I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone. They make certain that you don’t steal their stuff or they will charge you. I had to speak to three different members and the manager of their staff for my check in. Long story short the staff failed to tell me the rate for staying the whole week and I had mentioned quite a few times I needed a room for the whole week. I ended up paying them for a night even through it was the staffs fault for not listening to what I had told them and they were very set in their ways and don’t know the first rule of customer service. The customer is always right. If a staff member says my reservation is fully taken care of, they should honor that instead of saying I owe them for another night. Definitely won’t be staying here it’s not worth the hassle let alone dealing with the untrained hotel staff.
