We rented 3 rooms. One reservation was lost, but the owner was quick to fix the problem. Two of the rooms had minor issues. One had a broken bathroom door and the others A/C leaked all night. Other than those two issues, the experience was great. Nice pool, many channels, seemed clean, and they had a small breakfast available. Waffles, yogurt, fruit, and assorted bread and pastries. The owners were nice and attentive. The walls were very thick so we didn't have issues of hearing people next to us.

Booked this online because the price was cheap but changed my mind once I got there. You really get what you pay for. Place looked badly kept even from the outside. Lots of truckers seem to stay here. You’re better off at a best western.

Lock was broken, Reservation did not really go through, hallways are hot, I feel endangered inside elevator 2, TV is ancient. The list can go on honestly. The only reason its not a 1 star is because of very friendly service… and free breakfast.

A/C Filters have probably never been cleaned, No t. V. To mention. Not well maintained.

Nice rooms, good service, nice breakfast, location outside of town has its ups and downs.

Need to upgrade everything. Housekeeping is bull! Hallways are hot and it's not even a phone in the rooms. I can't even give a one star for this but this will not post unless I give a star.

Cozy place, comfortable, but could use more detailed cleaning, carpets look swepted instead of vacuumed. Peices of trash scattered about.

Average hotel for an average price. There are some holes in the walls, and the bedding was low quality. The hallways are extremely hot, and the amenities are outdated. On the plus side, it is pretty clean, and the staff is friendly. The AC worked very well and there was plenty of space in the room. I would reccomend this hotel if you are looking for a cheap place to stay for the night.

It's 5:30 in the morning and one of the employees is banging on something in the hall way to clean it up. Again, it's 5:30 on a Sunday! What the hell? He was banging for 5 minutes. Toilet is not flushing all the way.

Very good cheap and nice hotel has pool and breakfast wings 10 in the morning I recommend friends very friendly the managers and funny.

More or less, there is no breakfast, only coffee and waffles.

Highly recommend them the place was very clean. The people were very friendly definitely going back there again if need to.

Handy for the location we needed. Spacious rooms and sufficiently clean but lacks general maintenance because it looks very old.

Ok room was clean people were friendly but area not very nice an went to pool it needed alot of cleaning had beer caps on ground by pool cig butt an alot of bugs in pool.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable! The hotel was really clean and the staff was friendly… Will definitely want to come back.

You get exactly what you pay for. The staff was extremely friendly, but the facility is extremely dated. Bathtub didn't drain, hair on the bed, inconsiderate guests upstairs noisy well beyond quiet time, internal bar latch broken from door. Area seemed okay, a little sketch looking. Our car wasn't vandalized. Location I THOUGHT was good, but turned out to be poor. 45 minutes from the island, 45 minutes from nightlife in McAllen. I'll pay an extra $40 to stay closer to one or the other next time.

I like this hotel because all the employees make me feel welcome every time I stay here. My kids enjoy the free Wi-Fi and the breakfast in the AM and it's the most affordable yet clean, well kept I recommend this hotel to friends and family all the time.

Nice staff and the hotel was clean. I would stay there again. Close to food and shopping mall. They have an afternoon social hour that is pretty good. They are renovating but it was not an issue. Hope this was helpful.

Building overall looked clean, was located in what seemed like a seedy area but we had no problems. Rooms were up to date but were not super clean. Overall price was good. Had a problem checking in (rooms were reserved online but their system did not reflect that) but everything was resolved rather quickly. Would stay here again and would recommend for someone seeking value over comfort. Free Wi-Fi and continental breakfast. Not a lot of parking. Well lit parking lot.

Because the price is very reasonable.

They are a very hospitable and clean rooms very well maintained the beds are very comfortable I have no problem staying there at any given time and the rates were very reasonable.

The building appears recently acquired, only half of the hotel exterior was painted upon arrival. Rates were great and the rooms were dated but mostly clean. The outdoor swimming pool is detached from the property was also fairly clean. The beds are very stiff and there were mattresses tossed just outside of our rooms.

Wonderful place, great staff, clean, I will always stay here when I'm in the area.

Rooms were spacious and clean and very reasonable for the price. The front desk was also very helpful and humorous.

Great customer service, rooms are clean and Wi-Fi signal is great! I have stayed in this hotel several times, the clerks are very polite and will go out of their way to make our night as best possible. Will recommend to family and friends every time as it is the most affordable too!
