Peaceful atmosphere & friendly service.

The rooms are nice and cozy. Additionaly, they also serve a full breakfast. A good value for the money.

Rooms were fabulous, and free breakfast was delicious.

They were good; however Jeniffer was awesome! She went above and beyond on multiple times. The only thing that they should look into is having umbrellas for their guests to borrow. It rained the whole time I was there and got wet going to and from car. Except one time when Jennifer gave me a garbage bag to put over me and my stuff.

It will probably need to be renovated before too long, but the suite was awesome and clean, and the lady at the desk was very friendly.

Excellent hotel with outstanding customer service. Due to the heat, the elevator shut down and had to be restarted. The front desk clerk, Jennifer moved me and my handicapped sister from the 2nd floor to the 1st floor so that we wouldn't have to use the stairs if the elevator shut down again. We ended up being put into a larger suite at no added expense. I recommend that anyone planning to stay in Fort Worth stay here. You won't regret it.

I stayed for 9 straight nights and it is a very nice place to stay. Rooms are a little dated, but the staff is very responsive to any issue/request. They moved us to a different room because of a musty smell in the AC unit and were extremely accommodating. The Meet the Manager snack nights are a nice touch. They have negotiated discounts with some of the surrounding restaurants (Texas Roadhouse). The breakfast got a little old after a week and a half and they need a new orange juice supplier (tastes like orange and grapefruit juice mixed), but it was a decent selection and the staff was great. Front desk staff were very helpful. Housekeeping did an excellent job. Overall, it was a great value and I would stay here again.

Rooms were nice, clean, and spacious but hottub was not hot and full of leaves. We asked specifically about it before booking and was told it was working great. We requested a late checkout but had housekeeping knock on our door three times before 12:00 once even before the 11:00 checkout time.

Very nice. Quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast eggs and potatoes were terrible! In the past, this comfort had good breakfasts.

Elevator would not work during the day time! Keep getting a 4 am wake up call, but never requested one. Maids would just walk into your room without knocking or announcing them selfs! People swimming in pool that did not stay their! Never stay here again!

Nice place, except our bathroom door lock doesn't work. We also had a neighborhood blackout when we got there and just barely was able to check in (not their fault though).

Extremely clean. Polite, courteous, very helpful staff. Walking distance from multiple food choices. When I'm in the area I refuse to stay anywhere elsevunless they are already booked full.

The rooms are falling apart and smell bad. Poorly maintained. Water stains in the ceiling and walls. The coffee pot in the room doesn't work. Rooms are very dated. Complementary Breakfast was terrible. Nothing was clean, served generic coffee, the creamer was cottage cheese out of the container. I've been To Comfort Suites in the past and have had a completely different experience. Don't waist your time or money at this location. Even the entrance sigh is small and hard to identify, especially at night, mostly due to the fact that the light is out in the sigh.

Supper clean bright and airy. The rooms are amazing with a great work station, kitchen area with sink. Seating area with sofa separate bathroom sink area and bathroom. Very comfortable beds, very chrisp bed linens and big towels. The usual soaps and shampoos had a very fresh smell unlike most hotels. Shower worked well and was for once able to accommodate a man 6'3" without having to bend or stoop. The breakfast was substantial with eggs, meat and starch each morning. Cold cereal choices, coffee, juices and a pastries.

On our way to Fort Worth from San Antonio I called to make a reservation… I was quoted a price per night and I told them that was fine… Then I asked if they had military discounts, sad to say they don't, but then I was asked to hold while the guy making my reservation said he would speak to his supervisor about seeing if he could get us a lower price… When he came back on the line, we were given a $30 per night discount… The staff here is so friendly, Debra the front desk clerk is such a sweetheart… The room we got was a small suite and CLEAN! There is also an excersise room and a pool and hot tub! I definately will be staying at more Comfort Suites! Oh, don't forget to check out the hot breakfast too.

I have stayed at this hotel every time I visit. The same woman checks us (Debbie I think is her name) out almost every time. I believe she is the manager, but I am not totally sure. She is the sweetest woman. Just her attitude makes my morning so much better. The hotel is clean, and so welcoming. I am what some people call a "germaphobe", and I 100% recommend this place. Props to you Comfort Suites. I will definitely be returning!

Nice clean hotel. Good benefits for diamond members, good snacks and food. Better beer choice would be nice.

It was a great stay in a single room with king size bed. Fitness center was good. Staff was very helpful.

I just stayed here this past weekend, the majority of the staff was very nice and the hotel was clean. The reason I give this place 1 star is a woman named Champagne. She was not customer service focused at all. Apparently the hotel was having an issue running credit cards, and thought it was the customer. She locked us out of our room to get our attention. Personally, I felt she should have called me instead. Especially since it was the hotels issue not ours. I didn't receive an apology just a I have to do my job. I won't be staying here again. I've tried leaving feedback on the hotels website but it's not working.

I’ve been to many Comfort Suites that I’ve had no complaints about but this one so far stands above the rest.

Rooms are spacious and very clean. Jennifer was very helpful and friendly. A lot of choices for dinner within walking distance. Will definitely be back.

I am not easily impressed… BUT… This place has impressed me. Twice! It's clean! The staff is over the top friendly and helpful. The evening snacks are a great addition to how this hotel serves their guests. And it delicious! I absolutely dislike the majority of hotel breakfasts. Not here!

Had a wonderful stay at the Fossil Creek. Debbie and all of the staff really made me feel welcome. I Evan had the chance to see a beautiful painting " Cosmic TuTu "… I will always stay when I come to town.

DID NOT LIKE AT ALL! My family and I went to this hotel for the Thanksgiving holiday & we were very disappointed. The hotel room was big and spacious, but was old and outdated and had a bad old smell to it. Our bathroom was rusted and not very clean. Their was rust on the door, toilet tissue holder, tub, & the shower head was covered in rust. We went to use the iron board & the iron board fell apart & the iron was missing! VERY disappointing! When we looked this hotel up online the pictures looked really nice, the hotel looked better in the pictures than it did in person. I alerted the staff right away & they even agreed after looking at the pictures that the pictures were deceiving. Jennifer was very nice and she got us checked out right away and our money refunded. We will not ever return to this hotel again and suggest that they upgrade their rooms for what they are charging!

The staff is great especially Heather, rooms are big, neat and clean, breakfast is delicious! This place is among many on this block but I will bet this is the nicest!

The hotel was nice and quiet and they have a happy hour that was filling and enjoyable. The place was clean and we'll maintained and I would revisit and recommend this place.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The front desk were very friendly and helpful, most amenities worked well, nice and hot breakfast. Highly recommended.

Initially, I thought the hotel stay would be perfect, as my stay at the same hotel chain in Arlington, TX near Six Flags in March ‘17 was. On our way out, I noticed two questionable characters in a car parked next to our rental. I looked over it, and went about the day. However, after returning to our room there was a knock on the door. Of course, we did not answer because we weren’t expecting anyone. Then, about 30 minutes later, we received a call from the front desk stating that someone was trying to deliver food we ordered. I informed them that no one in the room ordered food because we had just returned from dining out. At around 8 a. M. There was another knock. This time, I looked through the peep hole and saw a tall, White woman standing there with her hands hidden. She eventually went to the room across the hallway. Needless to say, we gathered our belongings and checked out at 10a. M. I won’t be returning to this facility when I visit Texas.

Jennifer and Amie are great. Very professional and great customer service. Jennifer is what southern hospitality is, I really hope she is appreciated for her hard work.

Jennifer and Amiee are super sweet. Jennifer is always been there when I have the first time I visited she help me with baggage and even kept the door open cuz I would of locked my self out. When I go to hotels usually I been at work with home health for three days and am going see grandma in Park place.

Nice place. Quaint nothing over the top but friendly staff and clean rooms.

Clean and relatively convenient spot to rest after a sudden family health emergency. Due to the sudden nature of my trip, I needed a bit more help in getting breakfast (gluten free, allergy issues). There was a very small gluten-free selection at breakfast, but for a normal patron, it would be a good selection. Shops are about ten minutes away, which late timing made it hard. So, I will pack food next time.

Location was in a new sort of gets area but friendly and calm. My room had a moldy smell so we ended up getting a refund. The quality of everythibg was very bad.

When booking a room I always read reviews. ALWAYS! The reviews failed me this time. First the staff at the front desk were strange. They wanted to swipe my credit card that was already on file. I was paying cash with requires a $60 deposit. I was fine with that but didn't understand why they needed my credit card again. The room was a good size. That's the only good thing I have to say. The tub had hair in it. The refrigerator had spots in it that could have easily been wiped off. Then to top everything off the bed sheets were filthy. The sheets had black smudges and other stains that looked like it just hadn't been washed. The same for one of the comforters. It has black smudges and looked like urine stains. The other had what I can only assume was blood stains. Called the front desk to tell them. They had no more comforters so they brought up a hard, small blanket. One that had a huge cigarette burn in it. The manager said that she didn't want to bring the comforters down because she didn't know what was on them and they looked nasty. Well that's great! My kids touched that and so did I. That really made me mad. The next morning we told the front desk about it. They were apologetic and offered to give us extra points. Sorry, my kids touched something disgusting but points are supposed to make up for it. Will never stay here again and recommend that you stay away too.

Great room, great breakfast, didn't get to use the pool but looked very nice and clean. The snack bar was a little pricey, but not to bad. Sure came in handy when I needed something​ to eat about 2am. The staff was very nice.
I don't like having to stay in DFW, but this place I would stay again. Truck parking came in handy since I drive a truck.

One of the best Choice Hotels I've ever been to. Large, clean rooms, decent breakfast, and wonderful customer service. Wi-Fi could be better, but not bad.

I rented a room for a week when my sister passed away. The first night, the room we were in smelled so bad I couldn't sleep. So I went to the desk the next morning. They put me in another room. It also had the same odor but not as bad. Since I only slept there, I tolerated it for 2 nights. But by then my sinuses were so bad, I checked out. I explained to them why I was leaving early. When I got home they had charged my credit card and additional $150. They claim I smoked in the room causing the odor! This must be their scam! They knew that odor was there! I had complained about it! The rooms are run down. The breakfast was horrible. I would not recommend this place! I should have just gone somewhere else the 1st night, but I had already paid for the room and had alot more important things on my mind. So if you stay here … add an additional $150 to your expenses because they are going to charge it to you … even when you don't smoke!

I've stayed here a couple times. This last time I was charged three times after paying for it online which would make it a total of 4 charges. Ive called numerous times for a manager and no manager will respond. I was told when I went up to the desk she would fix it. But instead charged two extra times. Luckily had enough money to not go negative in my account. But the rooms were pretty comfortable and clean. I would stay again once these errors are fixed.

Got crazy large king sized suite for $75! Clean room a little old looking in some places but new stuff where it counts. Breakfast was great as well surpassed my expectations for some place work sends me.

I used to like staying here. Until now. They have started charging for things that I shouldn't have to pay for. My husband and I don't smoke, yet they say we smoked in the room? DON'T STAY HERE.

To start off with I travel a lot for work and I seriously had the worse experience with this hotel. Traveled from Missouri to Texas made my reservation weeks ago. I get to the hotel at 3:45 pm. I tell the lady at the front desk who I am and that I have a reservation and she informs me that she can't find a reservation under my name so I pull up my email that has my confirmation number on it and she informs me that they gave my room away that morning and that they were booked completely and that there was nothing she could do and that there was no hotels available in that area. When I said I drove over 800 miles I can't just turn around and go home what was I suppose to do. Her response was well there is nothing I can do this happened to 3 other people last week and one drove all the way from Florida. She said it like it was some joke to her. Finally I asked to speak to a manager and she informs me all forms of management are in Mexico on vacation and there was no way of reaching anyone. When leaving the hotel I called Choice Privileges which is my booking agent to inform them what happened and to find me another hotel. The Choice Privileges lady put me on hold and tried to call the hotel to find out what happened the lady at the front desk refused to talk to her and hung up on her. The lady from Choice Privileges filed a former complaint against this hotel… I just writing this to warn everyone to be careful when booking with this hotel.

I stay at this particular Comfort Suites every time I am in town. The staff is always helpful, and friendly, especially Jennifer and Lucy at the front desk. They always make me feel welcome, and greet me as if I'm a friend and not just a customer.

Perfect for family trips I am staying here right now. My family and i, customer service is wonderful they are like family. The hotel is very clean and the suites are like a big apartment. Hkp does a great job. The pool looks super clean and if I have an issue with t. V or any questions they are so willing to help me and my family in every way. We like to have always the buffet for breakfast potatoes and eggs plus meat but I know is not possible always. But thank you for giving my family always what they need since we get up late most of the time.

Staff is extremely rude and unwilling to help with the rates. We stay at Comfort Suites all the time and the staff always bend over backwards to help us. Not these guys. It's like they don't know better because they give Comfort Suites a bad name in my book.

I stayed at this hotel with my friends they work for a company call william brothers and at the time of check in and check out was just a good experience now am staying one more time and the same lady who checked us in last time is here she is very helpful and always with a good positive anergy. MY crew doesnt speak english so she always help us and treat us with respect and professonalim.

I stayed at this hotel in March 2013 and what can I say except this was the most wonderful experience at a Comfort Suites. From check-in to check-out including breakfast and housekeeping, everything was perfect and no complains at all. I would stay here again and always recommend this location to my friends and family.

I booked a night at the Comfort Suites on Priceline. The rate was decent, the room was actually pretty nice but when it came time to check out, that is where the problem lies. I was being rushed the day that I checked out of the hotel and to my mistake I had left my black case containing very very important documents in it. After I realized that I had left it, I immediately went back to the hotel to see if housekeeping had found it. Nobody claims to have seen it, including the General Manager. Not only did I feel like I had been lied to, but I couldn't get a straight answer out of anyone about who was in charge of the hotel. They were very unhelpful, no concern for my items and didn't even give me any answers or direct me to who could help me. I would NOT recommend going to that hotel ever again. God forbid you leave something behind and can't ever get it back.

We stayed during a long weekend and had a great time. Everything is very clean and well maintained. We plan to stay again. The staff is really nice and hospitable. We really enjoyed it. The mini kitchen is really handy. Full refrigerator, 2 burner stove and microwave. Would've been great for an extended stay as well.
