Came fully stocked with plates and utensils with the kitchenette. Very clean in my experience, only saw one cricket in the room which my shoe took care of easily. Wi-Fi was decent and room was well lit, would stay again.

We were really impressed with the everything available. Full Fridge, Stove top, Microwave, dishes the bed was very comfortable with good covers. We requested a ground floor with outside entrance, and it was no problem. We will have to be making a few more trips up to Baylor Scott & White, and will definitely want to stay here! Thank You for one less stressful issue!

Need new mattresses and some way to keep the smoke smell from smoking rooms out of non smoking rooms. Other wise it was great. Mattress wasn't bad, just needs to be a little softer. Yes people like firm but not everyone. With it being a platform bed it should have a softer mattress.

Studio 6 takes care of all my needs, a great location, close to several grocery stores and most importantly next door to one of the best hospitals around. Every member of the staff always has a friendly manner that is comforting to know you can relax and been in an unstressfull environment.

I have lived at this location for 3 years. The rooms are clean and spacious, functional kitchen with full sized refrigerators, beautiful marble islands in the dining/kitchen area. The rates are very reasonable considering the location. Staff, Nick Patel, very courteous and professional as well as Renee whom my grandson adores. Housekeepers are very hard workers! Conveniently located to shops, dining, hospital and bus routes! Very good experience here!

My husband had open heart surgery at the Baylor Hospital, we had been looking for nice and affordable place to stay for a week, we came across this Studio 6 which is right in front of the hospital and were looking into the reviews for the hotel we saw a lot of negative feedback, since we were trying to save a little bit on our stay we decided to give it a try. We are glad we stayed here, from the moment we enter the front office we were greeted by two nice gentlemen very professional, when we got to our room we were very surprised, the room had a pleasant smell the kitchen for us was a plus everything was great. The housekeeping staff was wonderful, every thing was just right, we usually do not like to give reviews to anyplace whether is good or bad but for this place I do really think they deserved me taking my time to write a Good review about this place, I will tell my family when they visit the Plano Texas area to stay here for sure!

I have had the pleasure of staying here for almost a year and from the date I arrived till today, I can honestly say that the service and flexibility of all concerned has been excellent. I will start at the front desk were Nick & Rene have been pleasant, courteous and willing to help with situations that arouse in a timely manner. The maintenance manager has been always prompt in addressing the issues and his staff has been responsive, and timely in cleaning the air-condition filters on a regular basis. Finally the House keeping staff led by Clara and her team especially Maria who have always without fail cleaned my room with a keen eye to wipe, dust and making sure the room is thoroughly neat and tidy. Finally the renovation of the entire hotel has been a success in all aspects of residing at this Studio 6. Thank you and grateful Moses :)

Excellent avitaciones and the place is very ceguro the staff very friendly and cervicial.

This place is scamming people daily. They show photos of a king bed in suite online as well as advertise the king suite with photos of pull out sofa bed and other furniture bit when you check in the only thing in room is a king bed. No pull out beds and no folding cot just an empty living room with TV on wall. When asked why they charged for king suite and pull out queen sofa bed they stated they no longer have sofa beds in rooms so beware. They are misleading customers. Rip off place and rude not to mention false advertising and fraud.

Very clean room, comfortable bed and pillows. Kitchenette was stocked with everything we needed to make a quick meal. Very comfortable nice quite location.

The room itself was fine. The bed wasn't the most comfortable but, for the price, I didn't expect Marriott quality. ;) While I certainly appreciated and was grateful to have been assigned a no-smoking room, the room directly below apparently wasn't. After a day-long absence at the hospital with my wife, I returned to the room only to be greeted by the smell of an enormous ashtray from the room below. As a long-time former smoker who truly hates to complain about other smokers, I didn't expect something like this in a no-smoking room. My only choices for recourse were to request a different room or run the fan in the bathroom. And that fan was as noisy as a Cessna-172 about 80% of the time it was on. The refrigerator looked like it had been in a losing fight. There were dents on both doors, inside & out. The freezer door had a terrible seal & was held closed with a stack of small, strong magnets. In addition, the refrigerator leaked water — for some reason, only in the middle of the night. Waking up to use the restroom resulted in cold, wet feet & a sudden, pissy attitude to match. The coffee maker was a 4-cup machine. Nothing unusual there, but the complimentary coffee packets were single cup servings, 1 each, regular and decaf (why decaf? Isn't caffeine the whole point of drinking coffee? ). The day desk clerk behaved as if he didn't want to be there at times. He didn't seem too friendly until check out day.

Very noisy place. People actually live here! Overpriced, in my opinion. No discount for being a hospital patient. I had to call the front desk to get hot water.
Fairfield Inn & Suites Marriott is just behind this place. I should have spent the extra money & stayed there.

My mother and I stayed for a week in a "non smoking' room, while by dad was having open heart surgery at Plano Heart Hospital. The Good: The bed was comfortable, the towels were replace (when we did not put out the DO NOT DISTURB sign, ) room had a kitchenette, shower, TV, and table. The Bad: The bed or sheets (not sure which) reeked of cigarette smoke to trigger my allergy induced asthma the last 2 nights. I stayed up coughing nearly all night, inhaler was becoming insufficient to curb my asthma. (Once at hospital, I was fine. ) Pots and pans looked like hand me downs when you are just getting started living on your own. I used the one package of coffee (single cup) the first morning after check-in. We had to go ask for more coffee and chase down housekeeping and she gave us 3 single cup packages. Never saw anymore coffee. Glad the hospital had coffee. Air conditioner vents were missing, so air blew directly on the bed and inside of A. C. Looked nasty. Disappointed enough that I don't think I will EVER stay at a Motel 6 again! Motel 6 needs to get this one under control or remove their name or else become a sinking ship!

Beds were not comfortable at all. Need better mattresses. The bathroom door hit the toilet when opened. I could barely squeeze past the sink, close the door and use the facilities. Needs to be fixed. Outside area needed to be swept and cleaned.

I have never seen a place without respect for the customer from the first day there was nobody in the reception could not instalad my Apple TV thing that I do where you want to, the internet super slow-this is why I will never go back there.

I like staying at this motel for a long time, since I was not studio 6, Before Quality Inn, this time it was the worst visit I had, was entering the room you I found 5 to 8 roaches on the Floor, then I gave it a bath and the tub does not drenava quickly the water and the wall on the side of the shower was with ahujeros that possible from there they were cockroaches, but if that I was annoyed was that in the morning awakens to find cockroaches in the coffee maker.

The Front Desk Staff is very unprofessional. They have no social skills. They don’t know how to talk customers. It’s very sad they hire these types of attitudes. I had problems from the very beginning. No light in the Fridgerator, Stove and they never fixed the shower. More water coming out the bottom than the top. I checked out because I’m not a child and you’re not gonna treat me any kind of way.

The service was friendly. The location was great. Plenty of stores and restaurants in immediate area. The room is clean daily. I was very satisfied with my stay here. I will be staying there again. And I would recommend it to anyone looking for a place in that area to stay.

This is the worse hotel you can ever stay, I call the 800 number and make a reservation for 5 rooms, asked them to be all side by side, they said is was ok, and asked for a hotel with pool or at least a hot tub, we guess what? They booked my reservation in a hotel with no pool, no hot tub, the rooms where all over the place and full of roaches, bathtub cracked, no ice machine in the floors, only in the office and they close at 10:00, very disrespectfull to the bikers community, and get matters worse, I when and asked the manager to change my room and hes words were we can't do that unless you paid the difference, what a joke right. please people don't book a room in studio 6 plano texas, instead of vacation you'll have a nightmare.

Unfortunately the only positive comments I can say about my stay at this establishment is that Renee one of the front desk clerks was friendly, helpful, and personable. As for the other employees most of them were aloof, unprofessional, and down right rude. Especially Nick, and I think he's the manager. The location was accomodating, however the rooms were always half clean and bug infested. I was made to feel that if I requested anything that would make my stay more comfortable be it that that is what I'm paying for, I was confronted with an attitude. After a while I would get anxiety just at the thought of asking for anything. The last straw was when Nick, whom I'm assuming is the manager or owner told me that "if you people don't like my property there's a variety of others around" like I didn't know my options. Then the next thing came out his mouth was "matter fact when is your check out date comes don't bother to pay to extend your stay. " As if he was evicting me. This is after I've spent over $9, 000 dollars for sub par accommodations. I was so humiliated to say the least. But I did just that pack my things and got out of that roach motel.

There are roaches and when brought to the front desk he didn't seem concerned about it. Roaches are hitchhikers. Like most I don't want to bring them home with me. Otherwise my stay was fine.

I wouldn't give it a star at all. I will never stay in this place ever again. It is very nasty. No fire detector in the room looks like the ceiling is going to fall through.

The following is to the best of my belief, recollection, etc. And is my opinion only. The, desk did not have a chair have a chair. When I went to the front desk, the desk clerk said, “if the room doesn’t have a chair then it doesn’t come with one. ” Then I asked if I could have 1 of the 6 to 20+ table, chairs, the clerk said, “no. ” The room smelled as if a smoker had stayed, but not smoked, in the room. So I compared prices of online of this Studio 6 and La Quinta the which was 2 doors down. There was only $15 difference. This Studio 6 does not serve breakfast, the La Quinta does. As a result of this day I will start checking the prices of other motels and strongly consider staying at La Quinta when possible. The refrigerator needed to be defrosted. The Internet was impossibly slow. PS: The room was clean and the sheets seem to be.

Came home with about 4 dozen bed bug bites. Took a shower, after walking across room for clothes my feet were filthy. Reported to Plano Health Dept. Should have been tipped off when I saw lobby was full of new mattresses. Bedbugs in my clothes, purse. Horrible. Front desk guy blew me off. Had to ask for housekeeping. Completely nasty. Please read all reviews on yelp etc and spend an extra ten bucks so you dont come home with bed bug sores all over your body. Completely filthy place.

This place did not disappoint me. Room was clean for the most part. Floor a bit dirty. Very quiet. Staff was friendly and the guy in the office helped me with all questions. Very professional.

Online — Out of State Booking — due to brothers tripple by-pass surgery. Location = good, Check in = clerk cold & (on automatic pilot mode), Room = kept seeing flies in room, finally found source, filter left in coffee pot had maggets an was hatching new flies in room. Chose hotel because allow smoking rooms. Check out = nice clerk this time. Had 3 other family members in town, steered away from hotel. No point in complaining, just will choose different hotel in future.

The staff was not very friendly or receptive to customers. The first room we were given was dirty. The front desk person seemed put out about us asking for a clean room and wanted us to wait 30 minutes for our room to be cleaned. We had a medical appointment to attend and we couldn't wait that long. The room we received looked dingy. The towels were threadbare and the toilet seat was broken. The security latch on the door did not secure well and there was a gap under the door that let light in at night. The bed was comfortable.

I booked a non-smoking room via a 3rd party site. Upon checking in sometime after 5:00, I went to my room that had a HEAVY smoke smell. I asked for another room and was granted one. It had a faint smoke smell, but I had to rush to a 5:45 appointment so I just turned the air conditioner on and left. I didn't return until around midnight as I purposely stayed away all day. Upon my return, I discovered my Wi-Fi didn't work, my padlock didn't stay closed, and there were bugs in the room. I was there less than an hour and never used the bed or restroom. I called the front desk and asked for a refund. He said he could only refund me for the second night a prepaid for but not that day. I had to find another hotel during the middle of the night while it was raining because my room was neither safe or clean. This is unacceptable and I would like my ENTIRE refund for my stay as I didn't use the room at all.

Bed Bugs! Nasty Furnisher! Toilets outside of rooms! We heard running and kids screaming all night! DONT GO THERE ITA BAD BAD… People hanging around ouside drinking I was afraid to get out of My car…

Overall experience was good. The room (bathroom, kitchen area, refrigerator) was very clean. It was rather loud in the middle of the night with people outside talking and running up and down the stairs. The rooms were non-smoking, but the bathroom smelled like cigarette smoke.

Easily the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The housekeeping staff was very accommodating because they knew their non-american managers were seriously misogynistic and overall felt no obligation to provide good service. The male management of this hotel is disrespectful to women hanging up on us when we make requests and overall speaking in a disrespectful manner. Interesting because our male companions did not have the same problem. No way in hell will I ever stay here again and I highly recommend you choose the Fairfield Inn or Hyatt House which is very close by. This hotel is directly across the street from the Baylor Heart Hospital and you would be ill-advised to stay here to allow your daughter or wife or sister to stay here this is not a female friendly place. And I am offering this review from my room here at the studio 6 having just had an altercation with the non English-speaking manager.

The room I am in is disgusting! I wish I could post a picture of the carpet. I won't let my feet touch it. All the chairs are gross and stained, there was someone else's hair tie in the bathroom and the toilet was clogged. It was late when I got in the room after a long day of work. Was going to stay for a month… I am out of here tomorrow!

Worst workers ever, sketchy rooms, horrible customer service, and I have never met anyone who hated there job so much, refused to get us sheets, towels and horrible spring beds with refusal for extra pillows. Never come here.

Front desk is nice but the housekeepers are lazy and completely rude! I've stayed a little over a month now and they have came to clean my room ONCE! And that's because I had to go to front desk about it. The first two-three weeks she made me undress my bed and hand over the linens myself and make my own bed. Sweep and clean my own floors and restroom. She wouldn't even come into the room. Just stood outside and handed off supplies. After complaining she came to clean my room but had the worst attitude in the world as if I had disrespected her in some way. I thought doing your job is what you got paid for? Might I also add, after changing the bed linens she gave me dirty sheets with make up stains and whatever else all over! Idk what they consider sweeping but they need to learn again. There are hardwood floors and everyone knows dirt collects fast. Asked her to sweep and the floor still looked as if she never did anything. Completely disgusted smh will not be staying here ever again. I travel a lot and this by far has been the worst of the worst.

The location In Plano near Carman was convinient for my needs and the beds where clean staff was very helpful with locall knowledge of restaurants and local bars. I would stay there again hands down.

Midnight arrival. Vending machine in the lobby did not work. Lobby smells. Went to the room and pulled back the bedspread and was totally sicked out by multiple huge stains. Turned on the bathroom lights and roaches. Stay away. The ghetto in the middle of a nice neighborhood. Note as I am looking at other reviews I see 5 stars several times with the user last name Patel. I don't feel it it coincidence that was the last name of the person who checked me in or was on all of the permits posted. **There are no 4 star reviews. Suspicious?
