Where to begin: 1. Only the 1st staff member, at the front desk, was nice, after that it was a impolite unknowledgeable young woman. 2. Non-smoking room smells stained with cigarettes, as well as, when we turned the AC on it caused my wife's cigarette allergy to go nuts, UNTIL WE LEFT! 3. Breakfast was 2 crates of small muffins and granola bars, no juice or milk. 4. TV speaker broken, so no TV 5. Pool was so dirty it was unusable. My wife thought it was closed, it looked so bad 6. Sticky countertops and roach in our bathroom. 7. Made my PREGNANT wife carry all plates, pots and pans to our room, when they forgot to put them there, in the 1st place. Not worth the money!

This hotel would be a great option for someone needing to stay around the Richardson, TX area for a while. I love their courtyard — pool area. Very relaxing. I travel frequently across the US and this location is one of the most comfortable hotels that I've stayed in. I found the rooms to be clean and the management/ staff to be very concerned and attentive. Highly recommend.

Clean room, early check in, easy access to room. Lights did not work when first entering room, a breaker had flipped. Waited over ten minutes for staff at the front desk and nobody was to be found at two in the afternoon. Had to flag down a custodian to help, who was promt and happy to aid. Otherwise, a good experience.

I have stayed here for 2 months now and the hotel and staff have been wonderful. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay here if staying in the Richardson area.

I really love this place, rooms are always clean and comfortable. Staff are really special people. They really satisfy your need doing you're stay.

This hotel needs a complete overall. The rooms would be decent if the beds weren't 30 years old. You can actually feel the springs in the beds and hear them creek every time you roll over. Our toilet ran for 2 days before someone came to fix it. The bathroom sink leaked constantly. And don't even think about asking for extra towels; the staff hordes them like it is actually money from their pockets! This seemed like the longest four days of my life. I could not wait to leave.

The place looks and smells bad. They only have one person dealing with the whole building. It could be better.

It's an okay stay I guess, if you're staying for one day. My family and I have been there before. The grab and go breakfast sucks and the rooms say non smoking, but it smells like smoke. The staff is really nice. Beds could be a bit softer and the rooms could not have ants.

Very clean inside nice rooms nice people at the front desk and smoke free so thats the way/place to be.

Front desk associates were very friendly… The room was so clean! The bathroom & the bed is my peeve. If it isn't clean I won't sleep in the room. Loved it!

I wish I could give half a star but I can’t! The Staff is rude, you will not have your room cleaned, you will NOT get any soaps or accessories, you can’t use the AC in room if so the room fills with what smells like rotten eggs, if you enjoy prostitution waiting for you to unlock doors for entrance this is the hotel for you! Never will recommend or stay again. Save $$$ goto Hyatt!

Private comfortable lots of amenities to have a peaceful rest long-term or short-term.

Over priced! no ice machine, no elevator, cheap breakfast just granola bars and then no coffee after 9:30. Room had old food in the closet and trash next to bed, and the worst of it when I moved out a chair there was dog poop under it. Then the cable and Internet went out frustrating but I get its out of there control. The other stuff though should've not happened my husband and I are greatly disappointed!

VERY, VERY NICE! The staff was nice… Valery & Katie checked me in. I've stayed twice & LOVED it! My only minute issue in the 1 bed, the TV is lower than the bed, making it hard to see the TV while in bed. Other than that… CLEAN, NEAT, HOMEY feeling, QUIET AND JUST WHAT I needed! It was also affordable… way less than the flea bag, bed bug inns! Thanx Extended Stay!

Front desk was helpful. The room was clean and big enough to do a quick hotel workout. The fitness center is treadmills and a few dumbbells with almost no room to use the dumbbells. Also, there are 2 Brazilian steakhouse within 3 miles.

Extended Stay America in Richardson, TX is by far the best placed my wife myself and our service dog House. Due to some life changes things that not only one but four major issues. Due to those we have lost nearly everything inculding are home. So we have been staying in several different hotels and motels. This is first time in months we feel safe abd as close to home it can be. So I want to say THANK YOU ANTONIO. You have one of the best and very best staff working here and that is due to you. So when you are looking for a place to stay for one night or 30 nights then come here and you will be at your home away home. Thank You. Management can get the paperwork RIGHT! Nightmare! But I couldnt sleep, because they kept on coming bye, my room to Insist that I check out and check back in everyday. I was there first for a day, then I made another a reservation for 4 more days! Thats where they dropped the ball and insist that I check out each day! Even the cleaning lady knocked on the door! Saying its checkout time and she has to clean the room! I WORK NIGHTS! And I stated that to them over and over again still nothing now I'm in my lady day and they finally let me sleep! I will never come back! And make sure I tell friends and family to stay away from this place!

Ok place to stay couple of days for business travel. Nice pool area. A bit aged inside, floor needs refurbish. I was told breakfast will be simple, but still surprised by the simplicity…

Nice stay with friendly staff. Lots of crickets during the summer. Walking distance from many Company around. Economical. Previously has a different name.

Room smelled like roaches it had a cricket in there, my sheets were dirty with hair on them and the couch was stained. The breakfast consisted of granola bars n muffins. Wont be staying here ever again.

When I checked in, the front desk told me time and location of breakfast. 6:45a in the morning, they ran out of breakfast. Front desk staff was annoyed and looked sorry. He advise me to file complain. The feeling I have is the staff were trying their best to provide service but some basic is missing from management. Obviously, my question is if you advertised with breakfast provided, you should have planned to provide that at 645a. Now I feel cheated and I will second think next time to stay extended stay even I had good experience in the past.

I am completely disgusted by ths place. This started as a great choice due to the kitchen. There is a horrid smell in the hallways. The kitchen had roaches as well as the bathroom. I walked into the room and saw them running for cover into the cracks at the sight of light! I opened a drawer and they were in there as well. The women at the front desk acted shocked by this news yet extremely unmoved as if it was the norm. Then told me she couldn't give me a refund because the manager was not on site. I ended up getting a full refund thank goodness but I will never book with them again!

It was a decent 6 week experience. Miss Annie is fantastic. She was very lovey on my baby girl. Lol. The Russian dude is rude though but he works at night luckily. My beef is the lack of consistency with the house keepers. Every Monday and Wednesday they would come. Monday to change towels and take out trash and Wednesday to clean, refresh bedding and towels, etc. I try to be out of the hotel when they come Wednesday (they don't seem to like people there when they do the deep clean) but the first week they came at 10:30, the next 9:30, the next 1:00, then 8:30, etc. I can't be gone all dang day waiting for them to clean and if you're not ready to head out the door they will come back but one woman in particular said, "I'm waiting"… Like… Really? You came at 9am and my infant daughter was asleep. I had to get both of us dressed and my dog ready to head out the door. Maybe come AROUND the same time every week and this wouldn't happen. I also don't like the lack of breakfast. You can get granola bars, fruit, and coffee if you're up before 9:30. The kitchenette was fine. Oh! And also the rooms felt pretty warm for the most part because the dresser is right in front of the AC unit so the cold air would get trapped there and cut the AC off. We had to get our fan when we stopped in Houston one weekend to push the air out of that pocket and onto us. Which was fine I guess. We like our room real cold at night.

Had a very late night check in. Guest represtative was waiting for us. On our request we got ground floor room. The room was quite clean and comfortable. Happy with the experience.

My room was hot, blackets and sheets were everywhere but the bed, trashcans were in the middle of the room with no bags in them, and the room was generally a mess. I cancelled and went to another hotel. Problems aside, the staff were apologetic and gave me a refund.

Literally the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I travel for work and see my fair share of bad hotels but by far this topped them all. The room was gross, bugs everywhere, you have to pay for "faster" Wi-Fi when in reality it is not much better, definitely not worth the money. There is no hardwire connection for it either. The staff was rude and due to their mistake I had to pay for an extra night. When I complained the manager did absolutely nothing for me. The pool looked disgusting, the guest do not walk away from the doors to smoke and the hotel does not enforce the rule of 25ft at all despite there being a smoking area. Long story short, do not stay here there are far better hotels for the same price in the area. Also no elevators so they aren't very handicap accessible.

Worst experience ever. I had a King room suite in this hotel. I stayed there for two weeks from April 12th to April 26th. I checked out on April 27th. 1. I had a lot of stuffs with me when I checked in to this hotel. My room was in the second floor and they don't have any elevator. When I requested if I could get some help to move my stuffs upstairs — they said No. 2. My room had a rotten mattress from where strong urine smell was coming out. When I complained, hotel management offered me air spray to cover up the smell. No apology. The hotel management replaced mattresses after a week not only in my room but in lots of rooms in that hotel. I assume most of those mattresses were rotten and old. 3. There were blood stains on couple of places that I noticed on the wall in my room. After I complained, they had those stain cleaned. No apology though. 4. Carpet was heavily stained in everywhere in this hotel. 5. The toilet was clogged one day and hotel management said they had a plunger that I could borrow to fix the issue. They did not have anyone to fix that. The hotel personnel was Amy. 6. Strong cigarette smell everywhere in the hotel even though they advertise it as a non-smoking hotel. 7. House keeping is done once a week. If you want housekeeping apart from that, then you have to pay $10 for the service. 8. Laundry was expensive. 9. Breakfast was a joke. 10. They lock you out once in a while!

I wanted to rent a room for the night, but there was no vacancies. The desk ckerk did recommend some other places to try.

1. There is no one at the front desk to check in a customer at the front desk, I waited for more than a hour at midnight till 1am for the staff. 2. The assistance team is also not able to reach out to the Staff and are not aware of their contact information and their presence. 3. A accommodation service business is supposed to be 24*7 and looks like Extended stay America doesn't know these basic rules to serve a customer. 4. Google should put a zero star rating option so that I can give a zero rating. Good luck with your Business!

The room was small but clean. Bed was comfortable and it was quiet.

The front desk clerk was nice. The rooms are the size of a large college dorm room. Large enough for a desk, microwave, kitchen and frigerator. The king size bed with clean and neat surprising for most 1 star hotels I've been to. If this is considered a 2 star hotel then I will be amazed to see what a three star or four star hotel looks like in Dallad. This extended stay id not one of the biggest extended stay has been to but one of the nicest extended stays I have stayed at.

Pretty good stay, the room was nice and big but there were no little shampoo and conditioner bottles. Full size fridge and stove were nice to have.

Best places to stay in Richardson.

Bad smell through out the hotel. Towels were stained and hard. Kitchen cabinets were missing the doors. I was supposed to stay four nights cancelled and only stayed one because I was not comfortable. Oh and doors through the hotel were held open with dirty towels instead of door stoppers. Came in late through the side door of this hotel and I didn't even have to use my key to get in it was open! Which I found very unsafe, and also the beds were hard.
