Not only was I over charged more than twice my stay a day after I left. But they have kids cleaning the rooms. I'm talking kids no older than 13 that say they are helping their mom but no adult was in sight. One child tried to come in my room claiming she was going to clean it but didnt have anything with her. She had a key card but luckily I was there. Her only excuse was she didnt know I came back in when she saw me leave not 5 mins earlier. The general manager/owner Chirag Patel is no help and very rude. He had the audacity to have an attitude because we woke him up to help with the refund that we were charged then stopped answering his phone. He only replied when we said we would tell corporate that kids are here cleaning rooms.

NASTY! Toilet was coated with urine! Bed sheets very dirty. Management said well you get what you pay for…! Who would pay anything knowing it’s for a dirty room!

Worst hotel. Sink had great water pressure but the shower did not at all. Dust all over the mirror, microwave and fridge. Dented lamp shades, dim light bulbs, TV is fuzzy, cigarette burn holes in the bedspreads. Got our room for a week, we travel with my SO for his construction job and we have our 3 year old son. I always like to keep housekeeping away because for one we always have a bunch of stuff since we never know how long it'll be till we go back home and I always keep my son and I locked in the room while Dad is working and I don't mind cleaning up after my family as i've been doing it for years now, well I had the door locked for 2 days and I would hear every time housekeeping knocked but I was always in the shower and could not answer, on the 3rd day i'm guessing the owners wife, or whoever she was, was literally banging on the door asking why i've been keeping her from coming in that she wants to come and clean and she kept peeking inside the room being nosey. I told her if I wanted my room to be service that I would have asked but I didn't want anything and she kept arguing with me telling me to not be locking her out and she called I guess her husband telling him she wanted to clean our room, arguing with me in front of other guests that were outside, I told her to leave and I would finish getting ready and she could come in while I was at the store. She argued with me for like 5 minutes.

The management and staff are efficient and polite. The rooms are comfortable and vary on amenities. They have handicapped options to a hot tub/spa in a room. It is guest, pet, child and weary traveler friendly. Live music on the weekends.

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in the management is very hateful and hard to understand. The air conditioning doesn’t work, refrigerators don’t work and when you ask for them to fix these things they say the maintenance men are drunk and can’t do it. If I hadn’t paid for 2 weeks in advance I’d leave. The bath tub was full of dead flys and there are dead crickets all over my room. Don’t waste your money here.

I never seen service bad like this… who ever run this place is have no idea about management… its sooooooooooooooo bad… actually its the worst place ever u will ever gonna try.

Nice older motel. Owners take good care of the property. Pleasant experience.

Horrible hotel owners, will not be going back, not only rude in manner but would not accept my service dog badge that was issued to me by the state registration but also told me we could not own more than one service pet. Lady I'm a type 1 diabetic, my youngest son has 3 holes in his heart and my husband and I are prone to seizures, so yes 3 legal service animals!

Worst place ever. Front desk came and banged on our room and yelled at us because we had the do not disturb sign on for 2 days in a row. I never ask for housekeeping anywhere I go and am perfectly okay with cleaning up myself. Please take your business elsewhere.

The room was decent. Clean. The bar was great. Clean and Finn. The customer service of the Clerk at the desk was horrible.

Very convenient, right next to a McDonald's and right off the interstate. Not the most attractive place but it was clean and cheap.

Lets see… Rude day manager, he actually insulted me to my face. The room service are polite though, and a slightly fuzzy TV on some channels. But the rooms are fairly clean. (Don't even get me started on Ft. Worth. ) The fridge and microwave work perfectly. Maybe two stars is a little harsh, but coming from a businessman, when the person in charge insults a customer in front of other guests, usually pisses people off.

This place was great but not bult for trucks or rv.

A little bit older of a building but still a good place to stay.

Awful people run this place. I'm not a bitter guy and I seldom review anything. He is beyond rude. Even when I checked in the guy that works for me, the skinny little guy was slamming the papers down and acting like I'd harmed him by trying to rent a room from him. If I ever had to step foot in that place again It wouldn't be good. So, honestly and not just bitterly, help yourself and your "jailfree" life and don't stay here.

The people at the front desk are rude. They treat you with disrespect if you ask them to repeat themselves. They have no manners or common courtesy. Our room was dirty and there was no water pressure in the bathroom. Took 30 minutes to fill the tub 1/4 of the way up. The bathroom had hair in the toilet and shower. My wife got up early to eat breakfast and all they had was toast and milk. The next day when I told them I needed a new room and would be also adding an additional night if I could switch rooms he said no room was available and all the bathrooms were like that. I asked again and he acted like I was making it up then he went to the room and still was accusing me of using a bathtub incorrectly. He saw I was correct and then changed his story and said there were rooms available but with two beds. I didn't care and kept telling him but he acted like we were idiots the whole time. The new room was way better but looked like a new hotel. Their is no consistency between rooms. The place is called Knights INN. Thier business cards read "Kinghitis INN" and are printed on cheap paper. The one star review is generous. Would give a zero if possible.

Clean, great shower! Comfortable bed! Good value! Super nice front desk guy.
