Nice place, very clean and friendly staff.

This spot was perfect for our little family. We enjoyed our time there, thanks to Christy and the rest of the staff. The pool areas were well kept and the breakfast was top notch. Not like your typical 'hotel' breakfast. They had anything you could want and it's made fresh when you order. Glad we found this place. We'll definitely be back!

I booked a party for my daughter's 11th Bday (she wanted a sleepover swim party)
This morning I woke up and called the hotel to make sure everything was ok and they let me know the pool was closed but they were willing to do anything to make sure my daughter had a great party. After getting together with several locations including hilton honors. They found us 2 rooms for the same rate just a lil further away! Thank you Sarah and Christy! You both went out of your way and I truly appreciate it ❤

The front desk is so helpful. But, let me tell you about breakfast. A real chef, right there cooking amazing food. The staff… friendly, helpful and always in a good mood. Great place to stay!

Very nice place to stay! Clean, everyone was very nice. Even though we paid for breakfast it was very good also. Will come back and stay again.

Nice hotel. Staff is friendly and it feels like a safe environment. Close to a few good places to eat with enough variety for different tastes. Plenty of parking and conveniently located near a main highway.

Good hotel for staying with family. Has almost all facilities like Gym, swimming pool, business centre, etc. Serves good quality hot breakfast too. Has wheelchair accessible parking and entrance both. Greenery in the compound is also good. Swimming pool needs urgent attention. Room rates are bit high.

Nice, clean Hotel. Quiet pool area. I strongly suggest getting the room rate that includes the HOT breakfast. They make your omelet (waffles too) to order and it was AMAZING.

Room is clean. Smells clean. Pool is needing some maintenance on the tiles. Hot tub is relaxing and the bed is comfortable. What really nailed the high rating was the breakfast and the service we have received. The staff have been great on every interaction we have had with them.

I booked a night here for our first anniversary night. We went out and came back dressed decent but not super nice and my partner was given the up and down like they did not belong in the hotel because they dressed in a way that made them feel sexy which apparently made people think they were a call girl. Then there was a mistake with the booking and breakfast, which was supposed to be included was not. The problem occurred when I booked using an international site which said breakfast was included in my reservation but turned out not to be. No big deal but the woman working at the desk treated me like a did not belong there. I was quite tired of being treated that way and just left. Do not stay here unless you want them to look down their nose at you. The staff was super nice when I checked in, but everyone else was rude and haughty treating us like we were trash and did not belong at the hotel. I will not be staying here again. They put a sour mood on an otherwise pleasant trip for my partner and I. I work out of the country so my time for me with my partner means a lot and way to put a damper on a couples first anniversary as married people. The only reason that this is not a one star review is that the room was nice, the keurig worked, and we were able to enjoy each others company. Other than that the people who work at this institution are just trashy people in nice suits.

The hotel was very clean. I wanted to use the hot tub Saturday late afternoon and it was not working. I called the front desk and maintenance couldn't fix it. The maintance man was a weekend worker and knew little. I went back to the hot tub Sunday morning and it was cold and the pool was hot like a hot tub. I called the front desk and no one came to the pool. I swam for 30 minutes or more and no one showed up.

I expect much more from the Hilton Garden Inn. I see here a couple times with no issue the last couple times it's been unfortunate. Restaurant was closed which was a main reasons for selecting this hotel and nothing offered by the front desk for this inconvenience. Lastly, both treadmills didn't work and the AC for the gym was set at 76 degrees.

Nice amenities, good bed. No complimentary bkfd, & too expensive to eat there.

Just checked in… Dirty. Spider webs in my room, poor lighting, what appears to be water damage on the bottom of the bathroom door, treadmills in fitness center don't work (1 doesn't turn on, the other doesn't decelerate), the 2 benches in the fitness center are basically useless if theres more than 1 person in there. Fire alarm in room was going off today. The maintenance guy had to service it 2 times. Not a big issue, just adds to overal disappointment with this location. Positives: friendly staff and appealing from the roadside. Hands down, the most professional, polite, and entertaining maintenance guy I have ever met. If I was to give the maintenance staff a rating, it would be a 5/5. As of right now, I would not recommend this hotel and I will not be returning to this location for future trips.

I was here last week and stayed for three nights. The check in process was so pleasing as it did not take long time as in other hotels I have been to earlier on.

Very clean, great customer service, and not too far from downtown. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because our door didn't close all the way and the floors were squeaky.

The location is convenient because it's near grocery stores, the room we stayed in was very neat and we were very comfortable, and lastly the people here were very friendly.

I'd watch my receipt better the people at the front will tip themselves very well. So be careful if u choice this place.

Very clean hotel with gracious and friendly staff. They have both and indoor and outdoor pool so it is usable rlyear round. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Felt very comfortable there.

The location is beautiful, their service was good, and the location was nice.

This place rocks! I had the whole fish with the lettuce wrap and fixings. The sauces were excellent, the veggies were traditional, fish quality was great, and the service was great as well. Very authentic.

I checked in last night with my service dog. I notified the hotel both when I made the original reservation and at the front desk when I checked in. This morning, I left to run a few errands and got a call from the hotel telling me that house keeping had tried to enter my room but saw a pit bull, got afraid and left the room. She was calling to tell me that I can't have my dog there and that I needed to leave. I explained that I had already notified the front desk that she is a service dog, but told them not to worry about cleaning our room if they did not want to enter the room (she is exceptionally friendly, but I understand). I decided I should return to the hotel. I entered the front lobby and was walking to the elevator when I heard 2 girls (Gazzelle and Marcella) talking at the front desk. They were making fun of the girl in room 229 who was trying to lie about her pit bull being a service dog. (She is actually an Amstaff. ) I didn't want to get upset, so I kept walking to the elevator, but they continued mocking the situation, calling me a liar etc… So I walked back and asked if they would like to see her certification, and informed them that it is highly un-professional to talk about their guests where anyone could here them. They of course looked shocked to realize that it was me they were talking about. I showed them her certification, they made a copy and didn't even try to fix the situation. I was exceptionally dissapointed with the level of customer service.

Guess I should have read the reviews first. I booked a room with 2 beds. Just before arrival I was sent an email that I could pick my room and check in online. I looked and they had me on the third floor and I king bed so I changed it back. I picked a room with 2 beds on the first floor. Got here just after 3:00 and was told I had to wait until 4:00 to check in. I had an event so I left, I mean I already picked my room and checked in, right? Got here after 10:00 pm and was given a king room on the second floor. WTH? I had checked in already. Never again. Don’t stay here.

The staff have been accommodating and helpful this week. The fresh cooked breakfast has been a great start to each day. Rooms are updated and cozy.

Although the hotel is clean, nice looking rooms, nice lobby… the customer service SUCKS! After being told my room was canceled (after I had paid in full prior to coming) because I didn’t check in at 3 they left me on hold for 27 mins finally come back to tell me that I was lucky they found something… the room was clean shower was hot but the front desk clerks could all use a lesson in customer service. Go across the street to the holiday inn express they’re literally 10x better any review where a persons leaves names of the workers is obviously their friend I mean seriously who knows the Maintence staff.

Walking in we were impressed. Upon entry to our floor, that went away. The floors creeked all the way to our room. Once we entered our room it continued and happened anytime we walked. The bathroom door squeezed every time we opened or closed it. The toilet took one regular flush and then a hold the handle and let go to completely flush. The beds were kinda hard and made my back hurt. On the positive side, we needed a fan and was given the front desks personal fan to use, they brought fresh sheets for the sofa bed, plasticware, tooth brush and deodorant to our door. They have both indoor and outdoor pool and hot tubs. Although the customer service of this Hilton hotel matched that of all the Hilton hotels we've stay at, we probably won't stay here again because of the hotel itself.

Incorrect billing! I reserved a room with points and noticed a hold on my credit card. The hold turned into a charge (this never happens) so I called the hotel to inquire. They advised that it is still a hold and it could be removed. I notice on the recepeipt that the hold was actually an incorrect charge and called back. The person at the front desk said it was incorrect and advised it should be back in my account in TEN business days. I asked to speak to the manager and she says "he's just going to tell you the same thing". I would not recommend this hotel. I have been a loyal diamond member with Hilton for years and this has never happened before. I wonder how many others were "incorrectly charges" and never knew it?

Room kind of had a weird smell, but it disappeared by day 3 despite them not entering my room. Breakfast was great (despite what seemed to be inconsistent pricing), dinner not so much. The plates were very inconsistent, the salmon overcooked, and the kitchen struggled with our orders to the point that they just put all the sides on the plate haphazardly. It also took around an hour to get our food. But otherwise, the bed was comfortable, it didn't seem like the walls were thin, and all the employees were nice. I really only deducted a star for our dinner experiences.

They were very helpful and nice at the front desk when we first arrived. As well the shuttle driver was amazing and super friendly. Made our stay a lot more comforting and homey. The hotel was really out of the way for us, but was worth it in the end with the wonderful customer service we received.

Front desk staff is AMAZING! Maloree is the BEST! Maintenance staff is great! Issac is wonderful! Housekeeping isn't the best. Restaurant and Bar is lovely! Beautiful property, very clean, easy access to the highway.

Nice location, some days staff doesn't show up so they can't serve breakfast or open the bar. Lock down the pool at 11:00 and no late check-out. Would not recommend.

The convention room was nice and comfortable. Plenty of good snacks, pastries, and coffee was good. However, when they started cooking lunch, the place filled up with smoke. For lunch they served hamburgers, hotdogs, and potato salad. I don't eat meat, and they had no vegetarian options, so I had a potato salad sandwich with all the burger trimmings. Oddly, it wasn't bad. I would have preferred a veggie Patty though.

Nice lobby and great staff. Room was a little dirty, like the carpet hadn't been vacuumed. Bed was OK. The layout was strange and the TVs were way smaller than advertised. Living area furniture was uncomfortable. Pool was nice, and the hot tub was great. The indoor part gets loud if there are more than 3 people, especially with children. Breakfast was too pricey so we didn't stay for that.

A roach, or some kind of bug crawled by my feet while using the bathroom. Had to take a cold shower due to lack of hot water. The showerhead was broken and only faced the wall, so it was not only cold, but uncomfortable. No vending machines on the floors where signs say there should be one. One elevator jerks so it feels like you get stuck, but it doesn't. An uneasy feeling. The fridge in the rooms freeze over, almost rendering it useless. The staff was great though! Very friendly and super nice. The free cookies are delicious. Due to road construction access to the hotel was awful, a complete nightmare!

Hotel was nice enough. Most of the Garden Inn locations are the same. Cookies available when you get back from work. Good breakfast here, though it's not serve yourself which can make for long order lines in the morning, but better overall quality of food. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The doorlock on my door was old and didn't work well. I had to try a few times to get the door to open. Also, my room didn't have a shower curtain so I got the floor super wet each morning. Just used the extra towels though. Overall… descent stay but could use some updating in the rooms.

Once you get past the construction in the area which seamed to be everywhere, my stay was really quite enjoyable. The hotel has 2 pools and a hot tub. What really made it a great stay was the customer service I received, it was impeccable due mainly to the front desk agent, Sarah! She was just wonderful, helping me out with anything & everything I needed or had questions about. She really knows her stuff and should b recommended for a promotion!

Breakfast was great, rooms were awesome and cleaned. Had a great experience. Except for the $4 red bull. The hotel receptionist was hot too.

The staff was very nice and informative. I wish there had been a breakfast menu rather than a buffet (which was pricey). The conference room was too small to accommodate the size of our group (about 40 people). The tables were very small and pushed together tightly.

In pool was heated perfectly (85 degrees Fahrenheit/29.4 degrees Celsius). We received very good service in the restaurant (and it was a good price if you want lots of food).

There was a couple problems such as bugs in our room and room service not cleaning our room. But the hotel went above and beyond to fix our issues. Overall great hotel will definitely return.

Dinner at hotel was ok as well as breakfast. Rooms spacious. Very loud and people telling in halls after 10 pm. Elevators broken too.

If you're familiar with the brand I'd say this one falls pretty squarely in line with the average product you'll receive. Would stay again, especially at the rate I paid.

35W, right next to the hotel, is currently under some pretty heavy construction. That's clearly not under the hotel's control, but did make getting out more difficult than it otherwise would be. The rooms were modern and clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was not included in the price of the room but was offered and was pretty good.

We usually like Hilton Garden Inns, however they gave us trouble when trying to check in (said the registration was not under our names even though the email I had printed had our names on it) and they gave us 1 breakfast coupon when we had 2 guests. The worst part: the room had no heat and they had no rooms to switch us to. I was very disappointed with this hotel and would not return.

Quiet room, and the place was in great shape as of the time of this review. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was not free and (and the cost level) kinda meh. Still, was better than the free breakfasts at other hotels.

Great service, friendly staff, and price. The breakfast was pricey, but very delicious.
