not a bad stay at all.

The room was as always OK and I was happy to see a play area and a place for dogs… The issue I had was the cleaning ladies first knocking and then and hour later trying to come in the room and all the time to my SURPRISE… the Do Not Disturb was still on the door. Then the 3 calls in a row with no time to get to the phone before the front desk hung up even though I had asked for a late check out. I might be two more stars up if they had just stayed on the phone so I could correct the issue on the first call and not felt rushed even though the cleaning ladies had messed up pretty bad. The combination of the two left a bad taste in my mouth with this location… I am a member and point holder with the La Quinta Inn & Suites and this was the worst stay I have had. I could say many good things about other locations but this one needs help.

Service was nice, rooms were clean and tidy but they had a lemony smell to them that was a bit overbearing at first. Due to the intense humidity outside it was a bit damp in our room but that's not the hotel's fault. All around I would stay here again.

We had a great stay at LA Quinta for our over night stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful and the rooms were very clean and ready for us upon arrival. Breakfast was great and the area was very clean. We would recommend to others and stay again.

Vey clean and nice rooms. Great if you are a pet owner. They have a huge fenced dog park where you can unleash your dog and let them get excercise. Super pleased with this hotel. They even had dog treats for our dogs. Great hot breakfast in the morning as well.

This hotel is very clean. When I checked in the lady at the front desk was very quick and friendly. There was no charge for my 2 cats amd the room had a very clean smell, almost overpowering but much better than the old musty smell you get at cheap hotels. Breakfast has been pretty decent, waffle maker, fresh druit, cereal, juice, coffee, and a fww select hot items, days 1 was eggs, sausage patties and biscuits, day2 was sausage and biscuits and french toast sticks instead of eggs.

Clean, associate's were very friendly love the market they have available. Not one single problem. I would definitely go back anytime we are back in the area. The rooms are huge breakfast first thing in the morning is absolutely the best.

The room was large, the bed was comfy, and everything was very clean and in working order unlike a lot of places I've been to recently. Had one minor issue with the room but it was quickly resolved by the very helpful staff — big shout-out to Sarah at the front desk. Would come here again.

Sheets had blood stains on them. Was a very Dirty towel in the dresser drawer as well and the room was not cleaned. Trash can had previous occupants trash in it as well as old chex mix which is still in the drawer. Hot tub was dirty and shower. Had spoken with staff and gave me new sheets but made me put them on myself. Itched throughout the night, beds are uncomfortable, thin walls, and cracks between main entrance door so large you can see the hallway. Looks nice on the inside, but inspect room carefully. Lobby smells terrible as well. Refused to be put in different room. Overall, terrible experience. Had spoken with manager which didn't bother replying when I wanted to resolve the situation. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend. There's a Courtyard Marriot and a few other hotels nearby such as a Hilton as well. They're more expensive but definitely worth it in my opinion given the fact I've never had an issue like that at Marriot's or Hilton's.

The rooms smelled so bad it was unbearable. After demanding to change rooms, I sadly discovered that the new room smelled as disgusting and dank as the first. Do not stay here.

Amazing value for money. The rooms are more than comfortable, there's a small gym and and an outdoor pool. The breakfast was fantastic offering a good selection of choices. If is was coming back to Katy I wouldn't look else where I'd just head straight back here.

I stayed here for work in the summer and fall of 2012 and really liked this place. The beds were among the best I'd ever experienced in a hotel. Rooms and public spaces were all very clean and the staff was always very friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice staff. Room was decent — better than typical for this price. Breakfast was ample for a free buffet.

I always love when a hotel has free wireless internet, especially when it's fast! We did have a bit of trouble finding the hotel but that's just Katy itself. It was in a very nice area, although there's a weird goat Mexican restaurant right in front of it. We enjoyed that the windows opened. The only problem with the window was that it was storming really bad the night we stayed and the next morning, we realized the ceiling had been dripping all night. There was some pretty bad water damage by the window. Also, that morning, I found breakfast to be a bit odd. Eggs and bacon wrapped in a tortilla? The food was good, I didn't eat the tortilla, but it was still somewhat different. The hotel, in all, is very nice. I would stay again.
