I arrived Sunday 8-22 and will depart Friday 8-27. All was well upon arrival. No housekeeping Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and I’ve just arrived back on Thursday afternoon at 4:15pm. No housekeeping. Trash is piling up, sheets are dirty, all the towels have been used, sink is dirty, and is their is no toilet brush available, so therefore there are skid marks in the toilet. I brought my own k-pods but the coffee machine stopped working Wednesday morning forcing me to empty the complimentary coffee pots downstairs for my take to work coffee cups. It’s still broken. I’m sure that’s causing an empty pot situation for other guests. What a fleabag.

It’s a nice hotel! great staff!

The bartender was the most attentive that I’ve had in a long time. Wish I would have gotten her name. The whole staff was great!

They processed us and about 80 other stranded passengers (due to a weather delay) very efficiently! Their bar and bistro stays open til 2am so we all knew we could rest, change, shower and still have time to grab a bite to eat without feeling rushed. Top Notch Staff and super fresh food, too!

Best staff ever I stay in town weekly these guys are the best. I have never had one bad experience. I would totally recommend this specific hotel to anyone needing a room.

The entire staff did an exceptional job from start to finish. The bartenders, desk agents, and managers are great at what they do. We will definitely return!

Enjoyed our stay prior to flying out of the nearby airport. Staff was helpful and friendly, very comfortable beds and bedding, and the convenience of a bar and nighttime food was really nice.

Clean updated rooms! The lobby, bar, and patio were super clean and updated. The bar stays open until at least 2am. The patio is a great place to lounge. Most importantly the bed in my room was the most comfortable hotel bed I’ve ever slept in. The pillows were nice and fluffy. The bathrooms were extra clean. No stains in the tub. There was a refrigerator, Kurig, and a microwave in the room. The furniture in the room looked new, clean, and up to date. Also, No parking fees like they have in downtown. You can’t go wrong with choosing this hotel. I will stay here every time I come to Austin. The only thing lacking in this room was a safe to lock valuables up in, but I quickly got over that due to the cleanliness of the hotel.

Clean room, price was reasonable, staff were hospitable. The room was updated with 2 queen beds still had a chair and ottoman, work desk and plenty of dresser space for our family of 4. Bathroom was nice and roomy, clean and up to date. Loved the fact when you come in after 10pm the hotel manager requests for I. D. For security purposes to make sure anybody that doesn't belong there will not get passed them. We will definitely stay there again when we're in Austin again.

Best hotel experience in awhile. Nice clean rooms with fridge and microwave. The bartender Bailey was Great! Only issue I had was my room key not working. I called ahead to let them know I would be checking out late and when I returned my room key didn't work. I had to go downstairs twice before she got my key working again. Overall Great Hotel.

Beautiful hotel! Great staff! EVERYONE was friendly, engaged in conversation with my family. Ms. Dee, I think, the Manager in the mornings for the breakfast buffet was especially nice and accommodating! The conference areas were nice. I was in town for a conference and brought the family it was a great experience. I really liked the ambiance of the The G bar Bistro! It was a great place to study and wind down. We will definitely stay there again when we visit Austin!

We stayed here because of its close proximity to Austin360 (we were going to a concert). Was surprised how upscale it looked inside! blue and black decor really stood out all over the hotel. We travel to events all the time and stay in lots of hotels. Was very nice for the price, especially in Austin!

Beautiful hotel, the restaurant is not on the same page as other Holiday inns… the food and drinks are best I've ever had at a hotel. Very comfy beds and very quiet hotel as it is a few miles away from the airport.

After our flight being canceled without any notice and all other flights home being sold out, we had no other option but to stay the night in Austin. Caleb was fantastic at check in and helped bring light and laughter to our really crappy situation. Brittney was fantastic this morning by helping me feed my 3 kiddos. Richard and Larry got us to and from the airport quickly and safely. Thank you so much Holiday Inn for your fantastic customer service, it was a fresh a breath air after the horrible customer service we had received from Frontier. If I ever have to stay in Austin again I will be staying at your hotel for sure. Again, thank you from me and my kiddos.

This hotel was excellent. Very modern and welcoming. The staff was super helpful and friendly. Everything was clean and well managed. The pool was clean and refreshing. I’m glad we also had a refrigerator and microwave in the room. It can be a little tricky to merge to the hotel from the Riverside Drive exit so we used the exit for Metropolis Dr.

It is hard to find anything not to like about this hotel except maybe unlike Holiday Inn Express you have to pay for breakfast, which we sid not partake. Contemporary and well kept. The staff is super nice. The beds were comfortable and they have a strict quiet time policy after 10. It is located less than five miles from the cool East Austin area and Rainey Street and a trip West on the 71 will have you entering Hill Country in 20. You can almost hit the airport with a rock.

I rented a ballroom space for an art show and several rooms for my staff. The rooms were very cozy, extremely clean, updated and very comfortable. The hotel itself seems new as it's very contemporary and attractive. Emily was the event coordinator and Miss D was the food and beverage manager. Both were unbelievably wonderful — extremely professional and helpful, cheery, and made everything so convenient and accommodating. The front staff was equally terrific and Sean the maintenance man was there in a heartbeat to help with any set-up, lighting, air temperature, etc. I would absolutely recommend this Holiday Inn for anyone wanting to stay or hold an event. I am so impressed that I will continue searching Holiday Inns for future travel and event shows we put on.

This Holiday Inn was the best experience I have had in years. I travel for a living and stay in many hotels and this was the best I have seen. From the room itself, to the restaurant downstairs, everything was top notch. Staff was really friendly and helpful.

This is probably the best kept secret. Not a 5 star hotel but a 5 star stay. Great ammenities. Low key atmosphere. Good location and best of all clean. Everything is extra though like breakfast. Close to airport with free shuttle service to and from.

Attended a two day medical workshop here. Roomy conference rooms. Comfortable temps. Catered food that was delish. Great experience. Just didn't like traffic… takes forever to leave south Austin.

I had an early flight and had to leave the hotel fairly quickly, leaving behind a business card that was very important to me! A staff member by the name of Jasmine helped me by going into the room, finding the card, and emailing it to me in a very timely manner! I want to thank her for her help and the hotel for having an amazing staff!

Located only 15 minutes away from downtown Austin it's a perfect distance to the airport as well. Hotel rooms are just as good as any of the 5 star hotels near by. Rooms and amenities looled very nice.

This place is amazing. The staff are friendly and helpful. My room is way nicer than I expected, and I'm already accustomed to getting a super nice room at every Holiday Inn. The restaurant here is particularly good, especially if you like good cocktails and great pizza. I can't say enough nice things. Definitely coming back.

Absolutely great hotel! Everything is new including the bathrooms and mattresses. The beds are very comfortable. The staff was some of the most friendly people I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. It's close to the airport and a short uber from Austin. I definitely recommend this to anyone staying in the area!

Nice and close to the airport. We just stayed for one night. Rooms were very nice, clean and comfortable. Got in about 11 and the bar was still open and serving food, thankfully. My boss and I had chicken and mahi tacos, they were actually very good. Decent selection of beers too, I had the Austin Amber and recommend it.

The staff was friendly and professional. Everything was clean and new. Our room was huge with tall ceilings. Plenty of free parking. It's about 15 minutes from downtown Austin. The neighborhood is fine. Overall, I would highly recommend staying here.

Very pretty lobby and rooms. Was impressed with bar too. But very disappointed that breakfast for guests is $12.95. Never been to a holiday inn where it wasn't included. That will take this hotel and put it on the do not repeat list. Especially when they have this cute little sign in room saying when you eat you smile so eat up.

This is not your typical Holiday Inn. It is a new hotel with many modern touches that give it an upscale feel. We stayed in a suite that had a lounge area with a flatscreen tv… the only way to stay. We will stay here every time we visit Austin. Love it!

Very clean and comfortable. Internet speed was around 250 Mb when plugged in. Very nice. Lots of channels on tv, clean workout room. Restaurant was pretty good as well. Would stay again.

When I need ospedaje in Austin I will stay here, the service was exceptional since my arrival. Nina is unique, you have to visit her at the bar!

Very nice hotel. Everything looked and smelled clean and fresh. Felt very safe staying here with my teenaged daughter. May cost a little more than the other hotels nearby, but it is so worth it.

The best holiday inn ever… forgot my iPad. Hours later we called them to hold on to it while I get back 2 days later… AND THEY DID.

Its our second time staying here and let me tell you The Whole Staff Is Amazing! They Go Above And Beyond To Make Our Stay Comfortable! Valerie And Jocyln were the best! I wish I could remember everyone's name because you all are the best Keep Up The Good Work and Believe me This Is Not The Last You Will See Mr Ruben Ramos And Myself Cris You Guys Treated Us Like Family And You Guys Were Never Rude To Us We Will Be Coming Back. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! The hotel facility was very clean and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. I must compliment the housekeeping staff as well… my room was always clean. I highly recommend staying at this place.

This hotel was extremely nice and convenient! The room was spacious and comfortable. If you book here, don't confuse it with the Holiday Inn Express just down the road. However, if you do go to the wrong one, they will shuttle you to the right one for free.

Evacuated from Hurricane Harvey. The Customer Service was Excellent! Was treated as though we were Family. Front desk, Katie, showed Exemplary Customer Service. Made our stay very nice. I would recommend this Holiday Inn to Everyone!

Breakfast is about $15 person person and 18% tip is automatically added even if you completely served yourself. Room was nice though but definitely recommend just taking family to IHOP instead.

The staff was excellent! As soon as we got there to check-in, an hour early, the front desk clerk greeted us with a smile.
The check-in process was easy and we got our hotel keys then she told us where everything was, when the restaurant & bar were opened and closed.
The pool was great too! They had towels rolled up on all the chairs for the guests. If it wasn't 100°F outside we would've stayed out there longer.
We did enjoy our stay for the one night we stayed there! The shower worked, the lights worked, the television worked, the lights worked too!
Everything was great and we would definitely consider staying there or at another Holiday Inn again!

This Holiday Inn is new and super nice! I didn't stay here, but was there for a training spanning 3 days. It was very clean and staff were super friendly and helpful. Those in the training with me enjoyed the food very much and staff let me heat up my personal food and use the lounge even though I didn't have a room. Very accommodating!

Great hotel and it's only a few minutes off of 35. My room was spacious and clean. We had a two-queen suite, which had a small area with a pull out love seat and TV. Although we didn't visit them, this location has a full service restaurant and a lobby bar.

No hot tub. Lot of chlorine in pool. No coffe in lobby. Only pay for coffee. Rooms were great staff awesome. Oh yes it was on my GPS. But wrong place.

This Hotel is only 3 years old and in immaculate condition. It is conveniently located near the Austin Airport, gas stations, Walmart and plenty of restaurants. Hotel staff is courteous and helpful. They are ready and willing to please. Most of all, the room rate was the best that I found among comparable hotels. Very pleased. Probably one of the cleanest hotels I've been to. The room smells alright, aside from the average mustiness of a hotel room. Looks newly renovated, bathroom is clean and bed felt nice. It's a safe choice.

The price was good. Two adults, one teenager and one child for $119.00. I never plan on free food as I do t always eat at the hotel. However we did and &15.00 per person was good with juice and fresh fruit. The customer service was awesome from the moment we walked in till the time we left.

Nice and new! Staff was great and helpful. The rooms were nicely done. Halls, elevators, rooms all smelled nice. Workout room was small but had everything one would need to get a good workout while traveling.

Still feels very new (hotel is only 18 months old at the time of this writing), and the rooms were top quality. Really enjoyed having a sitting area with its own TV, plus the king bed. Lost a star because there is no free continental breakfast. Staff was wonderful and professional.

Nice rooms, clean, the bartender is awesome I am giving the 5 stars because of him alone, sorry. A little far from the airport, wasn't there long so idk if anything is around. Nice gym. Definitely will go back again.

Trip Advisor has this hotel listed as the in Austin, and for good reason. It has friendly yet professional staff, the building is all new and clean, but also delivers a refreshing great dinning experience. I was not expecting to have the very best "Old fashioned" cocktail I've ever had, but I did. The bar tender was excellent and professional, the type you think of in the old days pre-prohibition. He seemed to be thoroughly trained and knowledgeable. Not just someone that pours beers. I would visit this place just for the dinning and bar areas alone.

Location is right by the airport obviously and the shuttles run frequently and on time. Staff was courteous and friendly. They do not serve lunch only breakfast until 10 but they sell food items at the front desk 24 hours.

The staff are great. Rooms are nice. Wi-Fi is terrible though. They really need to install more routers to increase the signal and handle bandwidth. It made it very difficult to work.

Holiday in Austin Airport is a nice location. About 15 mins away from downtown Austin, with a few fast food places within 5 mins of the hotel. Nice staff also.

The room was very nice. The mattress, sheets and comforter were very comfortable. I love the counter and mirror outside of the bathroom for applying makeup. The light in this area and throughout the room was excellent. The front desk staff (Nicole when we checked in) exceeded my expectations and we're very pleasant. My only minor complaints were a slight cleaning product odor near the elevator and very noisy plumbing. A whistling noise woke me at 3 am.

Van driver was nice, front desk checkin man acted like he couldn't be bothered with helping. Room was clean new and updated. Gym was a tad bit small new equipment but not top of the line. Ordered food to go from room service menu which was great, friendly taking my order and picking up nice size for price.

Very updated, new Holiday Inn. Rooms are large and upgraded. Lobby is open with bar and food avail. Probably the best hotel choice in the area.

This place is spotless. Looks freshly updated and brand new. Great employees who care for their guests. This is the nicest Holiday Inn I've ever stayed in.

I just spend three nights in Austin. I had such a great trip, and this place had a lot to do with it. I entire staff is awesome. The bar area in the evening is so enjoyable. I'm definitely going to stay here anytime I'm in the area for sure. Thank you.

This is the MOST CLEAN hotel I have ever seen. My wife cleans houses and she couldn't have been more impressed. The staff were awesome. I felt very comfortable here.

I loved the contemporary look and feel of the hotel. My husband and I visited Austin for your Anniversary last week. The manager and staff were very accommodating and polite! The manager even treated us to a complimentary dessert for two in honor of our Anniversary. Awesome place to stay when your in the Austin Area!

Awsome place to dine out and to enjoy some drinks with your friends. Staff is very friendly and always attentive. Some minor setbacks. Like live music or staying open much later. It's great that their concept is a restaurant in a holiday inn. But where's the advertising? Loved my room. Great comfortable bed. I was quite confused on the roomservice menu, it doesn't match to what they had in the restraunt? But other than that I had a blast staying here. Can't wait for my visit back.

Hotel & staff were lovely, but restaurant was sub-par. DO NOT order cheese plate, made sister & I very sick.
