Manager & her husband, the house keeper have COVID. Would definitely not recommend staying here at this jank hotel. I’ve overheard coworkers speaking about one of the staff had put in the notes “deaf and dumb” about a woman who was booking a room. This place is disgusting. Roaches in the rooms & hotel staff does not wear masks.

Excellent Food, Autistic Friendly, Heated Pool and Hot Tub. I was given Suite 323 and had excellent service back at Thanksgiving 2015.

Had an amazing stay visiting family that lived in Austin. This hotel is a convenient location to be at in the Austin/north area. Hotel was very clean and only 8 years old so very up to date, modern design. Front desk was friendly. Room was comfortable and the pricing good as well. Looked at surrounding hotels and prices were 60$ more than here. Breakfast was good. Indoor hot tub and pool was awesome however hot tub was out but I'm not a guest who complains about much and expects miracles. Overall great stay. Will recommend highly.

Very nice hotel and amenities. I had a waffle every morning with eggs and bacon. It was always clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.

A bit of a delayed review but here goes… My family recently moved from Washington state and we stayed here for nearly 2 months. If that doesn't give someone a lasting impression, I don't know what will. While living in a hotel is not ideal, this was the best place we could have hoped for. We sure lucked out. Sure the property is nice, good breakfast, convenient location… what really sticks out though, are the people who work here who took the time to make us feel at home and comfortable. I will always remember them, and definitely recommend this place. Whomever owns this establishment should know they have exemplary employees running it.

Extremely clean, affordable with nice front desk service. My room had a faulty hairdryer and despite being at 2am, the manager on duty came up to replace it immediately! Truly commendable service!

I've stayed here several times. I've stayed in at least a thousand hotels in my lifetime. This hotel is great value for price. The staff is exceptional. I wasn't feeling well medically and wanted to sit in the lobby in case things got worse. The hotel employee there talked with me and was perfectly attentive until my condition improved. After feeling much better and talking with the employee on duty, Brian, he noticed on security cameras that a car drove behind the building. Being 2am he went to check to make sure that it wasn't someone attempting to commit crimes like breaking into cars. I've rarely seen a worker taking his job so seriously and doing it so well.

Recommended. A man at front desk was professional and polite to us at check-in. The room was clean, the bed was comfy, breakfast in the morning was ideal. We had a peaceful stay and plan on staying once more before moving to our new place.

Very clean, nice place. The same people are working here every time we stay which is nice to know. The gentleman with the longer hair that works over night is very friendly, courteous, and helpful… everytime I would see him he was working diligently cleaning the lobby and elevators, keeping every thing sparkling clean, he truly does a great job. Will be back!

Great breakfast. Room had right amenities. Offered complimentary toiletries for any forgotten. Super nice staff. Greeted with snacks. Parting gifts when we left. Worth the stay.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Everything was great! We were most pleased with the service provided by Brian. He was friendly and helpful. The place was clean. The heated indoor swimming pool was a big hit with our young daughter. The continental breakfast was good. Overall a very pleasant experience. We will be back!

This is the first time my wife and I have stayed at this hotel and it has far exceeded our expectations. The service is spectacular. The rooms are clean and very well kept. I would highly recommend it.

They are some thieves I walk into my room after a long day of work. My luggage is completely open. I had money in their and out of no where it's missing. I went to the front office and all they said we will make a report and make sure this never happens again.

The place is always clean, very inviting and the staff working here try to make you feel very welcome and are super nice. I would give them 5 stars but the way they handle their business it's not like other hotels, they will charge you the full amount of your stay at check-in and their bill system is very confusing so I would double check your bill because a lot of times they get it wrong. It's not the staff's fault that is just their corporate being greedy. Highly recommend this place.

Awesome place! the Best Staff ever. Never in all my hotel stays have I met such kind caring people. I have watched Christina, Peyton, Pat, Bryan, Nick Christopher and the rest of the staff but mostly them. Work as such a team together and help each other in every way they can. You have the most absolute awesome teamwork going on here at Sleep Inn in Round Rock. My hat goes off to this staff. They never hesitate to help let alone accommodate Us guest. Whoever owns this hotel should come in Disguise and watch and see what a great staff they have working here. And I say this with all my heart and Truth. We spent a night in Round Rock for a flag football tournament. Upon arrival, we were welcomed by the attendant, Nick, who offered up things to do, where to eat, and informed us of the hotel activities going on later that evening. The room was a nice size for the two of us and our 6mo daughter. It was clean, fully equiped with everything we needed, and everything worked. There was ample parking and it wasn’t too crowded. The breakfast was delicious and had just about everything you’d want. 5/5 stars for me and I would definitely stay here if I had to come this way again.

The staff is exceptional. Sometimes the walls are a little too thin where noise levels are concerned but this is the place I'll be coming to from now on when in Austin. Super clean, large comfortable rooms and good breakfast and perks.

We stayed here for a week and we're very pleased with how friendly the staff were and how clean the facility was. The manager Christina gave me a wonderful rate for the week. Thank you to all the staff there for all your help. We really appreciate good customer service and hotel hygiene when many places are not taking care for that as much.

This Sleep Inn & Suites location was fantastic! The staff were amazing. The entire building was clean and very well kept. The rooms were very nice, large and had everything we needed. The lobby area is great for relaxing and chatting with friends. This is probably one of the nicest locations I have visited before. If you need somewhere to stay this is the place without a doubt.

First, nicest group of workers and people. So respectful and helpful. The rooms are nice. Clean. No bugs etc. When the room was cleaned, my kids enjoyed how she arranged their stuffed animals on the bed… just the little touches made this more than just a "nice hotel" to an awesome hotel and stay. The pool and spa is kept up. Spa is nice and warm and pool was nice and cool. Breakfast is good. Typical hotel breakfast food… Eggs, sausage, yogurt, waffles, cereal etc… but it was tasty.

I have stayed at many hotels in Round Rock. The Sleep Inn is the only place I choose to stay now. The staff is phenomenal! They're professional, courteous, kind, and truly care about how your stay is going. The breakfast is better than other comparable hotels. The rooms are clean and have great decor. Wonderful pool and hot tub plus the exercise room has weightlifting equipment. I have not one negative comment about this phenomenal place a a fair price. I wouldn't choose anywhere else.

This hotel is literally AWESOME! We had zero problems! The room was crisp and clean. There is was an ice machine on our floor, the breakfast was great, and staff was super friendly. The breakfast included eggs, sausage or bacon, waffles (one maker is even in the shape of texas! ), some bread items, and some cold items. They even had a happy hour the first night we were there; it included nachos and beer! I would pay upwards of $140 per night for this hotel. Luckily their rates are lower than that — only $94! Super impressed.

Sleep Inn is located on a busy highway. If you are heading north you must go 3 miles further north and u-turn to get to the hotel. There is popcorn and cookies waiting for you when you arrive. There's an indoor swimming pool which is important in Texas where the heat can be easily over 100 degrees Fahrenheit all summer. Most of the staff is friendly and professional. Things got testy twice when our convention was interrupted because the one and only conference room was over booked on the second day of our convention. The staff at that time was short tempered, rude and displayed their anger loudly and crudely. Our group is a Christian couples retreat. The other group was a well mannered Muslim church group. Both church groups worked well together and neither group could understand the anger from the on duty staff. I am not going to allow one loud mouth. Lady employee to lower the rating of this hotel. The person who did the overbooking was 100% at fault and should be have this error placed in their permanent record. I found the rooms clean the showers are large. We had a refrigerator in the room. More than enough pillows on bed and two comfortable chairs in the room. A couple or small family should enjoy their stay here. I can't seem to get over the over booking of the conference room and the rude young lady at the front desk last night who only seemed concerned about a family of 8 and their comfort while being rude to two church groups.

We were greeted with warm cookies when we arrived which was a nice touch! Our rooms were exactly as described and the pool was refreshing. We would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay here again!

The room was very clean and nice. The main issue was the noise! Could hear the person next to us on both sides and above us. The person next to us had something on that kept whirling in our room it was terrible! I even had earplugs in and couldn't drown out the noise! With so many free rooms why they had to stack all the guests next to each other is beyond me.

The Sleep Inn & Suites Round Rock is a very nice place to stay. The workers are extremely courteous and helpful, rooms and common spaces are extremely neat and well kept, and the complimentary breakfast is great! You can tell the workers take pride here. Definitely would stay again in the future.

Located 20mins. North of Austin… Nice ameneties… clean rooms… hospitable service. My family and I enjoyed our stay.

Stayed for 7 days until my apt was ready. It was great! The staff was helpful and friendly. The place was spotless and the rates were unbeatable. Breakfast was hot and the pool was warm. Best location for sure. Will stay here again, possibly tonight :)

Great aesthetic. You would expect standard, but this location feels fresh and inviting each and every time. My wife and I have stayed here 4seperate times in the last year. Good breakfast and amenities. Staff is very attentive. Convenient to Austin and Round Rock without the traffic.

Booked a room 2 months in advance then I was told the day before it was canceled. Looked online and it showed reserved still. Was givin the same rate for one less bed. Not the best for booking imo. Location is good for resturants and bars. Rooms are nice. Service is good. That about sums it up.

A nice place to sleep, the bed was awesome. I was worried about parking, but it wasn't too bad. The hotel was nice and clean, though you could smell the pool throughout. Room was very clean, well sized for two. Nice bathroom, towels were low quality however. Sheets were nice and I got a good night's sleep. Would recommend.

I had great experience at this hotel. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean and quiet. The bathrooms are very modern and and very clean as well. They also sell food (pizza, soup, chips, water, etc) near the lobby which is very convenientI would definitely go back!

I had a great experience at this hotel at Thanksgiving 2015 with my mom we checked in at about 2:45 Pm and was given Room 323.1-Friendly Staff. 2-Comfortable Beds. 3-Great Breakfast and 4-Heated Pools. Good hotel to stay at. 1-Comfort Suites at Lufkin and Waco and now Sleep Inn Round Rock I hope that the staff had a Happy Holidays.

The hospitality was incredible. All of the staff were very polite, friendly and professional. The entire facility was extremely clean and the decorum was beautiful. The complimentary breakfast was amazing consisting of a wide variety of great food. I have to admit that this is one of the best hotels that I have ever stayed at and I would definitely recommend it to any and everyone. -Jessica T.

Absolutely fantastic stay at this fantastic hotel! Firstly, let me state that I am a Choice Privileges Diamond Member and have been to several other hotels where they don't give any sort of recognition for the highest tier of their loyalty program, but here we were greeted with "welcome goodie bags", which were lifesavers! The front desk staff were so accommodating! We were able to get an early check-in and late check-out. Even though we weren't able to get a top floor room as the hotel was sold out during our stay (in many hotels you can hear people stomping on the floor above you) we had no problems w/noise. As a matter of fact, the hallways were even quiet (they have a "quiet time" hotel policy which is wonderful because so many people are inconsiderate to other guests around them). The housekeeping staff were also a delight! No problems getting extra mouthwash, makeup remover towelettes, towels, and they even left our thermostat alone! The rooms themselves are new and include a micro and mini-fridge (which we definitely put to good use during our stay) and have HBO. But, for me, the beds were the highlight! Also, they have varying pillow densities on the beds, so you get your pick of super smooshy pillows (which I hate) to firm-ish pillows (which I love! ). The shower is great as well, with excellent water pressure and continuous temp (no ice cold water pockets in the middle of your shower here! ).

This place was great. It had everything we wanted, a great pool, workout area, the best bed ever, clean, wonderful breakfast and staff. Juavier Hernandez is breakfast manager and takes care of all of your needs. His smile can make your day. It is in a great location to get anywhere Austin in 15-20 minutes.
