I called and verified that I’d be given the king room with a jacuzzi tub for my honeymoon. They charged us before we even arrived for the room. I also had told them we wouldn’t get in till midnight. I’ve been driving for 14 hours and wanted to relax before bed but they gave my room to someone else and now I have no jet bath. Thanks for ruining my first night of my honeymoon. My whole body is sore from our trip and I had been looking forward to it all day.

I honestly think it’s worth paying a little extra money to stay in a place where they actually clean their rooms. I’m positive this place doesn’t wash their bedding or towels. There were stains all over the sofa, towels and comforter not to mention the pillows. The jacuzzi was STICKY. I had to go to heb to buy Lysol and Clorox wipes because I couldn’t stand it and I knew they weren’t going to do anything about it. The a/c was extremely loud and customer service was awful. The bathroom door wouldn’t close and the shower was even more disgusting, thank god it was only for a night. I understand the price is appealing but I would never stay here again.

This place is gross. First of all its on a busy road. You can hear every car as it was driving through your room very noisy. The a/c is noisy. The smell of bleach is over welming at first, but after a day that smell dissappears and is replaced with a dirty laundry gym bag locker room smell moldy or musty smell. Boogers on the wall. Gum stuck to a phone jack. It was so bad I booked 3 nights and I left after the first night. Thats how I started my birthday/ vacation week. Thanks Executive Inn& Suites for wasting my time and money. Its a kitchenette but no dishes. There wasnt even a coffee maker in the room. This place is way over priced for this type of hotel. Its not close to anything and it says pet friendly but there isnt anywhere to walk your dog. I drove 4 and half hours to stay in this dump. The next day we packed up and just drove 4 hrs back home. Next time I d pay a little extra and get right on the beach or sleep in your car. This place should lower its price to reflect what kind of dump it really is. I have pics but for some reason they keep dissappearing after I post them.

This place is amazing we had the jacuzzi room and loved it the bed was very comfortable and when we did take a shower the water was filling up but asked the front desk lady to help us and it was after ten pm and she got the maintenance man immediately and fixed it her name is Cecilia at the front desk she is such a sweetheart and so kind when I asked for towels she gave them to me without question all the reviews of the bad smell and bugs are bogus cause we didn’t experience that at all I’m so glad we chose this place we will for sure be coming back soon and I want to thank Cecilia for being so kind I really appreciate it it means a lot. ❤️❤️❤️

Outside looks bad but the rooms were ok… The top blankets were smelly. Seems like staff only wash the sheets… parking is very tight and cramped… pool looks nasty. But the price was affordable for a last min booking.

This place is pathetic. I reserved this room for the price and the kitchenette. The kitchenette had no pots or pans, forcing me to buy them so that I could feed my kids with all of the food that I brought with us. The beds were tiny and the air conditioner didn't cool very well. All in all, two stars is generous tho say the least.

Great place, very nice and clean and the pool is amazing! Friendly staff and very quick to check in. Parking is free. Pet friendly.

Just a pillow and do not solve anything.

Friendly customer service. Jacuzzi in room. No bugs of any kind. No noise. Outside very well lighted. Gave me fair deal and no grief about my little dog. Air conditioner could be better. Overall a good deal. Other review complainers must work for competition because they lie so badly. Didnt experience what they complained about, im guessing they probably brought roaches with them.

Affordable hotel this close to the beach. And has a pool seasonal. And Wi/fi.

ROACHES and MOLD! I have never left a bad review, but I am so disgusted. My friend wanted to leave immediately, but I said let's try since it's somewhat cheap. The outside is a dump, with bugs and ghetto screaming everywhere. I had to switch rooms immediately (which I've never done) because our first room reeked of smoke. The second room was also filthy, with mold and unknown stains on the walls. It was falling apart. You could constantly hear people yelling from outside. But I'm not one to complain, or a neat freak so we brought our stuff in and headed to the beach. Came back late with food to find 1-2in Roaches scurrying around the floors. Went to talk to management but they said it's too late for a refund, we can only change rooms, but the roaches are everywhere outside! We go into the room to deliberate, and see ROACHES IN THE BED! We noped right out of there. Management didn't care one bit about our complaints. I offered to show picture proof and he said he believed me. I could tell he already knew they were there, but just didn't care! We were so disgusted we literally drove our 8 hour trip home through the night. Please stay away!

Missing trim. Smells like mold… no extra lock inside. Sink held by 2x4s. Useless stove. Broken floor tile.

I would not stay here if u paid me. Place was trash. Blood on door. Roaches every where. 1 towel. For a 4 person room. Breakfest was from 830 to 9. But door was locked and no body was there. So no breakfest. To many problems. Just dont stay where.

I Didn't Last 10mins My Husband And Felt Like We Were On An Episode Of Fear Factor, No Exaggeration, The Room Was So Outdated, And The Smell Of Molded Greets You At The Door. We Drove Over 10hrs To Enjoy Our 3rd Year Anniversary. I Would've Rather Sleep In My Car. Don't waste your time, money or exprience.

Where to start, my opinion it was in a good location not a lot of parking space, reasonable price for the location. Only bad thing was when we got in the room there was a mildew smell nothing some fabreeze couldn't help get rid of. We stayed two nights on the first morning my husband and I where in the shower with door open to restroom and we heard the door open shortly after it opened we heard it close and only for housekeeping to announce themselves after the fact she had already opened the door, that was very upsetting due to the fact that she just opened the door with no notice. Would I stay again, um yes if there was no other decent place to stay.

Great place to stay at an affordable price during father's day weekend not bad for being so close to SPI only thing was the maid trying to come in while my wife and I were still in the shower! Should offer no disturb signs but other than that was great stay.

Smells, bugs, only 1 towel in a double room had to go get more. Management wouldn't demand guests to quiet down after 11 pm. People yelling and partying until 2 am? Courtesy for others? Lobby wouldn't even answer phones so many people were complaining. No apologies, no refunds, no breakfast. Room was as clean as room could be. Refrigerator smelled and was not cold. Parking terrible. Go down the road 4 miles to Port Isabel same price rooms MUCH NICER CHOICES! NOT A BUDGET MOTEL Room was $109.

Nice room with great size, have pool it's near the spi beach, the price it's good the only inconvenience it is that doesn't have breakfast.

Rooms are good enough for one or two nights stay… But do not give breakfast.

Room was nice, Had to wait a whole day for the ice machine to work but at least they got it fixed. Clean sheets, clean room/bath/clean pool. Cleaning lady came by and gave us fresh towels and bars of soap. If you dont wanna spend all your money and stay close to the island this is a good hotel. Stores are close and its only less than 10 minutes to get to the beach. Great hotel for peace and quiet and have a good view of the ocean from the hotel lobby. Also it says continental breakfast but really its just coffee.

Our room seemed to be clean upon arrival. Beds/pillows comfortable, nice size room. There was no trash can. A couple of complaints the floor is super slippery, my son fell 2 times just walking! Maybe an area rug? Another was that the "air conditioner" would not go any lower then 70 degrees. It was warm in our room, after being in the sun all day at the beach we would have liked to enjoy fresh air especially at $140 for the night. It was way cooler being outside of our room. The pool definitely needed to be cleaned, the water was extremely cloudy. Last issue would be the stairs, they need to be replaced as youre walking on them they feel unsturdy, you can actually feel the steps move. Overall the staff was friendly, but their rooms/hotel would be more enjoyable if they made a couple of minor but much needed improvements.

A "motelito" of regular to good. In the back room, guests take advantage of to make scandals until late. I think that it would book.

Service suck completely, after reserving a room on Sunday 1 a. M. It is expected to be checked out Monday however their "system" how not explained at check in… As we get to the room on Sunday at 4 pm our bags were checked and thown into the main office, they stole some of my condoms, nice job staff…

Room smelled bad and woke up to roches in middle of night! Didnt want to refund our money even though we didnt stay our other night! We were there only for 5 hours and they said we had to stay in same room. I ended up just getting a better hotel. I would not recommend this hotel I rather sleep outside or in my car.

I love this hotel it has very friendly staff… I loved the fact that they have remodeled the rooms and also updated them… the best part is that its cheap, clean and convenient. Also it isn't even far from the island… cant beat that HONESTLY! my room included a kichenett so it saved me money… I would TOTALLY recommend it to anyone wanting a good place to stay. There was nothing I couldn't have liked… thanks Executive inn will be coming back!
