This place is ridiculous, first of all we walked in our room, went to throw something away and noticed the garbage can in the kitchen is completely full from previous guest. And I don't know about you, I am a female and do require a garbage can in the bathroom. Which they do not have or offer. We booked in an advance for two adults and two children. They left us with one roll of toilet paper, one tiny bottle of shampoo/ conditioner and nothing else. We had to go to the office to get sheets for our bedding, we also have to go to the office to get pots pans and everything that said was included. The website Stated it has a pool, which it does not. If you want to swim in a pool you have to walk two blocks to the pool. We open the closet to put our suitcases in there, and there were born dead cockroaches. I am not a big fan of this place!

We love Asia, not too sure if that how you spell her name. She’s great, very professional and kind to us. Great hotel, the day staff is much nicer than the night staff. We enjoy staying here so far!

They treated me very well. The room was very small but clean. The area was quiet, seemed safe.

Travel all over the country and stay at Extended Stay most of the time. This is by far the worst one I have stayed in. The rooms and lobby smell like urine. The room is dirty. All the kitchen wear was dirty when they gave it to me. Good customer service though, the ladies in the front are very polite.

I should have given this hotel a 0 star, but 1 star only for the location i:e close to everything. Except the location this hotel is the worst franchise in the entire extended stay chain. I rented the place for 2 nights and now I think thats the worst decision of my life. We were provided with partial kitchen utensils, there was just a 1/2 bathroom roll in the bathroom, ants in the bedroom etc etc. There's nothing good to write about this pathetic place. There was no follow up on the missing kitchen utensils and were asked to suffer the ant menace since the pest control guy will only come once a week. They proved the saying that you get what you pay for. Guys stay away from this place.

Not a friendly atmosphere at all. When I went in the lady at the reception said her key issuer is not working she needs to come in and give access to the room each and every time I leave. I'm not happy with that and when I requested her to look for a room for me at some other branch nearby she said go look myself. Very unhappy.

Great neighborhood, place is just fine bad internet but everything else is good.

Great customer service but dirty bath rooms. The hotel was out of everything! Bathrooms need to be bleached! Mold all over tub.

Terrible. Front desk rude and definitely treated people differently. I was going to set up a corporate account… They sure screwed that up.

It's a fee to check in early, just an hour? Room was comfortable however TV reception horrible and housekeeping did Not do well with the bathroom. No silverware or dishes? Is there a fee? Staff was nice but room ehhh.

I am undergoing nightmarish experience for last 25 days. I am still staying here. Staff especially General Manager Ms Sashe Jones is extremely arrogant, rude, careless, irresponsible, unhelpful. Because of limit of characters (sentences) I am unable to narrate my complete experience. But the hotel staff is here too loot & cheat you. They don't provide breakfast even though they mention giving the same (grab n go). Rooms are not cleaned, smell filthy, you have to buy your own toilet papers, facial tissues. I am scared to stay for 3 more days, here because of their staff. I would ask the readers not to make a mistake of booking this hotel even for a day. Staff is expert in telling lies. My phone is disconnected for last more than 8 days, despite several complaints, it was not replaces/restored.

We came here late at night to check in. I had made reservations and called to make sure we could check in late. They said we could, and they would honor our reservation. When we arrived, we were told that they were full, and couldn't accommodate us. A call to customer support and we found out the reservation was cancelled by them without notice. 1 am and we had to find another place to stay. Terrible service. Would not trust this place in the future.

I recently visited a friend here. The grounds were clean and the set up was nice. I would recommend this place if you are looking to get away or looking for a new start.

Cleanliness needs improvement! I had maid service but first time she cleaned was like a 2 yr old. I reported to front desk who didn't do a thing! I deep cleaned entire room myself. Front office were nice but the rooms are not clean going in. Real turn off for me.

Checked in and a couple hours later found out other arrangements were made and the room was no longer needed. Went to the office to explain the situation and possibly get a refund and the front office staff couldn't be less interested in helping. They said they couldn't use the room and refused to issue a refund. After some back and forth nonsense and the feeling of pulling teeth they offered to refund $30… Really? This place is a joke.

The staff at the front was very nice and helpful but the place overall is really run down and quite nasty. After checking in and finding my room I immediately noticed how crazy hot it was inside. Well, the air was off but after turning it on and letting it run for a few hours the fan just stopped. Basically the thermostat that only goes down to 60 was telling the compressor that it's 60 degrees in the room. I was laying here sweating through my clothes and could not believe that it was even close to that temp. So I pull my digital laser thermometer out of my work van and test the environment. My calibrated thermometer says it's almost 80 degrees! I guess the carnival rigs the AC's here like they do their games. The fun continued in my room when I found out that there were no towels at all or ANY toilet paper! How do you discover this? Well, I'll let you think on that so you realize how inconvenient it is to get to your room and not have any toilet paper! Also, the linoleum floor was so sticky that I had to re-wash it myself! The appliances are very old but they do work. So that's good. The shower knob is rusted and the spout is shooting out through a hole in the wall but there was hot water. I guess overall this place is functional, however not preferred. The feeling you get here tend to make you expect to find a body outline on the floor with police tape all over.

I recently stayed here for three nights with my husband, and if I could leave zero stars, I would. They do not deserve one star… this was the worst hotel I have ever been to. Right off the bat, there were fruit flies everywhere! Long black hairs in the bed, and there was a bad smell in the fridge. Just walking around outside, you can see trash everywhere! The worst of it, this hotel boasts its free breakfast, they had no breakfast for us on our stay. They said they are waiting for the shipment. We paid extra for the breakfast and did not get any sort of refund. What they did have as far as food, is coffee, and old granola bars… well that's nice of them hahaha. Not. Needless to say we will never return to this hotel again.

My sister and friend was given a room that looked to be occupied. Clerk had only hand paperwork no computer to speed process. Had to be given another room for them. I had to sleep on the couch in my room after finding a bed urine stained bed. Of course with limited supply of rooms available and checking in at midnight. No management to work with. Hallways smelled like an old restaurant. I would think twice about this place. The doors where always propped open with people smoking at the doorway. Not a secure building.

If I could give this abysmal place a 0 star rating I most certainly would. Thank goodness it's a temporary part of relocation because this hotel of ill repute has given the worst first impression of the area ever. The staff literally cannot bring themselves to do anything. There is someone smoking pot in an adjacent room, and despite complaining to management every single day the odorous offender remains. The room WREAKS of weed. All clothing has a hint of weed smell now, and the staff doesn't care. The blatant disregard for guests is unacceptable. My boyfriend was told that he could move everything to a new room. Yeah, they expect him to do the work. They will not remove the smoker, and they know good and well who it is. You would think the wash cloths and towels were magical because the desk staff makes you request them two days in a row before they will actually hand anything over. They have yet to clean the room. There are no utensils, dishes or cookware in the rooms. RUN! It doesn't matter how great the price is. You will pay dearly in frustration.

Great place to stay, especially if you get a Hotwire deal. Clean, good crowd staying here, very comfortable. Irving is a good location, easy to get to Dallas, Grapevine, Arlington, and Grand Prairie. You don't get room service unless you pay extra, but you can take towels to the front desk to exchange them anytime. Rooms aren't large at all, but include a fridge, two burner stove, and microwave.

The quality is not good, they close the lobby at 11 if you arrive after that time you stay in the street despite having had preservation. The good side has a Walgreen and a varied food area.

It was filthy… room was not cleaned from last guest, they only made the beds. Trash was still in the cans, body hairs were all over the bathroom, the room stunk like mold, and there were muddy footprints on the carpet. I slept on top of the blankets. Only good thing bout this place was the refund I got from the front desk.

Rooms are too tiny and not up to the mark. Lady at the reception was good and prompt. No compliant about that. Rooms need cleaning. Need sheets were not clean and when removed, spots were easily visible. I would definitely opt to stay somewhere else at this price next time.

Worst ever came in to a damp smelling room with a filthy carpet and a bug in the kitchen then bedbugs that made it kmpossible to sleep, and I have still to get my money back already called their customer service and havent gotten it back. 7

You will notice a common theme; terrible housekeeping. My GF and I stayed here for 1 month and you receive maid service once a week. The problem is that they NEVER clean the entire room. We complained they didn't clean the floors or bathroom and it was rescheduled the next day, only to have the same thing happen. This went on 4 days until the entire room was finally clean. The next week, the same thing and 3 days before the room was clean. This happened every time for 30 days!. The Manager has ZERO people skills and acts like the customer is a burden… SAD.

They need to serve good breakfast. It's a too much OS sweet stuff in the morning.

It was clean and nice stay super nice staff. A little shopping/ food center behind the hotel loved it. The only negative thing is room smells like smoke n no heater working.

Not a bad hotel if you're only staying for one night. They did have small roaches but it wasn't anything crazy. I was able to kill them. Great rates and friendly staff.

Room was nice and clean. I just was kept awake by the person above me walking around all night long. Otherwise it was a nice room for the price I paid and friendly staff.

Very disappointed with the appearance of the rooms. The neighborhood and area of town seems really nice but when I walked into the room I was disgusted. The shower curtain had several stains all over it and everything was just filthy. I would not recommend this place for an extended stay.

Very worst experience with the Wi-Fi that they are providing. I even upgraded to high speed internet package for a month, but never ever got the perfect and uninterrupted connection. If you are relying on the internet for your official work, then, this is not the place for you. Even when you call the support team you will not get the proper response. The only good thing that you will notice is that the staffs are really good and supportive.

I should have known better than to stay at another Extended Stay America after my first horrible experience at one last year. This one is absolutely filthy and I have the photos to prove it. Stains on the pillows, bedding, towels, rug; dirt on the dishes, dirt on the walls, the doors, all the fixtures and furniture, the refrigerator door, the cabinets; other people's hair in the tub and on one of the pillows; bent knobs on the dresser drawers. I even showed the young man who was sent to clean my room what specific things were dirty and needed to be cleaned, but he ignored them. When I complained to the manager, she did credit me for one night, but most of the stuff I gave up on and just cleaned myself. (One of the nice women who works at the front desk also came in and cleaned for me the first night. ) I've had to ask for an exterminator to be sent twice because there is an infestation of pillbugs (roly poly) and some other things I could not identify. Wifi has not worked in 3 weeks: they give you an 800 number to call if you are having problems with the Wi-Fi and each time I call, they confirm that there is an issue with the service. I'm actually typing this review from a Starbucks at 10:22PM because the Wi-Fi is not working at the hotel and I have work to do. Mattress is rock-hard: not like "very firm", but like an actual ROCK. I spent my own money to buy a foam pad at Target just to make it bearable.
