Nice change of pace from big chain hotels… quaint cozy and nestled between Pier 99 and the Lexington.

The owner is very welcoming, and the hotel is nice and right off the beach. And that shower, oh my goodness. I would recommend highly.

Boutique hotel operated by the owner. Rooms are clean, quality finishings, and good furniture. Feels more like a studio apartment instead of a hotel room. Great host and amazing experience. Very good value. Thanks for hosting us.

I dig this place. I would only suggest a little dresser/chest of drawers in the room. Other than that, this is a perfect beach side hotel for a family.

Well tonight is our last night and I wanted to just day how much we loved staying here. It was such a quiet and nice place! Natalia you have an amazing place here and we will definitely be staying here again! We really enjoyed our time! Love the room and love the atmosphere! I highly recommend this place! We had a wonderful, relaxing time at this laid back beach hotel. It feels like you are staying with casual, gracious family. It is small, quaint and perfect. It is not fancy or shiny, which makes it even better! Natalya was a treasure.

Great experience. Extremely reasonable room rates, personal service. This is a boutique hotel without the boutique prices. Beware that there is no front desk and the breakfast is minimal at best and there is absolutely no parking. Would absolutely stay here again. Picture is the view from the hotel deck.

Outstanding. Absolutely outstanding. I had a very stressful week before arriving and needed major decompression from work and people alike. Between Natalya's availability, hospitality, the immaculate room (I had marine), and perfect location I felt completely renewed and refreshed after the weekend. The chaise lounges provided ample opportunity for sun in a sand-free, private spot. The shaded patio complete with adorable tuxedo kitty was a refuge from the scorching sun when needed. The breakfast spread was ample and had great selections. The room itself was wonderful. Beautiful floors, great mattress, clean everything! Toiletries provided were what I use at home. The whole experience was a delightful surprise! The location is superb :) thank you Natalya! I will tell if your beautiful hotel far and wide, and if I am ever back in Corpus Christi I will definitely be seeking a room at Capri!

It's always a little scary to book a hotel in a city that you have never been to. But after reading the reviews for this hotel I decided to give it a try. I was so pleasantly pleased. When we pulled up to the front late the first night it seemed a little sketchy… then we met the owner and went in the courtyard. I immediately felt better. It is such a quaint little place. I have stayed at very high end hotels and I can honestly say this hotel was cleaner then most of the big ones. It felt homey and they allow pets. I love the personal touches. Thank you Natalia for taking care of us and providing a clean safe place for me and my family. We will see you again!

This was an awesome place to stay. You did not need a car as the beach, food and other attractions were within walking distance. Beautiful view from balcony of USS Lexington. The manager was great & the rooms were dog friendly as well. There is not a lot of parking but I never had a problem with parking or having to pay to park. I definitely recommend this hotel you will not be disappointed!

Amazing view, great rooms. They just need some blackout curtains and insulation between the rooms.

I need more stars! This is the best hotel away from home I have ever had the fortunate pleasure of staying in. I will never make reservations at any other location in Corpus Christi! Rooms are immaculate, customer service is fantastic, the location is great for all the big Corpus attractions, and I am so happy with our stay, I'm trying to talk my husband into making a standing reservation every month! This was a fun and relaxing weekend for me and my husband. This botique hotel is right in front of the USS Lexington and 1 block from the Aquarium. There’s an awesome restaurant right next door called Pier 99. The full beach experience is on the other side. You can still see the damage from Hurricane Harvey on the outside of building. The owner is so nice and is still remolding 2 of the rooms. All the rooms have themes. We were in the Tropical Room. The breakfast was continental and the coffee makers made delicious coffee.
We liked the room because it was tiled, no carpet. The only thing I think would make the room better would be better linens on the bed, some type of glassware in bathroom and on the coffee bar and cable TV to get local news. The hotel was quiet and so very very clean.

My husband and I loved the comfortable rooms with the sound of the ocean waves at night. The manager, Natalya, was very personable and customer-focused. The view from our room of the USS Lexington and Blue Angel jet was awesome. The Pier 99 restaurant right next to the hotel had wonderful grilled flounder on the patio. Fajitaville restaurant about two blocks away served fresh homemade guacamole and grilled chicken tacos that were stellar. They surprised us by having sparkling rose wine available. It was a pleasure to relax here.

Spectacular, Shock and Awe of vacation places. The USS LEXINGTON turned museum Aircraft Carrier is here in the Gulf of Mexico. I needed and wanted to let y'all know that CAPRI BEACH HOTEL is the most wonderful, cozy, welcoming, close to everything, very personal, quiet, hospitable and the Wi-Fi is free and the air conditioning works. Very clean. When you stay at the Capri it really does feel like home.

We stayed here for a weekend. The rooms had an ambience that you just can't find in the corporate hotels. The owner greets you and the staff are totally awesome. We were right on the beach, next to the USS LEXINGTON, beautiful ocean views and multi level balconies and decks. Each room is tucked in it's own little space and they are totally pet freindly with built in doggie bunks (complete with bedding and toys). Can not wait to go back again!

This little hotel is right on the beach! I can see the ocean from my window, the state aquarium and many restaurants and shops are within walking distance, there's no need to drive anywhere! The staff is super helpful and nice. This place is also dog friendly! Staff was super excited to meet our dog. All the rooms are themed, and have an amazing steam shower with jets. One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in, I will definitely try to get a room here next year!

If you are looking for the best place to stay next to the beach in Corpus Christi, by far this is the best! The room was clean, the hostess was extremely accommodating and the view was spectacular. The USS Lexington sits right across from the hotel. As someone stated in another review, this hotel truly is a hidden gem.

Stayed at this hotel last year in October and wrote my review in bookings. This is an amazing hotel, natalya is an extremely helpful host and is a avid animal lover. It's right there by Lexington and the state aquarium. The outside is really deceiving, but wait until you go inside to the rooms. I'll be back for sure this year.

Biggest pros: it's the most convenient hotel for the aquarium and USS Lexington; relatively good price; and they were extraordinarily accommodating for our dog. Biggest cons: dated, with no card keys or chain/guest-side door locks; breakfast starts at 8:30; and the window A/C couldn't keep up with the beach heat. Pros were worth the cons, for us.

We had a blast, Each room has its own decorations and is more of like living with a friend instead of the pop up hotels with everything being the same. Natalya the owner met us outside since the entrance it a hoot she made most of our vacation a blast she is very friendly and kind, she even gave us oranges from her own backyard. The hotel is a real hidden gem. The ice cream store is basically the front entrance and the place is more secure than it seems, you share the parking lot with the pier 99 restaurant so thats a bit of a pain. Your 2 blocks from the Aquarium so no parking cost, and are right at the entrance to the Lexington which makes for a PERFECT VIEW. Natalya is a dog lover and the rooms are very pet friendly. Very nice little family owned hotel. Rooms have recently been renovated and the location is perfect for tourist activities. Would definitely recommend it!

Not a huge fancy hotel. But the inside is very nice! Our room had a nice shower/jacuzzi as well! This place is right on the beach with a balcony view of the Lexington lit up at night and the harbor bridge lit up in our window!. This was so perfect for our honeymoon! We rode horses on the beach, went on dolphin tour (dolphin connection), visited the USS Lexington, the Texas state aquarium with a dolphin show, and went to relax on the north beach all within 30 minutes. Pier 99 is steps from the hotel and is delicious! I could go on and on! Just book the trip!

What an amazing hotel! The owner is amazing, attentive and keeps a beautiful hotel. We have felt comfortable and spoiled the whole time we've been here. The view is incredible and the location can't be beat! I love that we are right on the beach, right next to the Lexington and a 7 or 8 minute walk from the Aquarium. We have had no problems with noise during our stay.
The breakfast is of a wide variety and the coffee served here is very fresh.
Definitely worth every penny and more!

Great location. Great communication. Very clean comfortable rooms. I only gave 4 stars because there are no numbers/names on the doors, the breakfast doesn't have anything warm except bagels (no bread for toast), and it is a bit confusing. By confusing, I mean that there are 4 doors on the front that are locked. The "front office" is a snack shop named "big daddy's, " you leave your key in the outside of the door to check out, and the outside area could be AMAZING if they cleaned it up and used it. Right now, there is old broken furniture, a large ladder, a workout bench and multiple stray cats. It obviously now that big of a deal for me because I would stay here again for the comfortable and clean bed, the awesome whirlpool bath/shower, and the great service.

Best location on North Beach! So close to the USS Lexington that you can hear reveille in the morning and taps at night! One block away from the Texas State Aquarium was also a big plus. Rooms are very unique. This will be the only place we stay when we visit Corpus from now on.
