This was the best Hotel we've stayed at in a long time. The rooms were extremely clean our house keepers name was Shelly she did an awesome job. In fact the entireHotelwas amazinglyclean. The food was great. Your staff were great. If anyone is traveling this way I highly recommend staying here.

Had car trouble on a cross country road trip. Needed a place to stay. Nice clean new looking decor. Staff was nice.
Beds are very comfortable.
Downside is that it is right next to the interstate overpass so the traffic and truck noise is pretty constant. Possibly a room on the back side of the building would be quieter.
Shower pressure was a little low.

It was great! Just a lot of noise from upstairs and the neighbors slamming their doors! The young lady Tiffany up front was amazing with her customer service! I applaud her!

I’ve been to a zillion Holiday Inns and this one is by far the best. Every single staff member we interacted with was filled with kindness and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. If you find yourself needing lodging on I-10 this is the place to stay!

We had a great time. Pool open til 11pm. Spacious, nice, clean rooms. And I love that they have full bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and soap in the showers. We also enjoyed their free breakfast.

We had to leave the next day for a family emergency and was still charged the full amount they said they would only charge for the one might 3.8.19 had to file a dispute with our credit card company.

Service needs to be improved. Also way too pricey for what it offers.

The hotel was nice, the room was clean and their breakfast menu was great. The pool was also really nice as well. Lots of room to swim and with hot weather it felt great. This was a little stop on our way from palm dessert to San Antonio.

We stayed here 17 Aug 2018 for the second time. It is in a good location to stay before driving to Houston. Hotel is comfortable and good bed. Breakfast was typical except for a pancake machine. I had never seen one of these before. You push a button and a pancake comes out in one minute. Nice front desk people.

We have stayed here multiple times. They always greet you at the door and are very accommodating. The morning breakfast is decent as far as options go. The rooms are clean. The TV channels need some work because they don’t offer a wide variety of HD.

Nice room, quick check in, quiet even though next to freeway. Worth the price. Gas station nearby and various fast food places for travelers.

First, the front desk was very helpful with my reservation and check in. The room was very clean and it's located on a major intersection not far from family. The breakfast and coffee were just the thing to get us going the next day, served by a very friendly staff.

Night was very nice and helpful, she went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable. Theresa was the breakfast attendant. She was amazing! She tended to us like we were the only ones there. Food was good. I did not expect eggs, biscuits and gravy, sausage, pancakes and more. We would not hesitate to stay there again.

Easy check-in and check-out. After a peaceful night's sleep I was back on the road quickly. I'll return to stay longer.

My first visit was a great stay, comfortable beds, friendly staff, and good breakfast. Second was reserved for two adults in which I was needing two queen beds but I was given a king size. When trying to work something to fix the issue we were told to call Hotwire and fix the issue through them. No rooms were available and we were brought a roll away bed below standards. Completely unsatisfied with this stay.

All in all good place. However the 3rd floor hallway was very hot with no A/C… but the room was cool so it was ok. The pictures on Google show an indoor pool with a hot tub, there is none of that here. Please correct the pictures.

I like this hotel. Very neat and nice. The workrs has a very good customer relation. Infact, I love to come back again.

We had to stop for the night on our way home to Arizona from Houston. My mom said this was the only hotel we can go to because she has never had a bad experience at a Holiday Inn express. I had a great night, the beds were comfortable and the bedding was fabulous. Amazing shower head and bath products that smelled just like the fragrance they pump into the lobby (by the way what is that!? It smells amazing and I want it for my house! ) Breakfast was great! I wouldn’t mind staying here for an extended period of time, it’s extremely clean and relaxing and the staff is very nice. Also the great coffee (with flavored creamer) made my stay tops. (I have to add in the flavored creamer because most hotels even resorts never have it) The pool looked nice but since it was chilly the night I got there and we were only in here for a short period I couldn’t swim : ( My only negative would be that the bathroom door won’t stay open on Its own but eh who cares.

Way over priced. I stayed in the exact same room for half the price the night before. Nice but not for that price.

Staff needs a clue! (Starting with what exit to take from I-10) … just to be sure my 5 year granddaughter was able learn that in less than an hour.

I left my iPad in my room after I checked out. I realized it after 30 to 45 minutes later I returned to the hotel and it was still there. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

Everyone was very nice the front desk even copied and downloaded some items for us. And lastly I left my boots there and I called them and Roxanne took care of everything and got them shipped to me by FedEx! I would give this holiday in a 10 based on the employees especially! Thanks Roxanne!

Never fails to meet or exceed my expectations. Danielle (I hope I spelled her name right) always has a smile and is really friendly when I check in. The rooms are always nice and clean also.

A ship in a stormy sea for those with car trouble. Food, gas, and parts stores nearby. Lovely free breakfast, exceptionally clean and non-smelly.

This one was ok if you like the bedding smelling like powder, it was clean and the people where friendly and helpful.

Great place to stop enroute to anywhere on IH 10. Easy on and off. Next door to a Sonic and gasoline. Comfy bed and room. Good breakfast… just what I expect from a Holiday Inn Express. I find them to be very dependable. Staff friendly and professional. Plenty of parking.

The hotel was generally ok but there was no elevator working, the breakfast was low quality and numerous people in my group had some room problems.

Really nice Holiday Express right off the 10 freeway. Steph courteous and friendly place is ultra-clean. Nice free breakfast in the morning including eggs bacon pancakes fruit assorted pastries and cinnamon rolls.

Just like Elvis… "it's time to leave the building". I had an EXCELLENT stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Ozona, Tx. TiffanynMichael Ramirez and Samantha took wonderful care of me and my blingy bike, Kalija. I'm getting an early "chilly" 50 degree start this morning because it starts to get dark now a 6 p. M. And riding into the sunset is a little blinding. Catch ya later peeps. If you are on I10 today from Fort Stockton to possibly Deming, NM, give me a wave!

We were on our way from San Antonio to El Paso for my grandfather's funeral and about the time we hit Ozona my mother, having just lost her dad, began having an anxiety attack and the stress of the trip made her very sick. We ended up getting a room for night so she could rest. I wish I had gotten the name of the man at the front desk who helped us, because he was so sweet and helpful. The room & beds were very comfortable and I enjoyed the fitness center to relieve some stress myself. I highly recommend this place and to the man at the front desk that helped us your compassion meant a great deal to me & my family. Thank you!

We booked our room the night of our stay, and with previous experiences, hotels haven't been friendly with last minute bookings. Ramon was polite, helpful, and friendly! The beds were comfortable and the hotel was very new and clean. The king suites offered ample room for 2 and could have worked for 4 people. Breakfast offered many choices and multiple flavors for your coffee.

Pros: spacious rooms; very friendly staff; mini-fridge and microwaves in the rooms; laundry rooms; pool; Wi-Fi; gym; and business center available. Cons: highway traffic noise is loud; Wi-Fi is unstable; house keeping schedule is odd. They came by to take inventory of what I needed (towels, soap, etc. ), but wouldn't return for 30 minutes or so. Not ideal since I was in town for work and working over nights.

Great service friendly staff clean and we'll kept rooms complentery breakfast was awesome and the girl who work it was fast friendly and great to have had the pleasure of meeting will most defiantly be staying there when ever we go that way.

The desk clerk offered a lot of choices, and then got us enormous glasses of lemonade and bags of popcorn. Generous, helpful and friendly! The rooms were spotless and smelled great, the consumables had been upgraded since our last trip, and the automated wake up call was easy to use.

Eric first day all by himself on the night shift did everything possible to accommodate us. Same thing for Jessica on the morning shift. In a world where customer service is secondary, their effort is to be recognized and admired.

Stayed here while driving from Arizona to Florida. This was the best night sleep I think I have ever had at a hotel. EVER! The beds were so comfortable and the room was so clean. I even check in the corners ;) All the staff were friendly and accommodating. One review spoke of hearing the trucks going by on I-10 and this is true but it is such a faint noise that it didn't bother us a bit (meant that it was easy for us to jump back on the road in the morning).

I used to really like this hotel, but for the past 6 months I have had nothing but trouble. It got so bad I actually canceled my stay for the rest of the week and stayed in Sonora. They constantly mess up my room, and when you call a month in advance, that's just unacceptable. In fact, when I tried to explain to the front desk clerk, her exact comment was "well we only let our oil and gas customers choose their rooms, but you can talk to the manager. " So I waited for the manager, who wasn't only late, but came in work with a barefooted baby on her hips and NOT in uniform. The next time they messed my room up again, but corrected it at the desk. I'm guessing they didn't write down the corrections, because they gave my room out again and I had a stranger walk in my room. Talk about scary! Every week I come in there is a new clerk, who obviously has no clue what they're doing. Yes they are the newest hotel, but one day they're will be a newer hotel, and since they treat their guests like crap, they will lose most of their customers.

Sneezing attack. My nonsmoking room has been smoked in. Pass next time, and drive another 2 hours if necessary.

Travelers beware! The walls and windows do not dampen any sounds of the trucks and cars roaring past on I-10. Unless you have earplugs, you will not sleep a wink. Not even burying your head in pillows works well enough to quiet the room. Floors and ceilings are paper-thin as well. I would rather sleep in my car next time.

I agree with the previous reviewer. This is a great place to stay. The service was very friendly, and the room were very clean, and bed and pillows (have both soft and firm) were very comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was very nice! And, free internet to top it all! We spend a few days at the Grand Hyatt before we spend the night at this hotel, and we felt that the rooms here were almost as nice as the Grant Hyatt, and the service was better! Congratulations to the management, and many thanks to the staff. We will be back, and we are going to try other Holiday Inns in the future.

Ozona Holiday inn is a great place to stay if your passing through and need a place to stay or if you already live in ozona and u just want to get out of your house then go on over to Holiday inn express.
