Disgusted with Marriott right now! Spoke with front desk and was working with the manager who advised me to cancel my Expedia reservations an then I’d get a refund an he’d better able to book me for the correct date. Canceled my reservation Expedia still took my money an paid the Marriott and yet I still had to come out of pocket to stay at another hotel for the weekend! Called manager back an he told the front desk to lie an say he was in a meeting an would return my call “yes she didn’t have me on hold I her everything she said”. Never called me back even though I was flying into Dallas and needed to know if he could rectify the situation. Being a Marriott time share owner for 20 years an Bonvoy member I am disgusted and will never stay at another Marriott and have already requested assistance to sell our timeshare! Shame on management shame on Marriott and I will continue to post negative reviews everywhere.

Great venue and golf course.

The facility was beautiful, the food was wonderful and the rooms were just renovated. Lovely and convenient getaway for us!

They have done an outstanding service to our local community during the Covid-19 pandemic offering essential supplies in a special market they set up inside for us. I cannot thank them enough and Rocky even helped me carry things to my car. Bless these people with your business whenever possible. They are the epitome of goodness and caring!

Located beside a Golf Course, nice views from room. Great if you want to get away from it all, it’s not close to anything.

This location felt very underwhelming. For a JW property I was expecting manicured rooms, but got a room about what you’d expect at a normal marriot. My wife and I are avid customers of marriot in fact I think we’re very close to platinum. My point for sharing this is to say that we’ve stayed at marriot quite a bit. The property is very well manicured. The pool and other amenities are excellent and very well laid out. The staff are very courteous and professional. Not to me…ntion they’re quite knowledgeable about the property and its amenities. Parking is quite far away. So bring yer belongings in first. The AC in our room barely kept our room below 80 even when set at 70. Mostly 82 and above. The bar is incredibly expensive. $7 for a corona. So bring yer own bottle or a 12 pack of yer favorite adult beverage. There aren’t any bellhops to help with yer belongings so pack accordingly. My main issue is how the rooms are so lackluster. I was not impressed what so ever. Not a deal breaker as far as my wife and I continuing to be marriot customers. But we definitely won’t stay at this location again.

The rooms are horrible and I don't recommend sleeping on the beds.

I really enjoyed staying here with my husband, it is a drive into Dallas but its a nice spot to be away from everyone. The area is great as well with Bucees, whatabuger, chickfila, in and out and a outlet all next door. I would call it a "middle class hotel" it was nicer then most but not to fancy. It looks like a great spot for families too, I saw plenty of parents and kids having fun. All in all great place and great staff, I would stay there again!

1 star motels have better service. Please do a favor and stay in another hotel. Beds are hard as rock. Employees are incompetent and indifferent. We requested refrigerator in our room due to dietary restrictions, they never send it to our room even after calling multiple times. Loud guests probably due to as wedding parties are hosted here. Bulb is out in bed lamp.

If I went to the events at the Texas motor speedway I would totally recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone. Its liturally right across the street from the track and easy access as well. The rooms are so clean and very nice. I am very picky about hotels due to the nasty ones giving the good ones bad names. But this one is far from nasty. Its the cleanest one I have been to yet. The customer service is awesome. Every time I walked past the employees it was always a big smile and a greeting. They acted like they knew you for ever and would hold up a full conversation with you like it was nothing. The pool and golf course was super nice. They even had a full basketball court.

I recently stayed at this property and I was very pleased with the hotel from the moment I entered the parking lot. The out side of the property is very pleasing; with well manicured lawns, trimmed trees, and well kept shrubbery. The staff were very attentive to guest and willing to assist in any way possible. I was traveling with my dog and had my hands full unloading the car, I was promptly greeted by a staff member that gladly took my luggage to my room for me while I parked the car and walked the dog after our long drive. The only complaint that I had my first night was that the AC did not seem to cool the room real well. This was quickly mitigated by the front desk when I asked for a fan for my room. In all fairness the outside temperature was in the triple digits for the length of my stay, but with the aid of a small fan my room stayed plenty cool. I would definitely recommend this property to others and gladly stay again on my next visit to Forth Worth.

The outdoor areas of this hotel were amazing and beautiful! Very nice to sit outside and relax. The lobby area and bar were very nice but drinks were extremely over priced! The room was clean and nice but lacking in conveniences. No mini-fridge or microwave that was advertised on the website and the mattresses on the beds were like sleeping on plywood! So incredibly hard!

When you are a hotel in Texas in the summer, air conditioning is vital. The anemic central air conditioning in the room comes from a tiny vent and even cranked down to 65° only cools the room to 75° at best. This hotel is only good for people with the body temperature of a reptile. Had to have them bring up a fan to make it livable. The hallways are warm enough to bake cookies. Spoke to the front desk multiple times. I wouldn't stay here again if they gave me the room for free unless they completely ripped out the old A/C and replaced it with one built for Texas heat. It doesn't matter how nice everything else is if you are sweating just cracking a smile. I'd give zero stars if that were an option. I'm a Marriott Platinum Member. This is the one and only property I haven't rated five stars.

Did like this hotel. First of we're is the free breakfast? I mean your a big corporate hotel charging a $100 a night and you can you afford to give people breakfast? I mean hoilday inn does. Other than the whole breakfast thing the hotel is nice looking with a restaurant inside and a nice outside. As for the rooms I'm not impressed. It's very plain and boring. The bed felt stiff and I found a broken wall socket. When watching TV flipping channels takes more than you used to at home. I would rather find a B&B then go here but if you have to then go for it.

I stay here often, the staff is always nice. Hot water is hit or miss sometimes. The pool is huge and the hot tub is nice. I've never been on the golf course but it looks good from my room. I've never had a bad experience with the food either! I'd recommend this hotel.

Convenient location, close to the airport. Upon entering the lobby, you get the sense that the staff take pride in the establishment. All the staff that we interacted with were quite friendly! The room was comfortable, although the bathroom could have used some tlc. There was rot around the doorframe, which is disturbing to gaze upon. Although, this may have just been in our room. We'd definitely stay again!

Recently there for a conference. We had a beautiful view of the golf course and pool area. They good in the restaurant was good but not outstanding. Rooms were very spacious and comfortable and quite clean. The conference space was excellent. Banquet food was tasty and service well done. It didn’t stink to have some great shopping nearby and Roanoke with its quaint downtown. A drawback is you really need a car to get to anything away from the hotel which is not their fault.

Our weekend here was prefect from start to finish. Rooms are clean, cozy and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Restaurant menu is limited but everything was excellent. The shuttle to the NASCAR race made getting there very simple. Thanks again for a great weekend.

Reported an issue with my room and spoke with a girl at the desk. I was having trouble with my water pressure and temp. Ashley was her name. She was very nice and helpful. She made sure the engineering took care of me and followed up after to make sure I was satisfied. Joe was the guy who came up. He was great! This is the type of service I expect when visiting a full service Marriott. Everytime I passed ashley and the rest of the staff, they greeted me. I visited the bar area which was also nice. A bit understaffed but I liked the decor. Toward the end of my stay there were some really cool cars parked around the front area. There’s also a lot of shops nearby which the bell man will drive you too. Overall it was a stay to remember and I will be back. Ashley really stood out among the others because she made me feel like My happiness was most important. Seriously, I would hire her if my company were located here.

It is ok. Built it seems mostly for the racetrack nearby but feels like a Marriott in storage. Room was clean. Exercise room was better than usual I suspect because it doesn't get as much traffic so machines are in good shape. Not many people there but I suspect it get hectic during race events.

This location is about 30 minutes from Fort Worth and 1 hour from Dallas. It will have more reasonable prices than other locations but it is also out of the way. The area is pretty quiet and they have a ton of conference rooms. The food at the Blue Moon lounge is pretty good but it is still at hotel prices.

We were in town for a short visit. I chose Marriott over some of the others out there because the proximity to food and shopping and the interstate. I am very pleased with the decision. From the check in with a nice lady whom has worked here for 5 years to the check out staff. We felt valued and the hospitality was super top notch! The cleaning crew was awesome they greeted us as we walked by and were very generous. The golf course on on the backside of the hotel looked like a fun time. The stay was peaceful. Someone above us was stomping pretty hard in the 1am-3 am… But not worth a phone call. (Thin floors I guess) I will look to stay with them again if the price is right. We got a great special. (booked early) I feel that it was a great value! Thank you Marriott for the hospitality. We will have you on first check for the next stay when we return to the area. Respectfully, Bryan OKC.

I enjoyed the golf course! The greens were in really great shape for the end of December! I had a great time. Now, if I had only played better!

Great hotel near Texas Motor Speedway (you can see the track from some rooms). Friendly and helpful staff. Place has a couple restaurants and bars, along with large meeting areas. Food was pretty good. Room service was fast. Typical Marriott rooms. Great outdoor area with fire pit.

Finally, a hotel with a view in Roanoke, TX. Back view, an awesome golf course, and the front view, Texas motor speedway and shopping strip. The hotel gets 5 stars from me. The hotel and the rooms are supper clean and we'll maintained. Would defantlly recommend staying here…

Very nice. Wonderful lobby, and courtyard. Staff is super friendly, and helpful. Rooms are clean and spacious. There has been development in the area and a new outlet mall has just opened (Halloween 2017? ) next door. The hotel bar is nice, and the food is good, but there is not any other food options really close, but if you take about a 10-minute ride down the highway there are seemingly endless options.

Good hotel to rest. The lounge is very good. The downside is that it has many old ones that do not work like TV, lamps and air conditioning.

The room was relatively trashy and falling apart. The foyer and common areas were nice. Not my greatest stay by any means.

I have stayed several times. Always feel like I'm staying in style. Great room windows, comfy beds, and clean bathrooms. The bathrooms have many extras supplied for convenience. Easily a top rank hotel.

Our reservations were for 4pm. We arrived at 5:30pm, tired from a long day and ready for the kinds of amenities Marriot is famous for but… instead we’re told — flatly — that they were behind on our room. No apologies. Just an offer to text me when it was available. Irritated but calm, I asked if they would at least give my wife and I coupons for the bar. And they did. One. One coupon. For two people. One coupon that covers one person, not two. No apologies. Stay away from this location. They clearly do not care for their clients or the reputation of the Marriot name. Outrageous. I will never stay again, and that’s sad considering the Long relationship I’ve had with this chain.

I was guest of the hotel from Oct. 6-8, 2017. Poor services, I would highly recommend that all of the staff be retrained on customer service. The staff was not friendly. The sheets on the bed were dirty. It was not worth the money. I would not recommend this hotel. It didn't offer any services for the hotel guests. This was the worst hotel experience that I have ever encountered in my life. I hope to never stay here again.

Excellent hotel for a one night stay with the family. Booked at the last minute and we we're lucky to get such a great place. The pool and outdoor areas were amazing. The room was clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.

Can't recommend this facility. I was there for a weekend meeting and was very unimpressed (with the facility specifically, not the staff). The food was mediocre at best. Our first room was on the second floor and was apparently across the hall from their 24 hours exercise room. We heard banging and clunking until almost midnight. They switched is to another room which was better but it had a water leak in the bathroom and there were obvious signs of water damage in the room. Again, no problems with the staff, everyone we encountered was very professional. I just would not recommend the facility if you're looking for a nice place to relax.

The staff here is very attentive to our needs. Room service came literally in minutes of our call. We love staying at hotels where they pump perfume through the lobby vents. When you stay here you must go to the outdoor pool area it is simply amazing at night time. The pool is lit with neon lights and the trees are lit up with lights as well to set a very romantic mood. There is also a hot tub next to the pool.

Great place about 20 miles from downtown Fort Worth with easy access to the Stockyards. Located 5 minutes from Texas Motor Speedway. Is a conference center, hotel, and has condos for the Marriott Resort customers. Highly recommend.

We got a great deal on our stay thanks to price line express. The hotel was extremely gorgeous inside. The two rooms we booked adjoined so our children could have their own space and the adults were allowed privacy. The bathtubs were deep and I enjoyed a relaxing long hot bath when we were finished at the luxurious pool. The best part of the pool besides the beautiful lights and the tranquil gazebo, was the intense jets in the hot tub. This hotel would be ideal for a romantic getaway.

I frequently travel to Fort Worth for work and usually always stay at this Marriott. It's a very nice, clean hotel that has a golf course and basketball court. I wish the rooms had a mini fridge for leftovers or drinks. I had an issue with a car key that fell off the lanyard the night before. I talked to Maria at the front desk about the issue and explained it was my bosses vehicle keys. She was able to find the key and verify it was mine in less than 30 minutes. She went above and beyond to make sure she found the key and provide excellent customer service in the process. Thank you again Maria.

Hotel is older, not as nice as other full service hotels in the DFW area. The tool furnishings are all a little beat up, but functional. Showers are good. The area around he hotel is peaceful and quiet even though it's close to I35.

Stayed overnight for a weekend getaway / staycation. Very impressed with the property and staff. Restaurant staff went above and beyond. Breakfast buffett was reasonably priced and the food was good and hot. High marks for Food & Bev Supervisor Mark Osmar and his staff. They were all VERY attentive and friendly. Best Marriot stay we have ever had. Nice property. Quiet. Enjoyed it very much. Highly recommend this hotel.

Got a great room and golf package. The room was above average with great view overlooking the golf course. Golf course has a good layout, but the greens were on dry side so putting was hard to judge. We had a good relaxing stay. The modern room has crisp and fresh bedding, the bathroom is clean and updated, the whole hotel room has a clean and spacious feel. The hotel front desk personnel were all friendly and accommodating. Will recommend this hotel for sure.

The Staff is awesome! The breakfast wasn't really good though. Nice and quiet plus the gym was exquisite!

The customer service is amazing. Top notch as far as I am concerned. More than makes up for anything this place might be lacking.

I'm a Marriott lifetime Platinum with over 1, 200 hotel nights, so you know that I have seen the inside of many hotels. This is the first time I stayed here, and I have to say that this hotel is just okay… nothing to write home about. The rooms are clean and the staff is very courteous and upbeat. The hot breakfast in the concierge lounge was also good… pretty much like other Marriotts where I have stayed. The bed was not in excellent condition, though (one of my primary gauges of a good hotel room), and the housekeeping staff was a bit lackadaisical: they didn't even leave clean wash clothes one day when thy serviced the room. All-in-all, it is not a bad hotel, just not really up to Marriott standards.

The rooms were really large and comfortable. The entire facility was very clean and well-kempt. The fitness center was also quite large and had a variety of weight-lifting equipment and cardio equipment. Overall a really enjoyable stay.

Daughters Personal Concierge I recently booked 2 adjoining rooms for my daughters 13th birthday with her friends. I cant speak enough about the personal attention given by LOVELL DENNIS. She went above and beyond continuously checking on my daughter to make sure her birthday was extra special. My husband and I were extremely impressed by LOVELL. To also mention… the rooms are stellar and the property was supreme. Thanks again Marriott and LOVELL DENNIS. We will be back.

Nice staff. But where is the constant pounding noise coming from?! Am I going mad?! As other guests have mentioned you can hear others around you like the walls are paper. Woke up at 6AM to guests getting ready. You can not only hear the noise, but feel it too.

I would like to recommend this hotel. I stayed there last week and was very very pleased. Rooms were clean, pool was large and very relaxing. The staff were ALL nice and helpful. Over all, excellent! Thank you!

Great overall experience. The pool was very large, the grounds are well kept, the rooms were clean and staff seemed happy to help with anything. The golf course is very well maintained! I really loved the location of this Marriott because it was secluded but just around the corner from Roanoke were you can do some shopping and eat great food. Also right across from Texas Motor Speedway.

Time. Well the 3 + or-4. With food shortage. There is no drinking water and refrigerator. The Interior is a bit old.
