The hotel is in a nice quiet location, central to attractions; Sunland Casino, Wyler Aerial Tram and other locations. Hotel is right next door to AMC theaters and in close proximity to restaurant options. Clean and staff was very nice.

I loved my stay there. I just didn’t enjoy breakfast time. The breakfast was cereal, fruit and make your own pancakes but I never saw pancake mix. No bacon, sausage, eggs, hash brown, grits… but overall I enjoyed my stay.

Excellent staff and service. Nice that they do breakfast in the morning and have catered meals twice a week. Definitely a step up from most Candlewood's.

If you need to visit North East El Paso, this is the place you need to stay. The air conditioner works great, and it comes with a full sized refrigerator and stove top. Excellent value for the money! 4 stars only because the towels were like sandpaper. What's up Candlewood? A little fabric softener would go a long way.

The room was huge and beautiful. The bed was comfy. The bathrooms were huge and had really good soap. It was quite. I enjoyed my stay.

The beds were amazing! This hotel is one of the best I have ever stayed in. They look super fancy but are affordable. It's worth what you pay.

Hotel room was very clean. Staff was very nice great deal for the price. If you need to be in North East El Paso this is a great stay. I am very happy with our room.

I got stuck in El Paso due to a uhaul check engine light, could not have been happier. Insanely clean room, courteous staff and plenty of dining options to choose from. This was THE place to stay if you're stopping off in El Paso.

Very quiet and clean inside. Did not hear any road noise or nextdoor noise. Great location near North/South freeway. Breakfast was pancakes, assorted cereal, assorted fruit, juice and coffee. Somewhat limited compared to other hotels we stayed at that provided breakfast. Easy, courteous check in and check out.

This hotel is the best choice for anyone coming to El Paso! Perfect location and the rooms are amazing! The beds are the perfectly comfortable! The staff is so pleasant and friendly. The gym had everything I needed! Honestly, this is the best hotel I have ever stayed at! Great rates and the best management I have ever experienced! Thank you for the perfect stay that felt like home!

Went to El Paso for business. The hotel was clean and new feeling. No real complaints. Breakfast is a bit strange with only some pancake warmer and a few boxes of oatmeal on the weekdays, only warm pancakes on weekend. Otherwise nice hotel. Would return.

The staff was courteous even when we had misbooked for the wrong date. They were quick to find our mistake and we're polite when they informed us they were completely booked for the night.

Exelent clean place with lots of space. Only downside is that they don't clean rooms every day. However they will tend to anything you may need.

For the price the best place I've stayed all year! Better than Business class hotel for half the price!

Overall nice hotel. But Wi-Fi is absolutely terrible. Room is supposed to be cleaned every 7 days. I had to ask them to clean after it had been over 10 days. The plus side: They serve a free dinner twice weekly. Free use of washer/dryers… But I think for the money (over $800 a week), next time I will go to a different hotel. One that offers a weekly rate.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful! The staff was extremely helpful and friendly! I highly recommend this hotel to everyone visiting El Paso! Very clean, has everything we needed and the bedding was the best I have experienced! Thank you for an amazing stay!

Rooms are extended stay rooms, and are very clean. No hot breakfast, but cereal, oatmeal, juice, and water provided. Happy hour meal provided on Monday and Thursday.

The staff was absolutely exceptional; they helped us with any and every small issue we had, and made the stay great. The room itself was clean and very nice. The location was also great!

Great bed, quiet, but like most "suite" hotels, someone was cooking fish on my floor, and the halls just reeked. NOT management's fault, and the room itself smelled great.

Location is great for working just outside the city, and the area is building up. Love all the little extras they give you.

I stayed with at Chandlewood Suites in El Paso for 5 nights with my Chihuahua. The staff was extremely accommodating, by putting us on the ground floor right next to an exit and the pet area. The room was high quality and perfect for us. I literally have no complaints about my stay and would recommend this hotel to everyone. I couldn't have had a better experience!

Was a decent hotel. Not as nice as other candlewood suites I've been too, but it definitely did the job as a quick night over as we kept heading westward. This place could use some renovations or new bedding. Was not disgusting by any means, but was starting to get a bit noticable. Great value still.

What a incredibly nice hotel. We tried to stay here last week and it was booked but lucked out and they had an opening. The room are extremely clean and homely. This will be our go to hotel in El Paso.

The staff was awesome and very loving. They were very caring when they found out my mom had just passed away. They were available all the time They have everything you need and more. I will always come back. Thank you for everything you and your staff have done. Especially in my time of need.

Absolutely fantastic. The staff is beyond kind. The rooms are wonderful. Really made the last few days I had before deployment more enjoyable. I will not stay anywhere else when I return.

Clean rooms, excellent customer service and perfect location. Close to shopping, dining and entertainment.

Free dinners on some days and free laundry machine uses. Super nice people. I only thing I didn't like was that they didn't have a pool.

I attended a religious meeting in a Ballroom at the hotel. All was well.

The Candlewood Inn & Suites staff and organization has been more than courteous and accommodating during my stay. The staff provided free dinners twice a week and handmade breakfast burritos 3 times a week. During the Championship game they provided free pizzas, chips, salsa, & drinks. They have a mini store with a wide variety of nick nacks at really great low prices. I will definitely be a returning customer!

Candle wood was a last resort for me and my family. The receptionist was verry nice. We were on the road for 14 hrs and we were hungrey so she told us about near by restauranta and wich one were the cheapest. We chose a duble bed room. The room was varry spacious, enouph for 4 people. The beds were confortable. And lastly the showe was amazing. The water preasure was perfect and it felt like some sort of massage.

Devon on 2nd shift is the only reason I stayed there and I would continue to stay there. Property is pretty maculate as well.

Down right one of the best hotels I have stayed in! Friendly and courteous staff and clean rooms. I just wish I could say the same about El Paso, TX.

They literally saved me and my chihuahuas life to get back home in Clovis NM I got stranded in el paseo the whole staff was so wonderful thank you do much I always recommended you all to everyone I no that's going to el paseo.

Did not stay here. Looked clean and new. I did not stay because I went once to look at it and was given a quote and amenities. Took my wife later to look at it and was given a different price and told previously mentioned amenities were not available.
