Fantastic place to stay they have a pool table in the game room which is a plus their breakfast isn't the greatest but the staff was cool and the place was clean.

Decided for a quick spring break trip with my wife and two daughters, I only had 2 days off from work (rare for a chef), purchased for the hotel trough orbitz. Checked in at the hotel and instead of being charged a $100 dollar security deposit, the receptionist charged me $600 dollars. Our mini vacation was cut even shorter since that was my whole budget, the money was on hold and wont see it back for another couple of days. So we packed our bags and left for home, only had enough left for a meal and gas. Wanna gamble? Stay at this place.

The hotel was very clean. The staff was very friendly and engaging. The breakfast was always delicious and warm, and was often restocked. The pool was very cold, but the kids still enjoyed it. If I come back to Austin, I will choose this hotel again.

Comfortable bed, quick and easy check-in. The room was spacious and spotless. The only thing I didn't like was there wasn't carpet in the entry way. It was tile. Other than that, it was a great stay in a great location.

Loving our stay, breakfast is good, staff is friendly and helpful. Fancy lobby but quaint. All is updated and alot is close by. Would definately stay again.

My stay was super pleasant! Beds were so nice and comfortable, breakfast was solid, and front desk staff were very helpful, and when I realized my card had been charged instead of my dad's, they were quick to fix it! Hopefully my stay will be longer next time.

Working here has made me exceptionally happy and the people I work with on a daily basis are like a family to me. 10/10 I would recommend you put in an application if you're interested in talking to people and handling responsibilities that help you grow as a person.

Nice and clean property at a perfect location. You can visit lake travis park from here. Many good restaurants nearby. They have free breakfast with good varieties. We stayed here on the way to south padre beach.

The worst holiday inn ever, doesn’t even deserve one star. Long story short — very very very RUDE MANAGEMENT AND STAFF. 1. When I came into the hotel, the India Indian guy at reception didn’t even bother standing up or looking at me. He just sat there and kept playing his phone, throwing me a very uncomfortable look when he heard me. 2. No greetings at all. No “Hi”, no “hello”, no “how are you doing today madam” — NOTHING AT ALL! 3. He asked me for $20 deposit in case there’s damage in the room. Not sure if anyone else ever needed that but we never heard of that before. But I still paid the deposit with my SPG card and here comes the next problem. 4. This guy told us that the check out time was 11:30am. Since my husband is a platinum member of IHG, we normally get late check out until 4pm. And this time I had to ask about it (never needed to ask about this either at other IHG hotels), then he said the best he can do was 1:30pm. He interrupted me very rudely saying “we’re different from SPG” after I doubled check with him. I was very confused why he mentioned about SPG, is it because of the credit card I used? Didn’t he just see my IHG platinum membership card that I just showed to him? 5. We can always get upgraded to the best room available at the time we are checking in due to the type of out membership card. But this time was very hilarious — what we got was upgraded to “two queen beds with a view” while they have all those empty rooms.

My large group and I had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Four Points, Austin! The staff was great during our really late check in and gave us a late check out which made the morning much easier. The beds were so comfortable we didn't want to leave them! There were so many eating options within walking distance of the hotel. The breakfast was delicious, offering great coffee and juices, as well as eggs, omelets and bacon! A few of us made use of the fitness center as well. Thanks so much for a wonderful and comfortable stay, Holiday Inn Four Points!

A clean, comfortable hotel which has all the amenities you expect from Holiday Inn Express. Being a bit further from downtown Austin has its advantages, especially being so near Lake Travis for hiking, swimming, and boating. The staff was very helpful with some forgotten toiletry items. Breakfast was also a big plus, a variety of hot foods available until 10am. In all, it's everything I could ask for a very reasonable price.

Our clients like, tour manager Bill Cashman, recently stayed here after a performance in Austin and loved it! The property is fantastic, and the rooms are great, very clean and comfortable! There is a really great free breakfast in the morning as well as a nature preserve right outside the windows! Our clients often request this hotel even if it's a little out of the way, a huge thank you to the staff and management for being so awesome!

I have been staying in Holiday Inn Expresses all around the United States for the past 10 years working. I have never had anything come up missing until now. I left a half gallon of Crown Royal and some earrings in our room that was still being paid for. When we returned the items were missing. I asked management to assist in this matter. When I returned to the hotel from work the bottle of Crown Royal Magically reappeared but still no earrings and no return phone call from the manager I had spoken with about the matter. The next day (Today) 01-16-18 I walked down to speak with the manager in person she refused to give me the senior managements information stating she was the manager and the one above her knew what was going on. She let me know that I could relocate to any hotel down this road if I wasn’t happy. I hope that the right eyes see this review, still no resolution on the Earrings I bought my wife for Mother’s Day.

Seriously, what kind of nice juice are these people drinking! Super efficient, kind and friendly! I could not have asked for a better reception right from the start. Emily and Riyaz were extremely helpful and fast. Rooms are spacious and accommodating. The area is perfect. Lots of food to choose from and a dine in movie theater! So great. I never make reviews but this deserved one! Thanks guys!

Carl Lin you’re an idiot, if you are lackadaisical about where you leave your stuff and don’t do a final run down check of the room before you leave then you deserve to have lost your shirts. It’s that simple. Take responsibility for the fact that you messed up and STOP having someone try and pay for YOUR MISTAKE.

Great hotel and location, but can't sleep with everyone's door slamming all night.

New hotel, great location in the West Lake area, yummy breakfast, beautiful view. Could have been a little cheaper for Holiday Inn Express but it was F1 weekend and hotels at max capacity.

Stayed several times, love the hotel and everyone is so nice. But my last trip I left some jewelry and I called 4 days later and the front desk had it! So impressed housekeeping turned it in! They are mailing it to me today!

The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Odell at the front desk is so nice and helpful. There's a lot of things you can walk to, dining, movie theater, and a walking trail.

We've been staying here since it first opened. Stayed many times for that matter. At first it was nice, but the last stay was the worst. We stayed 2 nights and right after we checked in, we notified the front desk that our toilet was loose and wobbly. Water would leak from the base and it would have to keep filling up. The problem was never addressed while we were there. We just had to watch where we stepped. After we checked out and left, we noticed that we left a couple of shirts in the closet. We called back and kept getting a run around. Finally, after speaking with the GM, he basically told me that the shirts were not there and I must have lost them somewhere else. He was very rude about the situation and not once did he mention they could've missed placed them or house cleaning may have taken them. That was not an option. We will not be staying here any longer. It seems as if the place might already be starting to go downhill under this manager. It is a matter of principle at this point and you shouldn't make your returning customers feel like they are trying to be deceitful or dishonest. Bottom line is, we left two shirts, they're missing from Holiday Inn and we're told too bad. If you stay, make sure you stay on top of your belongings and lock your things up. Lastly, to the GM Riyaz B, I'm sure you have a "great team around you" but you may want to get a little more involved in your operations before there's a lot more of these reviews.

Nice newer hotel. Staff are nice and the amenities are plentiful. Plenty of parking available, including underneath the hotel. My room had a microwave, coffee maker, nice TV with plenty of channels, and a fridge. Wi-Fi is reasonable quality (5mbps per device) but my room had some small issues for such a new hotel. Some of the doors outside were sticky and required a lot of force to open, and the lock in my bathroom didn't seem to work that well. Otherwise a positive experience overall.

Hotel is nice and clean. We stayed in a king size suite that had an attached living area. Breakfast was offered and they had free Wi-Fi, which is a must for us. Location was a but far from where we needed to travel too but we managed. Overall, this was a great hotel to stay in.

My first time in Austin on business and I quickly learned Lyft or Uber no longer operated in Austin — quite frustrating. Despite my reservations about the local transportation, I had a great stay here. The rooms are new and the beds are comfortable. The breakfast was great and met my expectations. But what didn't meet my expectations was the manager / owner, Riyaz. I woke up early in the morning to give myself enough time to eat and give the driver enough time to find me and drop me off (I used the app Fare). Patiently waiting on the driver to show up did I quickly notice that he had trouble finding me. I called him twice giving him the address, but still he wasn't able to locate me. It was at this point I was desperate and already running late. Frustrated, I came back inside to the front desk to ask if they could please call me a taxi. Riyaz, was behind the counter and asked where I was headed, which was only two miles away. He sensed my frustration and took it upon himself to solve my problem right then and there. He agreed to take me. He was apologetic if I found any toys from his kids being in the car in the morning. His car was immaculately clean inside and out. Riyaz didn't meet my expectations, he far surpassed them! Not only did I get to my meeting in quick timing, but I also wasn't as late as I had anticipated. Thank you so much Riyaz! I sincerely appreciate it!

Room was much more spacious than I thought​ and everything was very clean. And when we first arrived to check into the rooms, the receptionist was very friendly.

We stayed at this property and loved it. The staff was so nice and helpful. The rooms were very nice. Loved the beds. Our stay was for 6 days. We had family near by, and were there to celebrate our grandsons birthday. The restaurant next door was good and we went to the movie house and it was good as well. We will be back for sure.

Great room. Definitely have done renovations. Much better than a typical holiday inn room.

Very new hotel just opened in 2016. Features underground parking (great during the rainy season) and has security cameras in the garage. No extra charge to park there. Nestled amongst several very good eateries all within walking distance and in the same shopping center. Free continental and hot breakfast each morning from 6a to 10a. Precooked omelettes (kinda yuk), scrambled eggs, bacon sausage, gravy and biscuits. Beautiful lobby to hand out in with plenty of tables and chairs — also two public computers to use for free.
