If I could put 0 stars I would. They don’t deserve any stars, terrible front desk people.
This place has terrible customer service. I was on the phone trying cancel my reservations. The lady on the phone said she found my account and canceled it. I got a call a few hours later after it was too late and was told my room was never cancelled because she in fact did not find my reservation. I was charged for the room because I missed my cancel deadline. The manager later did nothing but tell me It was my own fault. Would not recommend them.
