Nice place, but did not clean or make beds in the room. TV only worked on one channel, not a good one either. Not enough parking space.

Good place Wi-Fi kind of slow rooms were cold on a hot summer day had a fridge satellite TV and was really close to the beach.

I've stayed here every time I've visited. Wonderful staff. Great location near the beach. Excellent price.

This is always the go to place in Padre Island for convenient location to shopping and beach access. No pool is required.

Great location for the Beach to Bay Marathon I participated in. Close to Leg 1, 2, and 3. The cable was out, according to the person at check in the entire island was getting an upgrade. There was suppose to be free Wi-Fi but, I never got the information to access it. The room was smelly, like moldy smelly. Other than that the room itself was decent for an overnight stay. AC, mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee maker (a little dirty so I didn't use it). Nice staff and a quiet location, no noisy neighbors.

Good location but that about the only positive thing I can say. The rooms are very dirty, as soon as we walked in there were a few dead bugs on the floor. The bed was absolutely nasty and hard. When I was asleep, on two separate occasions I was woken up by roaches on the bed crawling on me! Bugs settled under suitcase, and some furniture was falling apart and the wood was rotting, the parking lot has broken down vehicles in it. I'm never one to be too picky and it doesn't take much for me to be comfortable but I would never recommend this place. Honestly, if you're thinking about it just spend the few extra dollars and stay anywhere else. Literally anywhere else!

Decided to try this small motel due to late start to return Back to SAT and LaQuinta 1 night rate was DOUBLE$$. Unfortunately, I found Bed Bugs in my bed while I rested with my dog and I thought it was small roaches. We stayed up all night. I inform the MGR I didn't want to disturb him due to 2AM time. He apologize and stated they would take care of it. He was surprised due to stating other guess has not complained. I was refunded my 1 night. I will not stay here again due to What took place.

The room was clean, comfortable and the place is quiet. It isn't walking distance to the beach but it is a short drive. There is a restaurant next door with good breakfast tacos. The rates are pretty low; definitely lower than the surrounding hotels and motels. I would stay there again.

DONT STAY HERE! BED BUGS! Stayed in room 111 and woke up itching found the bed bugs all over me my kids and husband. Corporate won't even return my emails. Place is run down ugly and dirty sheets, room smelled bad, I had to spray everything with air fresher before we put our stuff in the room.

I am a picky person but I am satisfied here the people who own the Inn are very nice pleasant and helpful and meet your needs there's been many times husband and I have camped on the beach and it just was too unbearable (heat wise) last minute we were able to check into a room as early as 9 a. M. And not be charged extra this place is family orientated housekeeping lady that lives on property is so sweet and very helpful we feel at home here in the past month we have been coming every weekend to island and this is where we've been staying the prices are affordable even on a holiday if you are needing a place to take a shower and get rested and get cool this is the place not overrated or priced CLEAN and very quiet and I like that everything is close by we have always stayed over in Port Aransas not anymore this is our first choice.
