Rooms is nicely sized and well cleaned. Breakfast is good. I would of given 5 stars if rooms had a microwave and minifridge in the room. Location is close to food and right next to highway scenery isn't a big thing here but its location is optimal.

Great customer service from the time we arrived to when we left. Rooms were very clean and fully stocked. I loved how the room was so spacious. I will definitely be back in the future. Thank you Mr. Chapman!

Great pool for swimming laps, cozy bed, clean rooms and Texas Shaped waffles! This girl leaves a happy camper.

Hampton was in a great location and was very decorative. It was late at night and they offered cookies, 3 types of coffee, and fruit water for their guests. Our room was 101 on the first floor and was much bigger than expected. All in all it was just a great time.

For the price OK. You should definitely call in advance and ask for a room at the back. This is much quieter than forwards.

It's a serviceable hotel. There certainly are beds and showers there. Breakfast is ok. Meh.

When I got to the hotel the desk clerk was very friendly, and very willing to help. She knew that I was tired and wanting to get to my room. She did it very professionally and quickly. The breakfast in the morning was nice had enough food for what most everyone needed. They even had a fruit selection that was alright. My room was nice, and had obviously been well cleaned. What more can you ask for?

The hotel personnel were all great from the front desk right through to the kitchen and breakfast and the room was great.

I stay at this hotel nearly every week of the year. It is a great location for working with business like Alcon or Miller and offers the same level of service you’d expect from a Hampton Inn. The rooms are all BIG and easily accommodate extra people with pull out sofas. People have always treated me well and get nicer the more I show up.

This is the best hotel I have been to so far. The room was so spacious and clean. Services were friendly and staff personable.

I had a great room with a king size bed and living room area. The room was very clean and nice. Furnishings are new and nice. The staff was very nice and the location was good.

Stayed for a few nights and enjoyed a clean and quiet stay. Breakfast was subpar.

This hotel had exactly what we needed. The room was clean and large. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They even let us have my parents to swim because it was raining and my son's birthday was ruined. I recommend this hotel to anyone needing a room in the area.

Clean, comfy, room. Very friendly and helpful staff. (Valentine loves animals and talked with me about sick cat at home. ) Very military friendly. Room is huge with awesome desk. Good availability.

My room was very clean. I always check the sheets, towels, floors (including around the bed skirt). Everything was great. I used a digital key with the Hilton app so I was able to enter through a side door, go to my room and get inside it all using my phone. This means I can not tell you about the staff buy u can he you this option made it easy to come in and leave when I was ready. Perfect for someone arriving super late on a confirmed reservation. The only odd thing about my room were the half sized pillows. They were all the size of throw pillows. Very strange.

The hotel itself was great. However we were not from the area and did not realize it was such a dangerous area. We walked next door to the dennys, and when we walked back we were robbed at gunpoint. A very scary ordeal. The hotel staff was not very helpful in this area.

Let me start by saying, the staff can make or break a visit. The staff here is awesome. From the manager down to the housekeepers. The rooms were clean and neat. Nothing out of place. The pool area was nice and clean. They accommodated is in every aspect of the visit. If I'm ever back in the area, this will be my go to place. Kudos to the management staff for surrounding that place with outstanding employees.

The hotel is in a great location, right off I-20. There are a ton of restaurants nearby as well as a CVS & a Walgreens. The staff is very friendly, too. And the free breakfast is always a plus with Hampton Inn. My only complaint is that noise from people in the hallways, next door, above you, & from the streets around the room comes through quite clearly. It can be disturbing for a light sleeper.

Bathtub caulking needs to be redone. Loud stomping upstairs. Hair on bed sheets.

This is a very nice looking property, with a generally very friendly staff. Started off great. However, if you were looking for a sound night's sleep, this is not the hotel for you! The sound buffering between floors, and rooms is some of the worst we have encountered as lifetime Diamond members, and the management is less than honest in following through on verbal commitments to clients. Disappointing. All good, with those exceptions. Based on that, we would not return, unless we have no other option when in town.

Travel a lot and picky. Family reunion with several suites rented. Suites were well laid out. Room service prompt. Grounds well kept. Pool area well kept. Staff very prompt and courteous. No-hassle Wi-Fi. Fitness centre minimal but well kept and do-able. Breakfast was well above average. Easy I-20 on/off. Handicapped — had no trouble manoeuvring and getting around.
