I originally would have given a 2-star review with a traveler beware warning… The issues: When my (DP) and I arrived with our one year old, he immediately noticed an unpleasant odor in the room and attempted to air it out. I was the first to use the restroom and I noticed what can only be described as some poop smear at the front of the toilet bowl so (being the germ-phob that I am I immediately felt uncomfortable. I can only assume the cleaning staff was in a rush to not notice poo spots on the front of a white toilet. After I finished in the bathroom my DP told me our one-year-old daughter found two alcohol caps (angry orchard) by the desk on the floor and of course immediately tried putting them in her mouth which is a choking hazard! We are exhausted from traveling and wanted to relax. I did not feel relaxed because of these things. On a positive note the bedding is softer than other Marriotts I have stayed at. Upon check out the next day I expressed my concerns to Lana the sales executive. She was very professional and polite and wanted to make it right. Lana told the manager Tony about the issues with the cleanliness of the room. I left and looked at my bill and realized they made no attempt to provide compensation for a bad experience. I thought it was kinda "crappy" no pun intended that I was charged $130 for an unclean room especially the bathroom. After being told they would make it right. I contacted Tony and told him. He offered 20% off the stay.

Great stay. Everyone was very friendly rooms were clean pool was clean. Breakfast was very nice.

Newer hotel. Showers are gorgeous. Comfy linens, beds, pillows. Very good breakfast. Nice staff. Gave a room with a view of the fireworks.

Rooms were clean, beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was good. The pool was small but not crowded and my kids loved it.

Incredibly rude staff! We spoke to Sales Director Lana several times about doing a room trade for 4 comp tickets to a comedy festival along with 5 star reviews on all social media platforms. After sending the tickets, she didn't comprehend she could use them on any day of their choosing, so we changed the wording to fit her specific needs. When calling back to confirm it was to her liking, a kid named Cameron "helped" us by saying we called at 6:01 and we were told to call before 6. When we ended the call, he then CALLED ME BACK to berate me because he didn't like how the call ended. I explained that in customer service, people aren't always happy with the end result and sometimes it can come across as rude. He then continued to tell me he "wasn't done talking" and he wouldn't stop until he felt he was heard. I advised calling me again would be considered harassment. I've never seen anyone act like these two! And now they still have 4 comp tickets that they will use and we have nothing in return. I'll be calling corporate on Monday. I think they enjoyed scamming these traveling performers.

Tony Bautista, Your night Front Desk Clerk Cameron was so awesome! I made a mistake with our reservation and Cameron was so courteous and polite!. He got us a room and made it right for me! So appreciate Cameron! Breakfast was excellent! Hotel was clean comfortable and beautiful! Thank you Cameron!

Great experience staying here. Staff was friendly and hotel was clean enough to eat off the ground. Would recommend staying here if you are coming to Plano area.

Great place to rest and kick your heels up. Clean, friendly and quiet. Breakfast was pretty darn good for a hotel that does not have a restaurant.

It wasn't very clean, there was a lot of maintenance, the food they serve is old and rotten (learned that the hard way) I wouldn't recommend going there.

Elevators were not working. The lemon water in the lobby was delicious. I loved the happy yellow colored walls.

Cameron was absolutely amazing, he knew us by name and made it feel more like home away from home. Breakfast was great. Our room was very clean and ready earlier then expected.

The hotel was clean, but the room had a musty smell. The breakfast was good. Chose this location bc of proximity to Collin College, where I was attending a conference. Probably wouldn't have picked it otherwise. It's in an industrial part of Plano, not much to offer as far as restaurants are concerned.

My home away from home! Nice, new, clean and Hunter and Cameron at the front desk are awesome. I can't say enough good things about this hotel and staff!

The rooms are nice and modern and upon first meeting, the staff is nice. But after my wife checked out they over charged us and even after discovering they did, they were still hesitate to correct the the charges.

I checked in at night time and Cameron provided great directions. I was trying to book the room online but Cameron matched the price so I didn't need too. I can't say enough about how courteous, polite and professional he was. Southern hospitality at it's finest. I slept so comfortably I almost missed breakfast! Five Stars.

King sized bed by the ice machine on the first floor. Room was clean. Strange that hotels do not put liners in the bin. Overall a pleasurable stay.

In the last eight months I had family and friends visited me three times, one from Europe, one from Minnesota and one group from Turkey. They were all amazed by the quality and service. And I'm very pleased that all my guests were pleased staying at Fairfield in Plano.

Fairfield Inn is a really nice hotel. The customer service is great. They provide free breakfast that is pretty good also. It is located just a few minutes from the downtown area. Overall, I have had a great experience here.

Our second time stating at the hotel. Newly built and nicely furnished. Typical for a Fairfield Inn. We stayed in a king suite. Would rather have had a double suite, but they only have 2 in the entire hotel and could not accommodate our request. Hotel staff nice.

Hotel was nice and clean. The rooms were large and comfortable. This stay was on a second floor but it was very quiet. It was easy to get on the freeway but far enough from the main thoroughfare that there was little noise heard from the room. The parking on the front is a little sparse but there is plenty on the sides of the building and there are keyed side entrances. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall a good experience.

My heartbeats (children) and I stayed here for our spring break. I was so impressed they treated us like royalty. The rooms were clean and you could smell the cleanliness. The staff was helpful and nice. The general manager was awesome. I would recommend this hotel for your pleasure or business stay.

This hotel is fairly new, very clean! I has no issues at all here. Staff is friendly, beds were great, very comfy! Kinda noisy from people coming back from Stars game but it didn't bother me. The TV has lots of channels and options. Lots of plug ins. I would defenitely stay here again. Great price also!

We stayed here for a family gathering over a weekend. I would give them more than two stars. The staff cheerfully moved our reservations to get our rooms close. Rooms are roomy. Beds extraordinarily comfy. But the breakfast sets it apart. Freshly cut fruit, real eggs with bacon, delivered with a smile.

“Birthday Weekend ” We came for my wife's birthday. It's a New hotel. It's only 9 months old. Very Friendly staff. Nice Clean room. Up to date. We Will stay again. This hotel is a great value. It has a 4.9 rating out of 5
