Such a nice place. A little bit over priced but the service is so worth it. Very much enjoyed my stay there with my family. The room was clean. And they gave out extra towels. Bathroom was wonderful. Came with a little kitchen. Wonderful breakfast bar. Good Wi-Fi. And we didn't hear anyone I'm the hallways or from other rooms. It was also full. The pool area was clean and tidy with pool towels that were oversized and fluffy and soft. My family will be back next year for sure.

Not good at all tub didnt drain water ac made noise all night pool was nasty and nothing worked in the whole hotel. When we went to leave they are over watering their grass and cant walk to car without getting wet. Breakfast was no good at all cold if it was supposed to be hot and warm if it was suppose to be cold. Staff no better so I really wish I would've spend a little more money on a hotel that was worth it. Motel 6 would be been better. Elevator was in bad shape hot tub has been broken for years now and these people are too cheap to do the right thing with their hotel.

Hallway/elevator were both hot. The rooms were small. Sheets were dirty. Towels seemed old, stained and dingy. Pillows are small enough for a child's head. Walls were thin I could hear the room next door "making love" lol carpets were gross. Overall experience was not great. I will not stay here again. This hotel is in need of an update or just close down.

The rooms are nice and the beds we're clean and comfortable. The bath towels were incredibly cheap. The elevator, hallways, and lobby were hot and muggy. The TVs only had SD channels over analog with no TV guide. Would be perfect at a lower price point.

Not what I expected! Rooms not clean. Smells like mildewy carpet. Hot tub not working. Thinking about moving to a different hotel! Dissappointed!

Really bad place to stay. When I called to reserve the room I asked if they had a hot tub and pool. The lady said yes we have a hot tub and a pool. When I went to check in I took my kids to the pool to swim and the hot tub was broken and the pool was ice cold. Couldn't even swim in it. Upon asking different people questions they all told me oh the hot tub has been broken for 6 months but the hotel doesn't want to fix it because it's to expensive. The room was dirty to. I refused to stay there.

Lobby looks nice, but the rooms are very dirty. The breakfast area is filthy and smells of stale grease. Do not trust the many positive reviews: I am convinced they are manufactured. Instead, ASK to see your room before you complete your check-in.

Well we went to our room an it was clean an nice too but the stuff was very nice an greeted you when you walked in the door… now the breakfast was out of this world cause they had this room setup nice an everything was fresh an hot too an very good they even had a variety of coffee there to it was a really nice an clean an the person who was doing the breakfast was nice an made sure that the tables were clean an just keeping up with the cleanningness of it I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends an family.

Want a good nights sleep? Then this isn't the place! The walls are paper thin! Doors slam, not quietly close. I heard thumping and banging and doors slamming all night long! Then there's the freeway outside the hotel. Very noisy! I'm exhausted! I can't believe I am paying to be here. I wouldn't stay here for free!

Had a excellent stay. The breakfast was good and room was cleaned. I really liked the location as I was just a few exits away from shopping and food. I would probably say it was the best hotel and the price was perfect.

The staff was very welcoming to the Lake View Maiden Girl's Soccer team. Our rooms were prepared, clean and comforting for the 2 nights we stayed there. The staff went out of there way to make sure all of our needs were met. Thanks again to Trepti and everyone working there who made our stay very comfortable.

Not a great experience, but we got the room for super cheap so I can't complain too much. The facilities are definitely dated and in need of an update. Check-in was no problem but I can't say the staff were friendly or proactively helpful. They didn't explain where the elevator was, did not mention breakfast or the hours for breakfast, did not mention the pool; they only took my payment and handed me the room key. Not a big deal, it was adequate, but nothing more. When we got to the room, the air was a bit stale. It didn't necessarily smell terribly badly, but it didn't smell good either. Our room had a view of a semi-painted wall one foot from the window and not much else. The paint around the window was peeling. The showerhead had not been thoroughly cleaned in some time, and the bathtub did not look terrible but was not very inviting. There was no thermometer to set a desired temperature; instead the wall unit was like an old car where you select fan speed and the red line or the blue line with a twist knob. The pool was a good size but there was a bottle cap in the bottom of the pool. There were no pool towels but they did deliver some when requested. The hotel boasts a sauna but it was padlocked shut and looks as though it may have been out of service for some time. The hot tub functioned but not very well because the jets were underperforming. We slept well on the beds but had to occasionally adjust the temperature of the wall unit. Breakfast was decent but not great.

Staff was not helpful and the breakfast was pretty much waffle, bagles, cerial and cheap coffee. The beds hurt my back and the room was stale and dingy not a clean feel to it. Overall expected more but instead got more of a cheap motel experience.

Worst service ever! They over charged my card. Blow dryer bracket was on the wall… But blow dryer was not in the room. And they couldnt find me one. I had to go to Wal-Mart and purchase a blow dryer. And on top of that breakfast was freaking late!

The only person in this place who deserves 5 stars is James! Anytime James was working things got done, breakfast was at its full prep waffles and all ready to go. I stayed at this place for 2 weeks and saw the difference of this place when the only 5 star employee was not there, no waffles in the am, breakfast was lacking, nothing got done. James! You are the man, thanks for being 100% everytime.

If I could give the Hotel no stars I would, but it didn’t let me. I stayed at this hotel five days. Overall the service from the staff was excellent, beds were super comfy and the breakfast was awesome. The housekeeping wasn’t all that great but I didn’t have a problem with it because as a mother it is my job to clean up after my kids. This morning my husband went to go get breakfast and he heard the manager Trupty arguing on her cell phone, when he got a plate of food and he started walking towards the front desk where she was at, she asked my husband” want do you want” shocked my husband said just getting the newspaper and he walked off. As he was waiting for the elevator she continued with her conversation and said “ just some wetback trying to ease drop and get a free newspaper. Obviously he came and told me, I went down to confront her and she said “whatever I say is my personal business and I don’t need to tell you nothing, upset I relied that she was very disrespectful and herself not being from this country, she should not talk about people race or the color of their skin. She said “you just made this worse for yourself” I asked her was that a threat she said take how you want, but get out of my hotel. I asked her you kicking me out I just paid she went to the cash drawer got the money out and threw to me, then processed to tell me to pack my stuff and leave.

This Baymont Inn is great. Friendly staff, clean, and inviting. The room we had was spacious, clean, and the bed was comfortable. I like this location too! It's near shopping and good restaurants. I would stay here again.

Check was quick & easy. Access to room waa literally right in front of parking. The room was clean, breakfast was good & hot, & staff was very friendly.

The room was fine and the staff were nice. The room could have had a little more attention to detail (small stains on the bedding, dead spider on the carpet). The bed was very comfortable and the a/c was COLD.

Has bed bugs! Had to leave do to them. Hotel management was very rude about it & threatened to have us arrested because we complained about it & was letting people know that they had them, and cause we asked if they were going to let customers know & management said NO CAUSE WE WOULD LOSE BUSINESS! The bugs was showed to them. Management came to the room ran her hand over bed & said I don't see anything. Management was very rude! Breakfast was awful in fact you could smell were it had been burnt. Would not recommend this hotel unless you check your room very closely for bed bugs! This was just 2 days ago.

Check in was easy and convenient! staff was amazing and sent above and beyond to help when we needed. Room was clean a much bigger than I thought which was a huge plus. I'll definitely be back again.

Everything was perfect but would like to offer my opinion on pool area. Needs to be kept a bit more clean. Lots of dead bugs on floor. Other than that it washould great. Maybe lounge chairs outside patio area.

Great price, friendly staff. Hotel is showing its age but that is to be expected. Pool area was nice and clean. Water was warm. The towel rack in room 212 needs to be moved behind the toilet. I hit my head 3x flushing the toilet and I am average height (5'10"). Breakfast was enjoyable.

Hard to get to as it is easy to miss the only turn. Nice hotel with good rooms and friendly staff.

Service at front desk was very friendly and knowledgeable. The room was clean and tidy and furnished well. We had a tiny problem with the TV and someone came up to fix it right away. My only complaint is the same complaint I have with a lot of hotels and it's that the Wi-Fi is very bad and very spotty. We checked into this hotel for the Wi-Fi specfically but can't get good Wi-Fi signal no matter what. The room has a microwave and refrigerator which is always a nice bonus.

It was a beautiful hotel and we had a great room! Will definitely be staying there again.

Important note: Restricted access due to construction as of today, especially the main entrance has a huge dip my cars belly got hit pretty bad. Use the parking on the right side of the building. Hotel itself is very basic, no work desk in the room so definitely not geared towards business travelers or road warriors.

I stayed here for two nights and was pleased with my stay. Justina, at the front desk, and the rest of the staff were very friendly and my room was clean and quiet. I would definitely recommend Baymont to my friends and family.

Christina, the night desk. What can I say! The night I came in she was as rude as someone could be while booking a reservation. Then when checking in the first night the pool was closed at 830even though the posting was 9. The next day we made it there at 830 and the pool was closed by 915at Christina s. Request. We told her we would be staying till 11 to make up for the hour she stole the night b4. She called the police on us. Had us "removed" at 10. She was rude to us from the moment we booked and we only stayed because it was graduation and a flood had just ripped through the area so there were no unbooked hotels except this one. Now I know why this one was unbooked. It has horrible service and treats guests equally horrible. Christina is the reason my company will never book baymont inn Lubbock again. Improve your guest services. Plz. The thing that was the worst was we had no warning to leave the pool. We told her we we're staying. She said ok. Then as we though everything was ok 3 officers came in, super hostile, threatening to get us fired, take us to jail, give us outrages charges if we didn't vacate immediately. This is hugely unprofessional and should be addressed as such! I couldn't even sleep after for fear she was gonna try and get us charged for something. I would recommend people to stay at a hotel at least a mile from this one, so unsanitary conditions won't mix.

Very clean and the hotel staff is friendly.
